Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa

Hotellet lever ikke op til den høje pris. Udeområder var fine men inde er hotellet træt og indretningen er rodet med et mix af landhus og Thai style tema. Hotellets Afternoon-tee var en katastrofe, aldrig fået så ringe sandwiches og kager, 0 stjerner. Morgenmaden var kedelig, bacon og æg skulle tilkøbes selv om vi have morgenmad med i vores pakke, det dur ikke. Kommer ikke igen.

The only reason we booked the hotel was so that we could use the spa. However, we were not able to do this as the jacuzzi and pool were cold, the receptionist knew this but didn't tell us as we were walking through. Also we were told that we cannot use the hydro pools due to some issues with the chlorine. There was no empathy shown, not any goodwill gesture offered. It's a complete disappointment. The room itself is very dated, the shower was not very nice to use, kettle was dirty and you can't keep the curtains open as you can see other people sitting out on their patio. At breakfast, it was looking very bare as it wasn't being stocked up continuously, we ordered breakfast from the menu which took an extremely long time to come out.
