The staff were friendly and helpful but there was a cockroach running around on my bed. The plugs in the room were not varied and I didn’t pack a plug point for my USB charging cables so I couldn’t charge my devices overnight.

The staff was okay. The bedroom itself was filthy especially the bathroom. It was disgusting. Run down hotel. Cheap repairs. Really disappointing!!!

It was a cost effective choice. Had all the good things like location, excellent service orientated staff. But the facilities need modernising.
