The toilet is very low to the ground. I know this is odd but after a hip replacement, I guess I should have asked for a handicap room. Anyway, everything else was great!

Ariana at the front desk was so rude and very selective on who she showed customer service too. I would like a manager to give me a call bc I sent a formal complaint and I want to know if they received it 8456488526

Well I had to speak to the front desk. The reason why is we had people up over us doing gymnastics and loudly talking (enough that you could hear ever word. This went on from 10pm to 3 am last night. The night before a guest started on my daughter and son-in-law in the pool area for no reason at all. This guest also confronted another guest. The front desk would have given us some kind of a refund but we booked through you. The staff and grounds were great.th . The stay it self wasn't pleasant.
