Rustic Intervale Hideaway w/ Deck & Wooded Views!

This is the second property I tried to book for a surprise anniversary for my wife and I . This property managed by evolve cancelled my reservation because they said they did not have enough time to get the property ready for my stay. I gave over 24 hours notice. I was told that there needs to be at least 3 days notice when booking trips. This information was not noted on hotels.com app. There was nothing listed on the property listing itself explaining this. This is the second place I booked managed by evolve where my reservation was cancelled due to the above mentioned reasons/excuses. I booked 1 property that got cancelled then booked this one right after said cancellation only to be told (when I called mind you to make sure this didn't happen again) that my reservation will be cancelled. As I stated in my other property review, I travel a lot for work and pleasure and never had this happen to me in the last 10 years. If there are stipulations or fine print it needs to be properly advertised. I had to call both places to communicate properly because they were not going to call. I said this in another review that I will never book any trips work or pleasure related with any property that is run by evolve.

Owners/caretakers extremely easy to contact and instructions were clear.

Lovely property. Very dark at night. Missed the house a couple times because gps had us stopped at a nearby house. Could use a light by number at roadside. Everything we needed was supplied and clean. Bathroom is in a weird place with 3 doors to kitchen, living room and basement.
