Verzorgd verblijf. Verbouwd Herenhuis met voldoende faciliteiten. Het bed was heel goed. Het ontbijt is basic maar voldoende. We hebben er 2 nachten verbleven. Tijdens de dag waren we weg met de auto, het parkeren van de auto ‘s nachts hebben we gedaan in de betaalparking even verder op. Kostte €20/nacht. Enkel te betalen in cash. Geen betaalkaart.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Reitsch. Easy walk to the beach, and breakfast provided every morning. Walking distance to great restaurants, Lidl and pharmacies. Eugénio, the owner was very gracious and helpful!

We stayed at Casa Rietsch for two weeks and would really recommend it. We decided to stay in Matosinhos (instead of Porto) for the vicinity to the beach. It is a 3 minute walk and the beach is great. A supermarket is also right around the corner. Matosinhos as a city is not really picturesque but has nice corners and tons of (fish-)restaurants. The metro and bus stations are very close and it takes about 30 Minutes to be in the center of Porto. The host at Casa Rietsch is very friendly and helpful. He hangs around at breakfast, gives tips and answers questions. Breakfast itself is basic but was totally sufficient for us to start the day. There are three nice ladies who keep everything very clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable (which can be an issue sometimes). Our room was small but had a very nice bathroom. For two weeks we had a little too much clothing for the shelf provided as a wardrobe. There are electric bikes to rent which we did for 2 days to cruise along the coast. Altogether, if you want to avoid huge hotels and prefer a cozy and private atmosphere, you are right at Casa Rietsch.

The only issue was the bathroom door leading into the main sitting area was very difficult to close properly, then when you did, very difficult to open again. Not a huge problem for our party, but could have been if it wasn't all women & mostly family. Great stay - I wish we could have stayed longer!

Excelente!!! Es perfecta! A pocos metros de la playa y el Puerto. Súper bien ubicado. Muchos restaurantes cerca. La habitación enorme. Súper limpia. Tiene nevera, microondas y tetera eléctrica. Además tiene desayuno con gran variedad de cosas incluido. Ofrecen renta de bicicletas y toallas para la playa. El patio es súper agradable con mesas y sombrillas. La atención tanto del dueño como los demás es excelente. Totalmente recomendado.

We really liked the beds, the A/C kept the room very comfortable, and we were able to check-in a little bit early due to when pur flight arrived. It was quiet, and convenient to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Casa Rietsch was so nice that we booked it for two different periods during our vacay in Porto. Staff was very nice and we felt like at home. Beds were very comfy and room was silent. Bathroom in our room was big. Possibility to have breakfast in the garden. My friend and I will definately come back to Casa Rietsch next time we visit Porto.

It was a wonderful surprise. The best place to stay in Matosinhos, near the beach and the best restaurants, supermarket and great cafes at walking distance. Parking available in the street or paid parking a walking distance. Eugenio has also bicycles to rent for a very affordable price. Great breakfast and a really quite place in the center of Matosinhos. We loved it!

Easy access, quiet environment, great communication. Room is nicely furnished. Could use a step up on noise control from several clients noisy on arrival from 10pm to 1am ... don't take my experience for a general one. The owner is really accessible

Ein sehr an seinen Gästen interessierter Gastgeber der wertvolle Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben hat. Der Weg nach Porto ist sehr kurz und auch per Bus gut zu erreichen.

We really liked the beds, the A/C kept the room very comfortable, and we were able to check-in a little bit early due to when pur flight arrived. It was quiet, and convenient to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Reitsch. Easy walk to the beach, and breakfast provided every morning. Walking distance to great restaurants, Lidl and pharmacies. Eugénio, the owner was very gracious and helpful!

It was a wonderful surprise. The best place to stay in Matosinhos, near the beach and the best restaurants, supermarket and great cafes at walking distance. Parking available in the street or paid parking a walking distance. Eugenio has also bicycles to rent for a very affordable price. Great breakfast and a really quite place in the center of Matosinhos. We loved it!

Tijdens de dag waren we weg met de auto, het parkeren van de auto ‘s nachts hebben we gedaan in de betaalparking even verder op. Kostte €20/nacht. Enkel te betalen in cash. Geen betaalkaart.

We stayed at Casa Rietsch for two weeks and would really recommend it. We decided to stay in Matosinhos (instead of Porto) for the vicinity to the beach. It is a 3 minute walk and the beach is great. A supermarket is also right around the corner. Matosinhos as a city is not really picturesque but has nice corners and tons of (fish-)restaurants. The metro and bus stations are very close and it takes about 30 Minutes to be in the center of Porto. The host at Casa Rietsch is very friendly and helpful. He hangs around at breakfast, gives tips and answers questions. Breakfast itself is basic but was totally sufficient for us to start the day. There are three nice ladies who keep everything very clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable (which can be an issue sometimes). Our room was small but had a very nice bathroom. For two weeks we had a little too much clothing for the shelf provided as a wardrobe. There are electric bikes to rent which we did for 2 days to cruise along the coast. Altogether, if you want to avoid huge hotels and prefer a cozy and private atmosphere, you are right at Casa Rietsch.

Excelente!!! Es perfecta! A pocos metros de la playa y el Puerto. Súper bien ubicado. Muchos restaurantes cerca. La habitación enorme. Súper limpia. Tiene nevera, microondas y tetera eléctrica. Además tiene desayuno con gran variedad de cosas incluido. Ofrecen renta de bicicletas y toallas para la playa. El patio es súper agradable con mesas y sombrillas. La atención tanto del dueño como los demás es excelente. Totalmente recomendado.

Casa Rietsch was so nice that we booked it for two different periods during our vacay in Porto. Staff was very nice and we felt like at home. Beds were very comfy and room was silent. Bathroom in our room was big. Possibility to have breakfast in the garden. My friend and I will definately come back to Casa Rietsch next time we visit Porto.

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was very comfortable, check in was easy, and the location was great, just a block away from the ocean and close to public transit. If you come by car like I did, be prepared to pay about 30 euro a night for parking. The parking garage is up just one block and easily accessible from the hotel.
