Homewood Suites by Hilton San Jose Airport-Silicon Valley

I always enjoy my stay here. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was really good, I like the variety every morning. The social hour was cool, they had a nice variety of drinks and snacks that were complementary. The staff was very helpful. Overall will be staying here again in the future.

There was no greeting from the staff, they seemed annoyed to have to check us in.

Rooms were nice and tidy, kitchen was spotless.

The staff were super helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was great—especially the potatoes. The beds were really comfortable too, which made a big difference. The only thing that surprised me was how much single-use plastic there was—cup lids, cutlery, milk cartons—it felt like it was everywhere. It just seemed unnecessary when something used for a few minutes can stick around in the environment for hundreds of years. If Homewood Suites put as much effort into cutting down their reliance on single-use plastic as they do into their great hospitality, it would make an already great stay even better. That said, thank you for a lovely stay. On my first visit to the USA, I was really charmed by your hospitality.

직원분들 친절하시고 청소도 잘 되어있고, 아침 식사에 매번 블루베리, 딸기, 오렌지 등 과일이 있어서 좋았습니다. 방마다 거실과 주방이 있고 호텔 로비 식당도 이용 가능해서 함께 출장 온 일행과 미팅, 식사. 저녁 술도 함께 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
