Love this hotel., Robin at the front desk is the nicest person to greet you when you arrive. Rooms are huge! Bed and pillows are so comfy and rooms are updated and clean. You’re steps from the beach and they have items you can rent for the beach. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Hull!

One night stay for some sister time. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Cute kitchenette with microwave, kurig coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. Plenty of linen available in room. Free bag of ice available at the office. Beds comfortable as well. Already planning a summer trip for 2 nights for some beach time.

This is a clean pleasant motel. The room had a fridge, a microwave and a kerrig coffee maker When I asked they supplied an electric kettle The tv was large and worked fine The internet was not strong but that’s true of all of Hull You are not paying for an ocean view so it’s affordable. I would stay there again and if I were in Hull for a longer visit it would be perfect

From the moment we stepped in the office we felt welcomed? Super friendly and welcoming staff. The room was absolutely adorable! Perfectly decorated, large comfy bed, a very large room with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and coffee. Also an in room safe. Front and backdoor access. We came for an overnight for a concert, wish we could have stayed longer. The beach is a 1 minute walk and we could see it from the deck of our room which also had a couple of chairs to sit out on it. I definitely recommend!

All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room Was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated a little. The room was large and it was especially nice to have the deck on the back side with the view of the ocean. There was a little hall with a closet and hangers before the bathroom. We liked how the bathroom was away from the room. Nice little kitchen with coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Towels, beach chairs for the beach. They even supply an outdoor shower so you don’t bring sand into your room. The only improvement might be some shelves and hooks to hang wet suits and towels. We had a partial ocean view which means the room was near the street. There is a lot of traffic so if you’re light sleepers you may want to ask for a room in the back. It was fantastic and the beach was not overcrowded at all. The restrooms by the beach were super clean. We will be back!

Wonderful stay at Nantasket Beach Hotel! Not to be confused with the Nantasket Beach Resort up the street, the Beach Hotel feels more like staying in your own apartment with kitchenette, including mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, abd the overall room condition/how well the room was maintained (everything looked newly painted and fresh). Hotel owners/staff were very nice and helpful with questions about the town, taking the ferry, etc. Only a few minutes walk to get sand between your toes! Cute places to eat around there too. If you are looking for a convenient, lovely stay in Hull, this is the place.

Free parking. Clean, spacious room. Very pet friendly and across from a beautiful beach, perfect for walking with our dog and soaking up the sun. Friendly management, well versed on the area and places to eat. A wonderful place to stay!

Loved this place. Comfortable. Large rooms... however... $45 per night for a dog fee is a bit excessive. At least have that fee visible in the description of the pet policy when considering booking the room. I'll still give a rating of 10 out of 10.

I arrived very late due to a delayed flight but they had a note and my keys ready for me so check in was easy. The room was spacious but the sink was dirty and there were stains on the ceiling of the bathroom and other peoples hair in the tub. I was on the second floor and there are out door stairs in the front of the room and the back and they are not to code. The rear ones are very shaky and I worried about taking them. The staff was great and great food recommendations. I think they just need to put some money into the place and it has the makings of a great place across the street from the ocean in a beautiful community.

It was such a cute little place and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great minus a little mold in the vents of the ac unit, which I just cleaned up with some Clorox wipes. The location was perfect, right near the ocean/ beach. Such a great place, I would definitely come here again.

overall room was clean but the carpet was wet. My socks got extremely dirty from walking on the carpet. Staff was extremely nice and even provided free bottled water when I visited the office.

You're going to have to sacrifice comfort for quaintness - this seems to be an old motel that has been tidied up, The floors were saggy throughout so you were sleeping and even sitting on the loo at an angle. Furniture is tired, carpet made up of various squares was ... interesting. Clean enough but there was a lingering smell in both rooms we booked. You're going to get to know your neighbours very well (too well) because the walls are so thin you'll hear every word. Poor nights sleep. Lady on reception was very helpful. Very, very expensive for what you get.

The floor was so warped that the bathroom that the door could not move properly and got stuck in place by the floor. The walls are thin and TV and voices from next room could be easily heard. Walking in the room above was loud as well.

We stayed at this hotel by the water and it was absolutely beautiful! The view was stunning, and the room was spotless, spacious, and honestly the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in — I could easily live there! The service was incredible too. Robin at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our visit was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

Staff gets 5 stars - I wanted to come in a day early and they set me up thankfully and were kind while making the changes. Then upon arrival met with gentleman that was very social and recommended all areas local which we wanted. After traveling for a week it was a nice change! The living space is larger than typical room but small bathroom, fine for us but just letting someone know if they need more counter space don’t expect it. Again, not important to me. SUPER CLEAN AND CONVENIENT to walking/jogging along the beach front. Peaceful place and would recommend. Was able to take ferry and train station into Boston area with ease.

Very noisy construction across the street at 0700 on April 21. I told the front desk and she said there shouldn’t have been any construction on that day and that the manager should comp us one of our 3 nights. The manager never responded to the comp request.

Right across the street from the ocean! Touristy, but not so busy you couldn’t get WONDERFUL meals within a few minutes of checking in! Slept VERY well and room was large enough for the 4 of us AND our luggage! I would come here again!

We loved staying away from the hectic city and this hotel gave us a great escape! There are options to take a train, a ferry or drive into Boston to do touristy things and then you get to come back along Quincy Shores to your quiet beach place. Wonderful! Walk to restaurants or cafés and you can see the water from the upper balcony. Very clean too!
