Room was spacious but could use some maintenance upgrades

Great hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Stayed in the Executive suite and it was very nice and big. The only thing that I could say was bad is sleeping on a pull out bed. I don't know of any pull out beds that are comfortable.

I recently stayed in Room 221 and was very disappointed with the condition of the property. Upon arriving at my room, I encountered dog feces in the hallway, which I nearly stepped in—an unacceptable first impression. Unfortunately, the issues continued inside the room. The ceiling showed visible stains from what appeared to be old water leaks, and the walls were noticeably dirty and stained. The curtains were both dirty and torn, and the carpet was in poor condition. The furniture was also unclean to the point that I felt compelled to place a bed sheet over it before sitting down. The toilet in bedroom 2 would not flush. I chose this location based on a positive experience I had two years ago, which makes this stay especially disappointing. The decline in cleanliness and overall upkeep is significant. Given this experience, I would not choose to stay here again. The current condition of the room does not reflect the standards I would expect as Hilton standards.

Clean room. Responsive staff. Friendly and professional. Best hotel breakfast we’ve ever eaten!!
