Loved the room, it was set up very nice. Parking was interesting, lots of trucks hauling ATV's, but they were courteous and quiet after 10pm. Restaurants were far but the hotel had some listed in the room which helped.

We booked online but turns out we were not well-informed about what we're getting. Upon arrival we found out our room was an older outdated room on a second floor, with outdoor stairs. We contacted the owner and after several texts and finally a phone call, she was able to put us in a better room. The information provided on Expedia did not detail the room we were assigned.

We liked everything. Loved having the water out the front to look at. Only issue we were able to watch TV, but couldn't hear it, because volume didn't work. Other then that we will be going back again

I can honestly say the room was very clean but other than that it was a terrible experience. It wasnt disclosed that you had to climb two very scary, rickety flights of wood steps to get to the room. I stepped in and twisted my ankle because of a deep step down into the room. Carpet was old and dingy. Called management and asked to switch to a downstairs room. She said it would double the cost of the room. Terrible experience!

Easy and convient checkin. Beautiful large tv and free wifi and free parking. However the room we got was not the rooms shown in the booking listing. We got room 21 upstairs and it appeared to be right out of 1970. Also the stairs up to the unit.were steep and unstable.

Property was great. I didn’t see photos of the room with one traveler but booked it on a whim. It was very 1970s style . I would suggest bringing your own shampoo and conditioner because the ones provided are very tiny. Smaller than travel size toothpaste. The stairs to get to our suite need some improvements. Just a couple loose broads but be aware you have to use steps.

Very clean updated room and the decor was beautiful. Everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable bed comfortable bed sheets, clean crisp white towels. Huge tv. Loved it and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. Thanks for having us.

No one was there. The room was so cold when we walked in. We found bugs inside the room. The TV volume was not working. The coffee mugs weren’t clear either. Never recommend this place.

I’ll start with the pro’s: the staff were communicative and accommodated my request to check in at 10PM. The tv was good and big. I liked the welcome folder in the room. The con’s have to be the bugs! I had to walk through hundreds if not thousands of bugs to get to my room. There were hundreds of bugs on the door, I didn’t want to open the door because it would likely let so many in. I entered as quickly as I could. There were so many bugs already in the room- they were everywhere… the bathroom etc. There were cobwebs everywhere all with various bugs caught in it.

Property was old, but well taken care of. Beds were very comfortable. Was close to a road and the traffic noise was pretty loud. Air conditioner did not keep the temperature stable. For the price it was a fairly good stay.

We stayed in the room 21,upstairs, room was cute, but the ac init was super loud next to the bed and we tried to take showers in the morning, no hot water. We called the office and the emergency number and got no response, same with texting, as instructed by the message, zero response, probably wont use them again

We got one of the two units that are above the office area. Room was small but very clean, wifi worked well, but bed was hard and the window AC unit kicked off and on a lot throughout the night, and the frame around the unit allows a lot of road noise from the highway. So not the most restful night of sleep. But it was fine for a quick overnight stay before a float.

Room would not unlock, tried what felt like hrs to contact someone. Another room was given to us because the remote door key did not work which only had one bed i ordered 2 beds and it took a while to get into that room. I was also double charged

“I had a late check-in and notified the property in advance. They assigned me a room number, but when I arrived at 11 PM, the office was closed and there was no signage to direct me to the room. I spent 30 minutes driving around the property and calling multiple times but could not locate the room. Even the owner later admitted that signage was not posted. I ended up having to sleep in my car. I requested a refund, but the property did not follow through. Very disappointing experience.

My ONLY negative comment was the confusion (and I was not the only guest) with the unattended check in. Main house had a note saying "remote check in"...there was nobody onsite to guide uou on what/where/how. I had not received my instructions prior with room # and access details...another guest helped me out and I guessed the correct room number...OTHERWISE...FABULOUS!!!! The rooms are new, fresh, well appointed and far more than what I expected in rural Maine!! Exceptional!! Every detail!! I highly recommend!!!

Exactly what we needed! Very clean. We arrived late and needed to leave early. The email we received with the room and code worked flawlessly. There was a very large TV, coffee machine with coffee available without a charge. Very happy.

This is an outstanding property! Everyone is phenomenal as to service and friendliness. I had a number of changes to make because I’m following my daughter who’s hiking the Appalachian Trail so her schedule is unpredictable. Folks were exceedingly accommodating as I worked around that variable. The facilities are newly remodeled and perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend Bingham Motor Inn for a short stay or extended stay.

Definitely worth the price. Only downfall was the surrounding area. Make sure you get food prior to 8pm. Had to go to store and purchase items for sandwiches which was fine but then forgot utensils, etc. Would love to see some extra utensils but that’s just extra. Thanks for the easy convenient stay!
