Place was totally disgusting. Walls needed repairs. Smoke detector had been torn off the wall. Bathroom was filthy. No garbage can in room. AC/heat unit was cracked. Bath tub faucet leaked constantly. Fridge looked so disgusting didnt even open it. Bathroom light fixture missing pieces. Curtains had holes. Elevator was filthy. Tb remote was missing back. Asked for an extra pillow and more towels and would not provide. We have stayed here in previous years and it was fine. Definitely not this year. Will not stay here again.

12/25/23 arrived at midnight checked in and drove around to back of hotel. Not many cars there. Looked unkept but proceeded to room. Opened doors turned on light noticed curtains were falling off rod and someone had colored magic marker all over. Turned around and saw roaches scattering on the floor. Immediately left went to office. They said they couldn’t refund my money because I booked thru hotels.com. I left contacted hotels.com and they said they would call motel 6. Received message I could not get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. It uninhabitable and should b torn down. I will call the health department. The whole place looked nasty. Shame on hotels.com for not helping me and having this on their website. I will not use their site again. NOW I KNOW why there were hardly any cars there. The even worse part is Motel6 and Hotels.com not caring about their customers.

There was plenty of parking up close to the rooms so I didn't have to carry my stuff so far. there was some trash scattered along the front near the road the first time I stayed there but it was later cleaned up,but their's other bussiness's along the road also?A lot of people will go by a trash can and then throw the garbage on the ground....who knows why?

So I did not realize this until we got into the facility that this is an extended stay hotel,upon arrival they had people doing mechanic work in the parking lot. They had big dogs running loose in the parking lot the outside parking lot was filthy as well as the room… we checked in on a Saturday Sunday they did not service our room I called down asking for clean towels to be told that housekeeping was not available Monday we called asking for towels they asked if we was a day guest or extended stay I said daily they then tell us that it was up to housekeeping or we can pay to wash their towels , my partner went to the office and they manager looks at him and said well everyone starts as a daily guest and yet they are still here , hotel 6 has always had a high standard of being a reasonable hotel but clean this is not acceptable the staff was rude and had an attitude and it needs to be fixed !!!

I could not locate motel. When I called, there was nobody to help me directions, I finally got directions from a Great Western Motel where it is, when I arrived, there was no record of my reservation, representative allowed me to access reservation on Yahoo email. It was there. Hours went by, I was exhausted. Room was pretty shoddy. No blankets. Also, your motel sign was not illuminated, which great contributed to my inability to locate motel.

The staff was great, no complaint there. My room didnt have a chair, was told modst dont, so asked for one abd they brought me one from the lobby. The room on the otherhand was awful. It smelled of sewage, dead bygs on the flor, everything in the room was sticky including the tv remote. I went to the near by store and bought clorox wipes and wiped everything down. The floors were hardwood and sticky. I checked the bed throughly for bed bugs and other bugs and none, but i still did not want to sleep on the sheets so i got my sleeping bag out of my car and used that. I never felt unsafe and i did notice the front desk had security monitors set up to veiw the entire property. Would not recomend staying here due to the unclean rooms

The roaches were super friendly!!! Red flag number 1 was the “Narcan available in case of overdose” sticker in the lobby window. Holes in the wall, the floor was dirty. Roaches were present. The outlet was jerked out of the wall. The light switch had been transformed into an ashtray (even though it was a non smoking room). The plastic in the bathroom light fixture was broken so instead of repairing it, styrofoam plates were inserted in its place. Mildew in the showers. Bathroom doorknob was missing. My 12 year old daughter was too scared to sleep bc of the sketchy individuals hanging around the property. I have pictures, but I don’t think there’s a place to upload them. I booked on the app for convenience to the amphitheater, but the pictures and information on the app did not match reality. Hands down the worst experience in a hotel EVER.

HORRIBLE STAY — DON’T BOOK! The room smelled like sewer, and it was unbearable. Only two flat pillows and a paper-thin comforter. Only 2 bath towels were provided and one smelled like it had been washed with kitchen towels — it had a strong greasy odor. The room felt dirty, and we ended up sleeping in our car because of the smell. wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Tried two rooms. First bedroom had cockroaches (and baby cockroaches & tiny bugs crawling on the floor. Second room seemed to have bed bugs 😭 do not stay here if you don't wish to pickup either of these!

The staff was the ONLY good thing about this property. I feel for them, the room had holes in the walls behind the toilet (which was not even bolted to the floor), it leaked Everytime it was flushed, the sink also had huge holes under it that could be looked thru to the access walkway, the door didn't deadbolt and could be pushed open with my hip, the AC wouldn't stay on and Everytime it kicked off it spewed water all over the floor, this motel 6 would be lucky to be called a motel 2. If you need a cheap place to lay your head I suppose this will do, but I will never stay here again.

upon opening the door we saw cigarette burns on the wall and smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room. There we only 2 pillows on the bed. The bathroom door was missing the door handle and latch and had a large hole in the middle that someone tried to patch. The bathroom tile was moldy and caulk allover the floor. The outdoor area had someone working on a pick up truck in the parking spaces and had his junk all over the place. There were people just sitting on the hoods of their cars and hanging out. I did not feel safe.The property should be condemmed.

The room window was cracked, the dead bolt lock wouldn’t lock and neither would the safety latch because the door and the door jam weren’t matched up height wise. There were no towels in the room for after shower, no trash cans in the room to throw trash away, no remote for the tv and there was a large gap at the top of the door (which probably explains the locks not matching up). But we were in route for a move out of state and it did provide a cheap place to sleep for a few hours. I wouldn’t choose this place again, but it could be worse I guess.

I booke twice on the motel 6. The first one when I went to do chek in at 2:00 they say they were behind on the cleaning. That we will have to wait until 3:30. Around that time wen I went they told me that there was no system since 9 a.m. that she can't check me in. Wish I pretty sure it was a lie, because why she didn't told me that at the begining. I went to another motel 6 near by and booke there. The fisrt room was dirty and smell like smoke, the second was a lot of flies and kind of smelling like smoke as well. The third one look fine, sow we started uploading our belonging. When we need to use the restroom we realized the door doesn't close porperty. We call them they send a stranger to the room saying it was maintenance and he said he couldn't fixed. He offer another room which it was the one that have a lot of flies. There customer services was horrible. They didn't want to provide manager name. They lie also about there was no manager that day to call the next day at 9. Which I did and they lie again saying the manager is to busy and bearly go to the motel. More than dissapointed with this motel and of course I already put complain and will write bad review as well.
I booke twice on the motel 6. The first one when I went to do chek in at 2:00 they say they were behind on the cleaning. That we will have to wait until 3:30. Around that time wen I went they told me that there was no system since 9 a.m. that she can't check me in. Wish I pretty sure it was a lie, because why she didn't told me that at the begining. I went to another motel 6 near by and booke there. The fisrt room was dirty and smell like smoke, the second was a lot of flies and kind of smelling like smoke as well. The third one look fine, sow we started uploading our belonging. When we need to use the restroom we realized the door doesn't close porperty. We call them they send a stranger to the room saying it was maintenance and he said he couldn't fixed. He offer another room which it was the one that have a lot of flies. There customer services was horrible. They didn't want to provide manager name. They lie also about there was no manager that day to call the next day at 9. Which I did and they lie again saying the manager is to busy and bearly go to the motel. More than dissapointed with this motel and of course I already put complain and will write bad review as well.

So I did not realize this until we got into the facility that this is an extended stay hotel,upon arrival they had people doing mechanic work in the parking lot. They had big dogs running loose in the parking lot the outside parking lot was filthy as well as the room… we checked in on a Saturday Sunday they did not service our room I called down asking for clean towels to be told that housekeeping was not available Monday we called asking for towels they asked if we was a day guest or extended stay I said daily they then tell us that it was up to housekeeping or we can pay to wash their towels , my partner went to the office and they manager looks at him and said well everyone starts as a daily guest and yet they are still here , hotel 6 has always had a high standard of being a reasonable hotel but clean this is not acceptable the staff was rude and had an attitude and it needs to be fixed !!!

Horrible, wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to stay here. Strict no refund poilicy. Non working appliances, disgusting rooms, sticky bathroom floors, walls were dirty, bed bugs in bed. The worst of a stay that you can imagine. I left in the middle of the night.

The customer service was piss poor . Upon arrival we had to wait an hour for the desk person to return from taking her kids home . She was extremely rude and unprofessional . The room was nasty and full of bugs . Tried to get a refund but she refused . Overall stay somewhere else not worth it.

I could not locate motel. When I called, there was nobody to help me directions, I finally got directions from a Great Western Motel where it is, when I arrived, there was no record of my reservation, representative allowed me to access reservation on Yahoo email. It was there. Hours went by, I was exhausted. Room was pretty shoddy. No blankets. Also, your motel sign was not illuminated, which great contributed to my inability to locate motel.

Was just a quick stay to start driving again in the morning. Got first room and it only had one queen bed. Clerk sounded shocked when I told him that. Second room didn’t have a working key card had to be let in by clerk. Room was a little rough but it was cheap so I wasn’t expecting much. Small amount of toilet paper left on the roll. Towels didn’t seem to be clean. But from my appearance had clean sheets and pillows. Seemed like alot of loitering I didn’t much care for through the night. If you need a cheap room here’s your place I probably will not stay here again.

The roaches were super friendly!!! Red flag number 1 was the “Narcan available in case of overdose” sticker in the lobby window. Holes in the wall, the floor was dirty. Roaches were present. The outlet was jerked out of the wall. The light switch had been transformed into an ashtray (even though it was a non smoking room). The plastic in the bathroom light fixture was broken so instead of repairing it, styrofoam plates were inserted in its place. Mildew in the showers. Bathroom doorknob was missing. My 12 year old daughter was too scared to sleep bc of the sketchy individuals hanging around the property. I have pictures, but I don’t think there’s a place to upload them. I booked on the app for convenience to the amphitheater, but the pictures and information on the app did not match reality. Hands down the worst experience in a hotel EVER.

Don’t stay here! Pretty sure this is a drug den. The locks are busted on the doors from either cops or vandals The door to the first room we were given didn’t even close. The door was actually open when we got to the room, and it smelled like various kinds of smoke. We requested a different room but we didn’t even go into it because the bed was not made and it was dirty. There were a few people we ran into that seemed like they had come upon some rough times. We booked a different hotel down the street.

Hidden fees and high rates considering the degradation of the rooms. Rooms showed at booking are in no way shape or form the actual photos. Microwave showed excessive damage and rust .
