Excellent experience! Our check in employee was awesome and even offered cheesecake in the lounge area. The only thing that was a downer is they charged $15/parking per night. This is new and I am not a fan!

One elevator was down so the wait time was long. My coffee maker in the room was non functional and the fridge did not cool properly. The hotel bedding and pillows were extremely coffee and the staff was friendly.

This property was very nice. My room number was 638 and everytime any kind of air flow hit our door it jerked it as if someone was coming in. So that was disturbing having to deal with that all weekend. Also not having a microwave was inconvenient. Having to purchase WiFi was awful! This was my first hotel that the WiFi wasn’t complementary. Other than that the facility was nice and so were the rooms. Bed was very comfy!

Unfortunately the pool was closed and our room was not the cleanest. The hotel lobby is beautiful but we had hair in the bathroom, dirty trash and a broken sink drain. On top of that we went to open the fridge and old condiments were inside.

I arrived early and understood they may not have rooms available yet. I was told absolutely no check in until 4pm (by a female employee) which was fine. I let them know I’d just sit in the lobby. My daughters had an even t at the college across the way, so they had to change in the lobby restroom. Again that was fine because there were no rooms available. Not even 30 minutes later a man walks in announces he’s there for check in and he’s immediately given a room. I walked to the counter and asked he employee (a man had taken over) if the gentleman in front of me had just checked in and he confirmed that he had. I explained I’d been told absolutely no check ins until 4, he seemed confused why I would’ve been told that they had plenty of open rooms available. He checked me in. We got a room on the 6th floor. The hotel is filled with perfume sprays to cover the mold smell. Our rooms AC vent was full oh mold and the walls were painted to cover mold damage. There was food on the mattress and baseboard. There was blood on the bathroom wall and in the bedroom a giant bloody booger or something flung on the wall. The massive window to outside was also covered in black mold. We were only staying from few hours but we were given one partially used roll of toilet paper and that was all. The room was over $200 and this is just unacceptable all around. The hotel is old and run down. I would never stay there again or recommended others stay there.

1.) Bed was broken in the middle and kept rolling to the center of the bed. 2.) had to go to the front deck 6 time and I ask for towels that were not in the room. 3.) had to go to the front deck for a change of sheets for the king bed since the ones that were on there were stained with only god knows what. 4.) had to go to the front decks at 6pm, 8pm, then 11:30 to ask for two pillows since there where only two pillows and extra sheet for the pull out couch bed 5.) got a drink from the bar Margarita on the rocks with Patron silver in a small whiskey, glass ended up costing me $58 when I checked my statement at check out when I only put a three dollar tip. 6.) Wi-Fi is not free ended up being charged $26 for one night of Wi-Fi 7.) I was told that check-in that breakfast was complementary when I got to breakfast we got a bill 8.) this was for one night stay check in Saturday night. Check out Sunday morning will not return. Will not recommend.

It’s not just this property, but all hotels’s cleanliness is sub par for some reason. Foot prints in the shower and had to get them to put more sheets on the bed because there was dried blood on the comforter. Staff was nice and apologized but subpar cleanliness has become the norm

Bathroom door handle fell off in my hand. Light in shower out. No luggage carrier for taking luggage to our room. No luggage stand in room. Pretty sad hotel for a Marriott!! Never ever stay here again.

Our room was nothing like we booked. The refrigerator was not working. The bathroom lighting was poor. The walls were paper thin. The beds were definitely not queen size. For the price we paid it should have been so much better. Not sure if I will stay there again.

When we first arrived to the hotel, we were given a room and took our luggage up to the room. We walked in and the bed was unmade and there was trash in the room. I went back to the front desk and they gave us another room, we got to the new room and the door didn’t lock. At this point, we just did the loose latch and let it be so we didn’t have to move our luggage again. I turned on the AC and the unit was absolutely obnoxious and would cut on and off with a bang. The ceiling was also yellowing from being poorly repaired after water damage.

Other than the front desk staff (who were great), this place was very disappointing, especially considering that I previously thought the Marriott was a reliably good hotel brand. Here is a list of all the problems I had during my stay: 1. Their website says they have a complimentary shuttle to places within a 2 mile radius, which is why I chose to stay here. I don't have a car and was visiting my terminally ill father in the hospital across the street, which is an 8 lane highway with not crosswalks or sidewalks and therefore unsafe to cross. When I checked in, they told me they had suspended the shuttle, so I had to run across the 8 lane highway to visit the hospital! Very UNSAFE. They need to update their website 2. On the second day of my stay, they had NO COFFEE for my room. Only Decaf! What kind of hotel runs out of coffee??? 3. Part of the toiletries were tiny tubes of body lotion. One of them looked old and possibly used (yellowed, dirty cap, torn label). Gross. 4. No tissues, just an empty decorative tissue box cover without any tissue box below. The housekeeping needs to pay better attention... 5. I forgot to pack a toothbrush and asked the front desk if they had one. No. And also nowhere nearby to buy one. 6. On the TV, they offered streaming Showtime for free, but it stopped every 30 seconds to buffer for 10 seconds, making things unwatchable. 7. The vent in shower was visibly dirty with some yellow buildup. 8. The wifi would not work on my android phone

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would mention is the preparation for the busy weekend wasnt taken in consideration. The hotel wasnt ready for the crowd. Long wait times to check in. The staff was professional though which is a plus.

OMG the staff was so wonderful & the room was phenomenal! Also I left an IMPORTANT bag in the room & got more than 30 minutes back towards home before I realized it. I called the hotel & they quickly looked & they had it & held it at the front desk! Genuinely honest & caring staff

We were greeted enthusiastically by Jasmine and Patrice at check in . They were both so sweet and helpful . The hotel is conveniently located across from the surgical center where I was having an elective surgery. After the surgery was complete I was able to rest comfortably and quietly until I felt good enough to head home.
