Accomodation and atmoshere good. Management is disaster. Basically non-existant. Service dramatically bad, very long waiting. Or just have to go and find them ourselves. This is not a 5 star hotel, perhaps 3. Swimming pool toilets not attended to, not even toiletpaper! But you pay the full 5star hotel price. Some waitresses really do their utmost, but total lack of support by management. This was our last time ever. We’ve been coming back each year, because of the wonderful setting. But n e v e r was there improvement in management. Just got worse. Real shame.

Perfect at all levels.

Lovely stay overall. The setting is beautiful and very relaxing. Breakfast was made to order and consistently excellent, and we really enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting each day at 5:30pm—a lovely touch that added to the experience. The bathrooms, while very clean, could benefit from some modernising and refurbishment. One small note: pool service was a bit slow, and there is a tray charge and tip automatically included with pool drink orders. The amount is minimal, but it would be helpful if this were made clear prior to ordering, or simply included in the drink prices. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place we would happily return to.
