Arrived close to midnight and noticed the outside security guard which make me feel very safe about our possessions inside the vehicles and the staff was super helpful and efficient. The breakfast the next morning was the best we had had from any Hampton Inn!

Very nice accommodations. Although they were sold out it was very quiet. Great place to walk & exercise my dog but we were surprised with the $75 pet fee. Didn’t see that listed anywhere. Breakfast was very good, coffee was excellent. It was expensive, but worth it. Cracker Barrel was across the parking lot. That was convenient too.

We arrived at 18:30, the wife and I wanted to swim at the pool. Was informed that pool was closed without explanation. Hours are until 22:00. Would’ve been nice to know before booking.

Nice hotel close to the Atrium music venue. Plenty of parking, easy check in. Booked a king, got 2 queens, which was fine for a quick 1 night stay. Clean room and bed, but the shower/tub was worn and needs to be resealed or replaced due to missing grout, black edges. Overall a quiet stay despite a busy weekend.

The facility is quite nice, very clean. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. That being said, the housekeeping staff was absolutely horrible!! They lacked just the basic knowledge of what being professional means in the work place. Check-out was at NOON. They were on the hallway knocking on doors at 10am AND talking VERY LOUD!!! Showed zero respect for the patrons that were still there and sleeping. I travel often and I have NEVER seen housekeeping staff behave so poorly. I hope this reaches management. There definitely needs to be some training on proper work etiquette when working in hospitality.

The clerk that checked us in needs to read a book about what is required to be in the hospitality business. The check in process was akin to what one would expect if one being processed into the local lockup. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom water was very poor, however, if it were normal sink wouldn’t have drained.

Your desk person recognized the needs of our stafff member who had stayed the previous night and was involved in an car accident and needed a secondary nights stay to figure out how to get home. She was kind and understanding to our staff and helped her get checked back in quickly so she could rest.

Several guests were victims of robbery including us. The hotel itself was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. We had our dogs with us and there is a very nice walking area. Some staff indicated that this wasn’t an isolated incident and it has happened before and to other hotels in the area. If this is really the case they should invest in a security guard or maybe a service a number of hotels could share.

We were not told at check in that the pool wasn't in use. Didn't find out until the kids were ready to get in. With that being said I was a little worried about them being outside in the area that this hotel is in. LOTS of homeless people wandering the streets around the hotel. The hotel was very clean inside, staff was great, and the breakfast looked great but we were ready to get outta dodge by morning. Wouldn't stay again because of the area.

The hotel was perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay on the Interstate. Our rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The free hot breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff was also friendly and kind. My only issue with this hotel had nothing to do with the hotel. It was the location. It didn't seem to be in the nicest area of Macon. The area wasn't "bad," but I was hoping for a slightly better surrounding community.

We liked the studio room size. We were traveling with 5 people (2 children) and we had a sectional that pulled out making an extra bed. Neat, clean as can be, and a nice breakfast bar.
