Overall it was not a bad stay, bird chirps down the hallway was surprisingly relaxing. The room was very basic and could use an update. The main detractors where the main entry way has been converted to a venue/dining area. It was inconvenient for check in and somewhat confusing. The other issue is their charging ports. They have 4 Tesla ports but only 2 J1772 ports, unlike some other hotels they don’t carry adapters. Please plan ahead if you expect to be able to charge your vehicle.

I really enjoyed this place - it has a country cabin feel, fire in the fire place in the lobby, a nice (a bit pricy) restaurant, an indoor pool area with pool, hot tub, and sauna. The room was nice and spacious. The beds were ok, not as comfortable as I would have liked - hopefully I just got one of their beds in lower condition. We did not receive a free bottle of sparkling wine, which would have been nice - should have requested it. We did not have our room serviced, which I would prefer except I did want coffee pods replenished. All in all, I would recommend this place, and will stay here again without hesitation if I need to be in the area.

Overall a decent stay. We were mostly disappointed that the indoor pool was not really heated it was cool. They charge a $16 fee at checkout for amenities which we were not aware of at first ... so that should go toward things like heating the pool. Toilet seat and sink were a bit wobbly. Not terrible things, but those would be our suggestions for improvement. TY!

Amazing lodge! The chef at the restaurant should be praised since everything was so delicious. The pool, hot tub and sauna were excellent. The shower was incredibly spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, too. Loved my stay!

I was told by front desk that I could check in early, but would need to call back in the morning to let them know. Talked with a new person that said that was not the case. The new person was rude on the phone and did not care about my desire to check in early. Overall rude interactions. Also, the jets in the hot tub didn’t work.

Stayed one night on a business trip. It’s a great hotel. Love the lodge vibe. Great bar. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Only downside is that gym equipment needs to be replaced. Specifically the treadmills and ellipticals.

My room was clean and spotless. I love the warm feel of the Northwest decor. I have visited the Heathman for Mothers' day brunches, but never lodged there visiting over a holiday like Thanksgiving.

I stayed here twice within 4 days. It was very nice however on the 2nd visit, the bathroom sink appeared to have shaving whiskers as if the cleaning crew did not clean the sink. I did inform the front desk and they apologized

I stayed here twice within 3 days. The second time the bathroom sink was dirty with what appeared to be from someone shaving. I really like the hotel and would stay there again if in the area. I wouldn’t hold that totally against them but needed to mention. I did tell the front desk and they apologized.

This is a really nice hotel. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The shower was large. The restroom had a sink outside of the toilet/shower area which made it nice for two people in the room. The hotel is across the street from the Vancouver Mall so very convenient.

The room needs to be updated! I love the decor and the overall feel of the Heathman Lodge, but the couch was peeling, and the room felt old. I hope that they take the time to update the rooms, as the Heathman Lodge is a beautiful place.

It was a nice hotel, the bed was comfortable. The front desk people were very nice. The downsides were, it was really hard to find the front door. We walked the entire building before realizing you basically have to go through the restaurant to get to the front desk. We had to ask for our VIP bottle of wine. And we wound up taking it home, because the glasses looked like a 5 y/o had rinsed them out. After looking at the pictures on Expedia, I was surprised the place is basically in an office type complex. But it was quiet.

Easy parking, lots of shopping and dining options close by. One negative - we called and asked for early check in 3 days prior. Confirmed 11am checkin for an additional $25. Drove 3 hours, arrived, only to be told that they were at max capacity the night before so rooms were not ready until 4pm.. Volleyball tournament, memorial event, and a corporate event were all happening that day. Should not be difficult to check capacity or provide better service than that.

All of the staff were extremely friendly! We stayed for our anniversary and they were nice enough to give us a bottle of wine and upgrade our room to celebrate! Even wrote a nice card to us. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

They did not allow early check in. They stated it would be 25.00 to check in twenty minutes early. There were people waiting around lobby to check in. However, then they started allowing new people arriving to check in ten minutes early and before customers who had been waiting.

I’m just honestly a bit frustrated and was not sure if I even wanted to leave a review we hold the Heathman in the most highest standard as my husband used to work there for years in banquet and it’s always been such a beautiful property. We were standing at the front desk waiting to check in for nearly a half hour we had to go through three different staff members to be able to find the front desk agent to get our keys, unable to get to our room. It was late and I’m just disappointed that we spent our rewards points and our date night money to go and we had to stand there for so long to be able to get into our room.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. There’s plenty of shopping nearby with the Vancouver Mall within walking distance, plus good restaurants close by and easy access to the highway. My only suggestion would be to finish painting the room or update the walls/wallpaper. There weren’t any art pieces on the walls—just some holes where decorations used to be. That said, it was a minor detail that didn’t affect my stay. Keep up the great work!

This is a really nice hotel. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The shower was large. The restroom had a sink outside of the toilet/shower area which made it nice for two people in the room. The hotel is across the street from the Vancouver Mall so very convenient.

This is an older hotel. It is not an old hotel. My daughter and I felt safe. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and nice. The hotel is set back and feels like it’s in the woods. But you are close to shopping and restaurants.

The staff and property were amazing. The room was clean and the shower was huge, with great water pressure. If i had a complaint it would be that it was close to the freeway and a little noisy, but its too be expected in a larger city.

Beautiful hotel. Nice pool and hot tub. The restaurant and bar are very nice, though expect to pay $80-100 for two entrees and drinks plus tip. The free espresso machine in the lobby is a nice touch too. The rooms are large and comfortable with very nice bathrooms.

Courteous staff, fantastic amenities, and spotless, comfortable rooms. The Hudson’s restaurant had excellent food and courteous staff. This will be where we stay when visiting Vancouver, WA.

Both experiences with checking in and out amazing. Got a coffee in the morning and receptionist was so helpful in recommendations. Told all our friends to just drive down and spend a weekend. Stay and eat at Hudson

Have stayed here before and was great. This time just ok. No toiletries provided and we when we asked the desk they didn’t have any and acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about. Also even though Expedia says room service there is not. We also did not get the VIP items we were supposed to. Also the restaurant is good but it allows you to order online but your really can’t. So even though you can make the order online and it tells you how long it will take when you go to pick it up they said they don’t do online orders you have to call.

We have stayed at the Lodge several times and will control return again and again. It is a convenient spot for us when we visit Vancouver. The desk attendants are always welcoming. The restaurant is top tier!! The wait staff is the restaurant is superb. I can’t say enough good things about Heathman Lodge!

Had dinner at Hudsons bar and grill 1st day there meal was great, but when bill came waitress did not mention built in tip on bill and we gave a cash tip was dissapointed it was not mention to us!

Room was clean and organized. The bed was a little hard, but manageable. Shower was great with good pressure, and they offer free soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. They also have a fridge, and coffee maker. Check in and check in were smooth with very helpful and courteous associates. We also ate dinner at Hudsons and the meal and service were fantastic.

Overall it is quiet and comfortable. Great food at restaurant for brunch. Only complaint is that the restaurant doesn’t open until 8am and my family is ready to eat and get going earlier.

Unfortunately we were woke up at 5:30 am due to multiple people running up & down the hallway (either our floor or the floor above) which continued until about 7:00 am. There were quite a few children staying for some soccer event who I believe were the culprits. Rooms could use a little refresh (such as lighting). Staff were very friendly. Complimentary coffee/lattes at front desk were a pleasant bonus. Also appreciated the water bottle fill station and enjoyed the bird sounds throughout the halls. Fun & unique property!

Staff went above and beyond in every aspect, from the front desk clerk helping my wife decide which coffee to select to the workers that helped us with a flat tire. They went way out of their way to pull out an extension cord and air compressor to pump our tire up so we could get to the store to get it fixed. “A plus” service on every visit

It is a wonderful and so comfy of a hotel. My hubby loves the wood and cabin feel and I love the clean and classy feel that they bring ro their rooms and the upscale treatment from the terrific staff. Beds are comfy and service is outstanding.
