Stayed 3 nights

Rooms are just manageable, nothing much to be talked about. All the night party places are at 2-5mins walking distance. Music will be on till 4-5am in the morning, so if you want peaceful sleep, this is not the place to go.

Though hotel is in very good location if you want to live at beach front property with easy access to clubs and lounges. Only thing- You will hear the loud music. Property room does have rats. You can hear them.

Pros: Beach access, adequate breakfast, reasonable customer service. Comfortable bed. Cons: Sandwiched between night clubs, walls shaking from music until 4-6am. Power went out on last night of stay multiple times. Very dirty floors on our arrival. Socks and feet with red dirt on them. 1300inr for washing, tshirt came back with holes in it and underwear required fixing. Summary: if youre going out partying until 4am this place is probably a reasonable spot to stay. Otherwise i wouldnt recommend this to anyone. Very disappointing 4 nights.
