Sleep Inn & Suites

Welcomed my pets. Room very outdated. Smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling with a bag over it. Comforter stained and torn. Bathroom in terrible condition. Hallway carpets were stained. Good thing we only stayed for one night.

Parking was easy and secure, elevator is small but adequate. Room was spacious. My only complaint would be the mattress on the bed.

The room was dirty and needed vacuuming and mopping. If charging $40 for a pet fee, at least clean properly after the guests that pay this fee with a touch of air freshener at a minimum. The room smelled terrible. There were stains on the bed spreads and sheets, and almost ever single bathroom linen. The shower made an awful high pitched noise during the whole shower, and the smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling. The mattresses were stained as well. The breakfast was basically non-existent. The pancake maker had no batter, there were only two tiny old muffins in the entire bread and pasty cabinet, there were silver dollar sized biscuits, but the knives couldn’t even cut them. Cereal was the only option, and there was no milk. I was unable to feed my family, and this was part of our reasoning for selecting this hotel. It doesn’t take much to make small improvements to the property to make your guests comfortable, especially for cost of the rooms. I will not be staying here again. The pictures used on the website are very deceiving, however, the photographer they used to take the pictures was amazing. They did an excellent job of masking a poorly maintained property!

Smelled awful

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I would stay here again.
