From the beginning the first issue was trying to open the room door. I had to have help opening the door. The A/C wasn’t functioning properly. I had to keep pressing the buttons. The bed was missing a leg because it kept tilting down. Bathroom was dirty full of hair. No microwave or fridge in my room? There were some with microwave and fridge? Pool was dirty. I recommend putting a screen. Breakfast was a long long wait.! Everyone was complaining about waiting time for breakfast. I recommend buffet warm breakfast.! Instead of cooking in the spot. Stuff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The place is just old. Plugs didn’t work. I had paid upfront so I had no other choice. It was just 2 days and stuff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice. But the room did not match online discription. And the room needs a remodel. The sinks and tubs were very old the drains did not have drain stoppers. And the toilet kept on draining water. there was a big cockroach in the tub. I think it came in thrue the bathtub drain. The beads were great. But the sheets smelled bad.

The 2 ladies at the front desk were rude and lack any knowledge of customer service! I would not recommend this property to anyone! I stayed 4 days and only managed to get room service the last day. Of course upon checking in I was not informed that it’s needed to request room service and I did, however it failed on deft ears. The rooms were not clean and holes in the sheet rock on the walls. This property is in dare need of serious renovations!

Do not suggest, I would not stay again. Positive: good location, soft pillows & breakfast was great Negative: Old hotel, rooms smell moldy, beds VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, dirty carpet. I was initially signed a room, which smelled HORRIBLE, was dirty & had no top latch. I will say they accommodated me & reassigned me. The room was better but still not the best. Will not stay here again.

The room smelt horrible and nasty, we checked in and asked for a refund right away and since we booked 3rd party we had to go through hotels.com but apparently the hotel never answered the phone or would hang up on them in order to approve the refund…we ended up not getting a refund. Never going back

You can tell the place is old but it has been well kept. The breakfast was excellent. I was expecting cereal or oatmeal. Instead I got a full meal deal. They have different choices and you select and they bring it to you on a plate.
