The front desk staff was super friendly and for the most part helpful. The entire place had a strange smell. There was an incident with a displaced inebriated man where police had to intervene. You could hear voices through my bathroom vent and we suspect someone was smoking and it came through the same vent. For a cheap quick visit, it was just ok. Pool area was nice but weather was not auitable for use.

Have stayed here before. Is a great value and the pool was very nice, except it opens at 11am - wish it opened earlier for that morning sun. Breakfast is very basic, but if you are looking for some toast/bagel and a quick free coffee, it's fine. Staff are very nice and the hotel is very clean.

It looks nothing like the pictures online. Looks like it’s more like apartments people stay there all the time. Pool was gross. I asked for a couple towels and they said no. Smelled bad. Filter to air conditioner had not been cleaned in for ever and there was garbage around the bed

You get what you pay for. The room itself was fine. The other guests seemed like a mix of truckers and extended stayers who stayed up late. The side door didn’t lock. As other reviewers pointed out breakfast doesn’t come out till 7, which was not an issue for me. Again, you get what you pay for.

We weren't at our hotel very much during day as we were in town and attending PGA tournament, but the pool looked nice. The hotel itself was pretty dated but the people at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. The only issues we had were the noise. Our neighbors were a very loud group into the late night. And the breakfast was a bit to be desired. There was no decaf coffee and the milk was bad. They did replace it.

This hotel was so run down and I cringed the second I pulled into the parking lot. Walking in the front door, you get hit with a moldy smell. When you make your way into the lobby, the front desk is surrounded by plexi glass. Made me a bit uneasy to stay there with my daughter. Theres no elevator so we had to lug all our stuff up the stairs, which wasn’t really a big deal. Walking into the room, it smelt moldy again. The beds felt like they were going to collapse every time you moved. Felt like laying on straight up springs. I tried to find another hotel to say at, where the prices weren’t jacked up, due to the holiday and there being a local graduation that weekend of our softball tournament, but could not. The only good thing was that the bathroom seemed to recently renovated.

No latch on the room door to lock it. No lock on the sliding door to go outback. Floors very dirty, large spiders very loud neighbors. No surcurity key locks to get into the building so people could walk in right off the street.

Very dirty. The toilet seat had brown marks. The sheets had stains. The mattress was uncomfortable and was moving around when you try to get in. Very dirty under the bed. I saw dead flies… The breakfast was very basic.

There were roaches in both the room and in the breakfast area. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and neither of them had fitted sheets on them. The ac would randomly turn itself on in the middle of the night and we could not turn it off. Wouldnt recommend.

The staff was nice. However, when we walked into the room, we noticed that the walls were dirty, and it looked like they did patchwork not the best. One mattress had stains on it. The desk and side table between the bed was dirty and the room floor. The bathroom floor was dirty and dust, settling on the baseboard. The tub was dirty, and there was mold on the shower curtain. The door to the room was missing a latch and the door it self inside and out had spots stains. Luckily I brought my own sanitizing wipes and sprays. Whatever I wiped the dirt lifted. I also brought my own bedsheets so after I sprayed the bed, I put my own sheets on including the pillow sheets. The walls are thin and so at 3am we could hear people arguing and their conversation was very clear with lots of swearing. And music playing throughout the night. For their breakfast they had wrapped apples which I’m assuming they washed and wrapped, and they had oranges. It appeared that they had juice and coffee, sliced bread, mini muffins, cereal and milk. We didn’t bother eating breakfast there we went somewhere else.

The sheets and comforter were old and stained with what looked like blood and maybe drips of coffee. Bed was so uncomfortable I only got 3 hours of sleep. Hallway smelled awful and looked really worn. There was mold in the shower and AC unit, and it looked like rough ppl lived there. But you get what you pay for. I know that. But was just hoping for a bit more finesse. The good was easy check in, new flooring and toilet and the staff was fine.

First off when i opened the door first thing i saw was a puddle of blood on the floor and urine on a corner of the room. I got the staff to see it and he told me it was a perminate stain so i wipped it to show him it was wet. So he got someone to mop the room. It looked worse then before. Dirty room bathtub was just as dirty. someone is going to get sick in this place. This place should be closed down.

One star for cleanliness is way too much. The place is disgustingly dirty. Towels were dirty with stains on them, there supposed to be white and there brown looking and worn out, the toilet had dried piss on it with other nasty stuff, the bathroom mirror dirty, floors and bathtub was gross with hair and visible dirt on it, and the sink was gross. This place does a very poor job with cleaning. You can tell they don’t clean at all after people’s stay.

Not very clean. Bathroom was not very clean and had ripped towels and not white and had a weird smell. Refrigerator in the room made lots of noise and did not keep things cold.

Outside looks nice but you go into the room and it gives you get to, no drawers to put your clothes, no lotion or conditioner for your hair, a very small shampoo. No rug so front desk called me that the lady below me stated I was dragging the chair. No elevator, it was a walked-up, they should let you know. Also it looks like it a shelter for there were kids running around the place. And you see big boxes of baby diapers and similar milk waiting for someone to pick it up on the lobby/hallway. Its a shame because it has potential if it well taken care off

The customer service was nice, but the room was left to be desired. The TV asks to press the input button, but the remote does not match the TV. Also, the bed was not very soft, and the floor was linoleum instead of carpet.

There was no furnishings in this recently renovated hotel other than a bed, table and chair. The curtains were threadbare. No one should have to put their things into open cubby holes for a week. There was no place to put valuables, not even a drawer. Gap at the bottom of the door lets in a lot of light and noise from the hall. There were also people prowling around the unlocked exterior doors at night. Other guests obviously vaped and smoked in their. rooms and the hall. The staff was very helpful for such a sketchy place. They addressed all concerns that they could address. The only knock was that the front desk person was asleep when i got there and i had to wake him up to get my room. Housekeeping was hit or miss. The coffee maker still had the grounds in it from the last guest so the room could not been cleaned between then and 5/6. There was also a plastic cup under the bed. This establishment is not set up for guests staying longer than over night. This is a relatively large 'no-tell motel.' I was warned about the location but gave it a shot due to the name. I made a bad decision to stay here and it won't happen again.

Would recommend spending a little more per night somewhere else. The room was extremely empty and needed more furnishings, nowhere to really put clothing for a four night stay. TV package had about 13 channels. Was surprisingly less noisy overall but doors shut loudly no matter what. Air unit does have a constant fan option, which I like.

The price was excellent. The rooms were updated, new showers, fixtures, decor, vinyl floors, no carpet, new mattresses. The staff was helpful and friendly. Very good for the price. The outdoor pool looked inviting, if the weather eventually warms up! The mattresses were ultra firm; I had trouble sleeping on them. The included breakfast was cold cereal, toast and a muffin, coffee and apple juice and fresh fruit. The room was large but it was missing a comfortable chair, luggage stand, ironing board, a dresser. Minimal channels were avail. on TV. The hotel lobby was tiny and could only seat 5 people within inches of the hotel's main entrance door. There is seating outdoors but the weather was too cold to hang out there.

The property was nice that wasn’t an issue, but I did have a horrible experience with a customer who continued to harass me and my 16 year old autistic son and also were informed by a young lady who is the night attendant that she wasn’t only harassing us but other to families that were renting the rooms next door to her but instead of bringing it to her attention the staff did nothing. I traveled from Florida to CT for a family emergency and the least thing I wanted to deal with was an unpleasant experience in the hotel as well. We decided to check out and go to another place.

Our stay was overall a miserable experience. One of, if not THE worst hotel weve ever stayed in. We found hair in and on our bed sheets and we found hair in the shower. Our coffee maker was broken and the cord was completely cut off of it!! Every time we asked for management, there was one excuse after another and we never actually ever spoke to the manager. I complained 3 times to 2 different “ employees “ and never had anything taken care of!!! Worst hotel ever!!!!

This is an economical place to stay. It is no frills but I have never had a problem staying there. The beds are comfortable. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The location is safe, and I have never had an issue with other people staying at the hotel being unruly. The people operating the inn are pleasant and accommodated an early check in for me to work with my plans. It is convenient to restaurants, stores and gas stations.

The staff were friendly, rooms were spacious and very clean and it was nice and quiet, no disturbances. Although, there was a smell throughout the hotel. Overall, I’d say it was reasonably priced and the service was fantastic. Amazing view in back of the country and all the trees.

This place was not a good experience. The deadbolt lock was broken, and the “free breakfast” was bagels, cereal, and muffins. The juice machine was broken too. Absolutely horrible!

The shower took 5 minutes before I even got warm water. The breakfast should state (coffee and donuts). The coffee tasted like instant but worst and the donuts were steal. Not happy with the site at all. Very disappointed,
