Amazing hotel really friendly staff. Very comfortable room and amazing restuarant

Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was not being told about £25.00 a night charge for our dog. Found this extautionate

I was staying Across The Road in another part of the hotel the pub side no one showed me to my room and I spent 25 minutes looking for it when I finally arrived. It was cold and the bed was not that comfy.

The reception staff were not very informative or professional. The communal areas, corridors etc were tired and tun down, washing bags left outside for long periods of time etc. The spa was very relaxing but very expensive compared to other spas. Overall it was an ok stay but wouldn't I return, perhaps not as think I could get more value for money elsewhere in the area

most of the Staff were more interested in discussing their social life than serving or attending to customers there is no wifi or phone coverage in room Staff needed more training especially when i checked out and requesting clarification on the bill and a VAT invoice Disappointing and will probably NOT be back
