This is the hotel that forever set the bar for all other stays for me. The property was gorgeous, the staff were amazing, the location was awesome. CDMX has so much to offer, and while I love to get out and explore, I truly enjoyed every moment at Casa Izeba. I cannot wait to be back!!!

Beautiful property in the heart of Roma Norte. Unique architectural design with incredibly rooms and common area. The bedding was one of the most comfortable in a hotel we’ve had and the breakfast in the morning is Rosetta. Highly recommend

I LOVED my stay here. So much so, I’m already scheming a way I can come back. I’m writing this review in my Uber on my way to the airport- that’s how much I loved it. The staff is amazing- very kind, knowledgeable and communicative. Expedia messed up and overbooked the rooms but they had me moved into the room I had booked immediately. I had a 5:05am pick up and they had coffee, fruit, granola and yogurt ready for me before I left- they truly go above and beyond here. Everything is beyond clean- the entire room and the rest of the building, it was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and they have every firmness imaginable at the ready. The bathtub was a lifesaver for me- I was so happy to have a bath in a deep soaking tub on my last night. The bath salts smelled amazing and the towels were soft. The rooftop is very charming, a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The tv was great- they have tons of apps- Netflix, peacock, MAX, Spotify and more. And the neighborhood can’t be beat. There’s so many shops and cafes and it’s so walkable. And if you drive- there’s a parking lot right next door. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Rujina (I think I butchered that, sorry!) Alberto and Anna (and the woman whose name I didn’t catch who hooked me up with coffee and breakfast this morning!) This place and the staff l is making it hard to leave but I’m glad I have somewhere to return to with my husband!

More like a house than a hotel, with a welcoming and kind staff. Rooms were in excellent condition. Location cannot be beat. Morning chats over coffee and pastries from panaderia rosetta in the peaceful atrium ensured every day started at a gentle pace.

We loved our stay at Casa Izeba. It's a perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood in walking distance of wonderful restaurants, parks, museums, etc. The staff is super helpful and kind and breakfast is delicious. The building itself is gorgeous - it's a restored historic home with unique updated decor and tasteful design. And it has a rooftop terrace! You should definitely stay here.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Will recommend to Mexico City travelers. The staff was so kind, accommodating, friendly, we felt welcomed and at home. The property is gorgeous and spotless. The breakfast was perfect, and a bonus that we didn’t need to wait in the bakery line for Rosetta pastry and breads. Staff offered us snacks and drinks all throughout the day and greeted us each time we returned from an outing. The neighborhood is adorable and close to the park, and dining options are unlimited. Nice grocery very close by. Can’t wait to come back.

Casa Izeba is an absolute gem! The staff were extremely helpful and even allowed me to check in early. The property is a beautifully decorated old home with modern upgrades. The furnishings and artwork are lovely and the roof terrace is the perfect little oasis to relax in the city. Breakfast was continental style with limited options but with a lot of fresh fruits and those delicious pastries from Rosetta panaderia next door (even gluten free ones!) that everyone else has to wait ages in line for. The room was bright and sizeable and the bed was extremely comfortable. My only little niggle was that the shower pressure wasn't super great. Otherwise, everything was perfection.

Casa Izeba is a dream. The location in Roma Norte is perfect—walkable to amazing food, coffee, and Panadería Rosetta served with breakfast. The space is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm. Our room was super comfortable and spotless, and the staff were warm and incredibly helpful. I will recommend this place to all of our friends who visit CDMX. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff was incredible. Very kind and helpful. The property was very clean and my room was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. Roseta pastries and fresh fruits. The neighborhood is lovely and I could walk to many restaurants and shops.

A wonderful property—immaculately clean with exceptionally friendly staff. They went out of their way to recommend great coffee shops and provide clear directions to all the places we wanted to visit. The location is fantastic, surrounded by excellent restaurants. Casa Izeba was so lovely! The rooms and common areas were very charming and beautiful. We only stayed one night but wish we could stayed longer. Our room was comfortable, clean, the toiletries were nice, we had everything we needed. The staff was so sweet and helpful. I had a question about the bus terminal in the city and they gave me helpful advice. I felt comfortable asking for anything we needed though we didn’t need much more than what they provided. The location was so great. Very short walk to so many places. Also, right next to panadería rosetta, though I discovered the next morning that casa izeba serves those very pastries for breakfast! I think that alone might be worth staying there…

Fani, Anna, and Pablo were absolutely great, and were very responsive answering any questions, providing recommendations, and helping us make reservations throughout our trip! The location is fabulous, very short walking distance to many great restaurantes, taquerias etc. Another great perk was being able to order food from Panaderia Rosetta (which has a long line at all hours), and a tasty taco stand right out the front door. The entrance is a little bit hidden and the rooms were compact, but overall a 10/10 experience, highly recommend.

Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful.

HIGHLY recommend Casa Izeba for any CDMX travelers. The house is absolutely stunning. Comfortable beds, huge showers. The staff was incredibly gracious and extremely helpful with anything we asked. Every morning they have fresh pastries from Panadería Rosetta, which is right next door. Location is absolutely perfect in Roma Norte- easily walkable to shopping, dining and in a very safe neighborhood. Cannot wait to be back!

Peaceful, charming, tastefully updated historic home. Spotless with the most attentive staff anywhere! We were in the back, new addition and it was quiet. Lovely common spaces in living room, atrium and rooftop garden.

Casa Izeba was so lovely! The rooms and common areas were very charming and beautiful. We only stayed one night but wish we could stayed longer. Our room was comfortable, clean, the toiletries were nice, we had everything we needed. The staff was so sweet and helpful. I had a question about the bus terminal in the city and they gave me helpful advice. I felt comfortable asking for anything we needed though we didn’t need much more than what they provided. The location was so great. Very short walk to so many places. Also, right next to panadería rosetta, though I discovered the next morning that casa izeba serves those very pastries for breakfast! I think that alone might be worth staying there…

Casa Izeba is an absolute gem! The staff were extremely helpful and even allowed me to check in early. The property is a beautifully decorated old home with modern upgrades. The furnishings and artwork are lovely and the roof terrace is the perfect little oasis to relax in the city. Breakfast was continental style with limited options but with a lot of fresh fruits and those delicious pastries from Rosetta panaderia next door (even gluten free ones!) that everyone else has to wait ages in line for. The room was bright and sizeable and the bed was extremely comfortable. My only little niggle was that the shower pressure wasn't super great. Otherwise, everything was perfection.

Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful.

One evening, I lost my phone, and he went above and beyond to help me locate it, staying up late for a few hours until we found it and arranging the drop-off. I LOVED my stay here. So much so, I’m already scheming a way I can come back. I’m writing this review in my Uber on my way to the airport- that’s how much I loved it. The staff is amazing- very kind, knowledgeable and communicative. Expedia messed up and overbooked the rooms but they had me moved into the room I had booked immediately. I had a 5:05am pick up and they had coffee, fruit, granola and yogurt ready for me before I left- they truly go above and beyond here. Everything is beyond clean- the entire room and the rest of the building, it was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and they have every firmness imaginable at the ready. The bathtub was a lifesaver for me- I was so happy to have a bath in a deep soaking tub on my last night. The bath salts smelled amazing and the towels were soft. The rooftop is very charming, a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The tv was great- they have tons of apps- Netflix, peacock, MAX, Spotify and more. And the neighborhood can’t be beat. There’s so many shops and cafes and it’s so walkable. And if you drive- there’s a parking lot right next door. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Rujina (I think I butchered that, sorry!) Alberto and Anna (and the woman whose name I didn’t catch who hooked me up with coffee and breakfast this morning!) This place and the staff l is making it hard to leave but I’m glad I have somewhere to return to with my husband!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Will recommend to Mexico City travelers. The staff was so kind, accommodating, friendly, we felt welcomed and at home. The property is gorgeous and spotless. The breakfast was perfect, and a bonus that we didn’t need to wait in the bakery line for Rosetta pastry and breads. Staff offered us snacks and drinks all throughout the day and greeted us each time we returned from an outing. The neighborhood is adorable and close to the park, and dining options are unlimited. Nice grocery very close by. Can’t wait to come back.

Booked this gem when we stayed in Roma Norte. The location was impeccable, easy access to all the restaurants and shops in the area. We felt very safe in this area of the city. The room met all of our expectations, felt like we were at home. Regina and all the staff were very welcoming and let us in the room early in the day since it was available. Cannot wait to return!

If you like charming, small boutique hotels with warm and personalized service, then this is your place! The staff was so friendly and accomodating! (As an example, they saved our favorite pastry for us on our last day.) The neighborhood is chock-full of great restaurants and cute boutiques. It's great to stroll around to admire the beautiful architecture. I will definitely stay here when I come back!

Great location in Roma Norte! If possible we would highly recommend staying in their large suite with soaking tub. The room faces inside the courtyard, which makes for a very restful sleep. Breakfast was a spread of freshly baked goods from the famous Rosetta Bakery next door. Coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt and even toast with ham and cheeses. The staff are AMAZING and make this stay incredible. They would ask us what bakes good we would like for breakfast every morning. This hotel feels like a home away from home. There is a private roof top terrace for guests to enjoy some light drinks and even snacks. Every evening my husband and I would just have water or beers on the rooftop while the sun was setting over Mexico City. This hotel is ideally located next to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Walk and explore, you might just fall in love with the area!
