I can't say enough about the amazing staff at this hotel! They were all so friendly and helpful with anything needed. We felt right at home. It was obviously an older hotel that had been remodeled, but it was a wonderful stay. We were with a baseball team that stayed for a tournament. I will definitely stay here again!

There were bullet holes in the hotel windows the barricade to shut. The parking lot had been rammed and destroyed. They had no idea about breakfast being included and threw together something that was un edible. towels surrounded the pool, and the furniture had rips and tears in the room and in the lobby. We did not feel safe. We booked two rooms. We left the first morning and did not come back also the fire pit area Furniture had caught fire at some point. I can’t believe this still has a Marriott tag honest to God the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. Also the credit machine was down and they had me write down my card number. I have filed for a new card. They did not ask for a description of my license plate as usual, and the sign for the Marriott was almost completely destroyed by the highway. Although the room smelt clean, I think there’s just so much a Housekeeper can actually do without management and oversight keeping up with the property. Also, the elevator seemed very unsafe and made loud noises. It had a recent inspection sticker, but obviously it had not been inspected.

Stayed 1 night

All the staff that we came in contact with were awesome. They were there to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We arrived later in the evening and just made it in time to place an order at the Bistro, before they closed. We ordered a grilled chicken & bacon quesadilla, a beer and a glass of wine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We were not rushed to finish our meal, in order for them to clean our dishes and wipe our table. It was very relaxing after a long day of driving. The hotel lobby and our room was very clean and spacious, however the bathroom sink had hairline cracks, which should be replaced, and the lighting above the sink could be brighter for applying makeup. There was a patio door that led out to a beautiful courtyard, that included a coversation area and a pool. We did not have time to enjoy the courtyard amenties, but it was very attractive. The only real complaint was the shower curtain did not fully close in the tub area, when showering and the "hot water" was not hot. We did not get up in time to have breakfast at the Bistro, but ordered some amazing coffee for the road. Overall, I would definately stay there again.
