I had a very bad experience at Courtyard by Marriott Chantilly from start to finish. From check-in, the service was already disappointing. I paid for breakfast, yet I was charged again for it, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were not helpful at all when I tried to address the issue. Instead of resolving the problem, they made the situation more frustrating. Overall, the experience was very poor, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
