Very disappointing stay. The room was not made up properly upon arrival and the bathroom had no shower gel and virtually no conditioner. Advised the front desk, but no one came, so I spoke to housekeeping, which didn't listen or check and left the wrong items. Never had shower gel and room was not cleaned over 2 nights. The room also lacked a room number. Very strange. The lobby restaurant was good and the service much better.

All staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The decor is modern looking , which is really nice. But—the room needs an upgrade—furniture was scuffed, a long extension cord was laying on the floor to a lamp, tub grout was not great and mold on grout behind sink. But the room was very clean

No lobby coffee ??? Stayed two nights and room was not attended to (trash not removed, towels not changed, beds not made.) Maybe I missed a stated policy but paying $350/night, it’s reasonable to think some basic housekeeping would be provided.

The staff at front desk was extremely helpful and cheery! The room was pleasantly very clean and set up with a little couch right at TV. This was great for watching TV. The bed was very very comfortable! I would recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Portsmouth and even Kittery (not that far from the outlets)

It was very clean and comfortable. I normally don't sleep well in hotels, but I got a great night's sleep. My 2 kids and I used the pool and it was very clean and did not smell too strongly of chlorine. We did not use the restaurant, but i liked that the option was there. Definitely recommend this location.

The TV was on volume of 40 and it still did not drown out the sound of traffic. Walls and windows are paper thin. Although I asked for a room far away from the highway, I was placed literally right next to it. Wrong choice for a light sleeper.

This is an older property that has generally been kept up. However we had two issue. There was an odd musty smell near the door. It was not so objectionable that we wanted to move (it was a 1 night stay) but the hotel need to deep clean the carpet in 433. The second issue can't be correct. When they build this hotel they use those big under-window air conditioners, you know they type ... big an noisy. At some point they put a fancy wall control unit and disabled the controls on the unit itself. That meant that we could not find way to turn on the fan so it blew right on us full blast all night. Overall, just an OK stay.

Check in was efficient and pleasant. Selected room on floor one. Room 126 was spotless and WiFi is great particularly when Netflix (my account) is available. Also like curved couch facing entertainment center. Little bit noisy at night because of highway, but bed was comfortable!

Good location, nicely landscaped property. Having to pay for breakfast was a downer. Perhaps this should be made more clear on WEB site. Some reliability issues with the WIFI. Would be good to move the sign out closer to the street.

From the ease of check in to check out everything was excellent. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Bar/restaurant was clean and great food service. Extra shoutout to Morgan who was tending the Bistro on Mew Year’s eve. We will definitely be going back.

We stayed overnight for a wedding nearby. The wedding was early in the afternoon and the front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating getting us an early check- in. The room was spacious and clean. Starbucks coffee available on first floor. Overall excellent stay.

I stayed two nights. First night the fire alarm went off for no reason in the middle of a cold January night. Everyone went outside. We waited for a while until the fire department arrived. Next morning I asked what happened and maintenance guy told me the sensor was dusty, haha. It was a stupidest thing I ever heard of. My room was very cold cause the heater wasn't working properly. I told the night manager about the problem. He didn't care much. He didn't even offer to put me into a different room . He just said he didn't have a maintenance guy until next morning, so I spent the second night freezing in my room . Maintenance person never showed up. I'd never stay here again.

It is a fine hotel. Staff is not helpful or friendly. Especially the guy at the front desk that checked me in. He is very rude and was belittling me. The room is okay. Walls are very thin and you can hear people all around.

They promised a discount to make up for it but none was given. The hotel is in a strange place surrounded by what appear to be abandoned office buildings. Sort of a strange location for a hotel to be, but nonetheless, this hotel was reasonably priced, had great amenities and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable as well.

The hotel was fine. Clean room and free parking. Unfortunately, you have to pay for coffee in the mornings. They have a little restaurant and starbucks, but having to pay for coffee was a real turn off.

From the ease of check in to check out everything was excellent. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Bar/restaurant was clean and great food service. Extra shoutout to Morgan who was tending the Bistro on Mew Year’s eve. We will definitely be going back.

The breakfast host/waiter was unfriendly. The purchased breakfast was poor and substandard. No more Courtyard by Mariott for me.

Good location, nicely landscaped property. Having to pay for breakfast was a downer. Perhaps this should be made more clear on WEB site. Some reliability issues with the WIFI. Would be good to move the sign out closer to the street.

I booked a room with a balcony and wasn't given a room w/o that option. For some reason I was downgraded, however, I already paid for my room. I should have been given what I paid for at the hotel. Also, I had issue with the TV, the staff said they would send someone and never did. Also, I asked for extra bath towels. Again, the staff said they would send some up and they never arrived. There were also plenty of pizza boxes and other food boxes littering the hallways, gross! It was a complete disappointment! I've stayed at this property a few times before, something has changed and not in a good way. Again, not a recommendation I could make based on this trip!

Everything was awesome. Until we were yelled at not to have dogs by the pool area last minute. When there are no signs that say dogs aren’t allowed by the pool area. Considering there was no one in it. Beside me and my spouse. Then knowing it’s a dog friendly place attitude was given when they could have knocked on the glass and pulled me aside to speak. Instead of being yelled at to control a dog that was laying pool side for hrs no problem. If he had managed his tone my dog wouldn’t have been worked up. Again suppose to be dog friendly place not hostile environment.
