Star inn Lisbon Airport

The hotel and room are fine and the buffet dinner is good for late arrivals. Breakfast was also good. The shuttle service was not ideal. We called 3 times and waited 30 minutes for the pick up at the airport. In the dark it was difficult to determine the walking route. In the morning, there were so many waiting that we just walked. We arrived late and left early, thus airport hotel stay.

The airport shuttle pick-up location was not easy to find. Also, I had to call the pick-up service.

Very clean, comfortable room. Within easy walking distance of the airport. Parking garage on the property. Very helpful staff.

I stayed here before an early flight. The room was very spacious which was nice so I could repack my luggage. The beds were nice an comfy. The breakfast had an incredible amount of food to choose from. Since I had a heavy suitcase I opted to take the shuttle to the airport instead of walking. I’m glad I did. It comes every 15 minutes across the street from the hotel. It’s not a far walk through the airport parking lot though. I recommend using the online check-in feature since there was a wait to check in. I would stay here again.

Had a very convenient stay be the airport. About a 5 minute walk down hill from the airport. We took the free shuttle back to our flight in the morning but get there early as there’s only room for 8 passengers and more than half in line had to wait another 15 minutes or walk. Had a lovely salad and soup at the bar but looked like a very nice dinner buffet that started about 6 I think. Breakfast buffet was great, available from 2am on!!!!! Would definitely recommend this as an easy and comfy stay by the Lisbon airport.

Convenient location but other misses. Arrived for prepaid room and still was required to pay another $30. Shuttle was so late to arrive that most of the people in the queue decided to walk the 500m to airport rather than continue to wait.

Check in is fast and staff very pleasant, the requests are dealt with promptly and politely. Excellent restaurant with buffet dinner and breakfast included in the price of room and served from 5:00 am so guests have a chance to eat before being shuttled to the airport. Shuttle runs every 15 min! Rooms are very nice and clean. I like this hotel very much for all the above plus its closeness to the airport, one can walk to it easily .

Amazing hotel, walking distance from the airport, bar closes at 2 AM. Just amazing!

A very good airport hotel. Just 8 minutes walk from the terminal or a minibus transfer every 15 minutes. Breakfast included in the price and available from 2am to 11am! Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. One negative - why play loud Christmas music over and over again in November? The staff look fed up with it, and so was I.

The hotel was outstanding in numerous ways. We were greeted warmly with cookies and allowed to check in early. We were given a lovely upgraded room with no extra charge. The restaurant was excellent providing a range of foods at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was excellent and opened at 200 am for early departures. The shuttle to the airport was so nice to have.

The room was spotless. All the staff were excellent.

Hotel is conveniently located near Terminal 1. I walked to the hotel. Window was open when I arrived and there was a mosquito in the room which woke me. Housekeeping in the room wasn’t the best which I didn’t notice until the morning (dirty shower, inop hairdryer, shower soap dispenser inop, no regular coffee). I let the front desk know when departing. Had a decent dinner and breakfast..

Room was clean. Had a little mold in the shower grout lines. Room was worth the money. The breakfast buffet was great.

Just what you expect an airport hotel would be. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Nice hotel, a stone’s throw from the airport, which is rather practical for an overnight connection. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the room is basic, but quite comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good and varied. The only negative thing is how incredibly slippery the shower stall is; they should seriously consider having anti-slip mats. Other than that, everything is tickety-boo.

O hotel é realmente muito próximo do aeroporto, pode-se ir à pé em minutos. Mesmo assim, há um shuttle a cada 15 minutos. O café da manhã eé bem variado e o melhor: servido a partir das 2 h da madrugada. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, dividido com um cortina da pia . Não há um cômodo para o banheiro, ele faz parte do quarto. O chuveiro e o vaso sanitário ficam isolados ao lado da pia, , dentro de um espaço com paredes de vidro. O local do vaso sanitário é minúsculo. Higiene e limpeza ok. No geral atende ao que se presta: um hotel ao lado do aeroporto para poucos dias de estadia.

The room and breakfast were good, but I could hear voices in the corridor and it was rather noisy.

Check-in rápido. Pernoite péssimo pois, apesar do inverno, o quarto 3012, onde fui acomodado, estava muito quente e o ar condiciinado não funcionava. Ele apenas recirculava o ar quente e, seguramente, a temperatura do quarto estava acima de 24°C. Após quase 1hora de funcionamento do ar condicionado, e sem perceber qualquer melhora no conforto térmico do quarto, o desliguei e tentei abrir a janela do mesmo para tentar arejá-lo um pouco, mas para a minha decepção, a mesma tinha a sua abertura impedida por bloqueio. Somado a isso, sofri uma reação alégica brutal que me impediu de dormir devido a coceira nos olhos, congestão nasal, irritação de garganta e coriza. Já havia me hospedado outras duas vezes nesse hotel sem qualquer problema, mas dessa vez me senti muito prejudicado moralmente e financeiramente por ter pagado uma diária cara para uma estadia péssima que me fez antecipar em 5 horas o check-out. Por tudo isso, minha viagem de retorno para casa foi transformada em tortura. Me senti frustrado, pois imaginei que teria uma boa noite de descanso no hotel antes de seguir viagem, porém o que recebi foi bem diferente: cansaço e uma crise alérgica jamais ocorrida antes comigo. Espero, sinceramente, que o hotel melhore a limpeza dos seus quartos, pois em uma próxima estadia, que possivelmente ocorrerá, caso volte a sentir os mesmos sintomas, não hesitarei solicitar a troca do quarto.

The hotel was ok. The bathroom and shower with the clear doors was the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. I shared the room with a friend and the bathroom was not private at all. So weird. Hotel is ok. It was convenient for a morning flight the next day.

O transfer do aeroporto ao hotel teria que ser chamado por whattsap de voz ou texto e não por chamada para telefone fixo, que muitos viajantes não tem em seu pacote de telefonia. O banheiro com paredes deixou o quarto mais confortável nessa estadia.. Os carpetes nos corredores e na recepção são altamente inapropriados porque travam o deslizamento das malas, tornando-as mais pesadas. Parte dos funcionários do restaurante são inexperientes e/ou mal treinados, às vezes sendo rudes. O café da manhã foi o ponto alto. A troca dos biscoitos de boas vindas por biscoitos comuns, sem tintas comestíveis, seria benvinda.

There is a fee to do an early check-in that is not in Expedia but when you get there you are told you need to pay >60 EUROS< for a midday check-in. There are no showers available for those who arrive early in the hotel and don't want to pay >60 EUROS<. Almost half of the money you pay for a day.

Appreciated being able to check in remotely. Very fast service when we reached the hotel.

We spent one night in transit. All services worked as expected, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The airport transfer driver was exceptionally kind. And the restaurant manager and staff were very accommodating to our vegetarian diet. They could improve by having a WhatsApp channel for pre-arrival communication.

I have stayed at Hotel Star Inn by Lisbon airport many times. It is convenient for early flights. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are always friendly. I recommend it to my friends.

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I travel often. On the morning of our departure, the hotel completely cut off the water supply all morning. That meant no shower, no way to brush our teeth, no way to wash up, and not even the ability to properly use the bathroom before heading to the airport for a long day of travel. This is not an inconvenience, this is a complete failure to provide the most basic necessity. The staff’s response only made things worse. When we politely asked for help, they treated us horribly. Instead of showing concern, they told us multiple times to “lower our voices” as though we were in the wrong for being upset. They kept repeating that they were “not responsible,” refusing to provide any solutions or even an apology. At one point, the receptionist promised to bring water bottles, but they never arrived. If I had waited for him, I would have been late for my flight. Their words and actions showed a total lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for guests. How can anyone pay for a hotel room and not even be given access to WATER? It is outrageous that a service we paid for could not meet the most basic human need. Not only did the hotel fail to provide this, but they also showed zero care or urgency in fixing the issue. Instead, they dismissed us and left us to leave for the airport feeling dirty, disrespected, and frustrated. This experience was unacceptable from beginning to end.

It served the purpose of a convenient hotel with shuttle to the airport. You can even walk to the airport if so inclined. The included breakfast buffet was a plus, as well as the availability of a dinner buffet. The inconvenience came when we tried to contact Front Desk from our room in 2 different occasions (a couple of times each instance) but it seemed they would pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. The last contact we attempted was right before we were going to check out as we had an emergency when I ended up with one of the bathroom’s glass doors in my hand as It had become unhinged, out of nowhere. We tried to call the Front Desk to ask for help and the same thing happened…the phone would be picked up -we COULD here the ambient noise-, but no one would talk, we’d start sayjng “hello…” but would be immediately hung up on. We were then able to prop the door against the ledge and when we came to the front desk to check out and inquired about being hung up on, the clerk said: oh! I picked up the phone and heard nothing, but also implied that people normally knock the phone and inadvertently dial the Front Desk, which made me think that they may have become accustomed to picking up and hanging up…

Great Location on the Airport

A great place to stay if you are getting in late or taking a flight before noon- literally walkable from the airport, although they do have a shuttle. Also, there is a metro nearby and the riverfront area with shopping mall and restaurants is a quick and Uber ride away.

Perfect spot to stay for the airport. We walked with our bags at 2:00 am. So close and totally safe

This is a great hotel near the airport. They have a shuttle every 15 minutes or it is less than a 10 minute walk to the airport. Breakfast was very nice and fast.

Staff was professional and friendly, the rooms were clean and modern, and it was within walking distance to the terminal which made our early morning flight more bearable. I was pleasantly surprised to find they started breakfast (free and great selection) at 2am, which was appreciated before our 5:45am flight of a 16 hour journey home!

Quarto bom, mas sem amenities, o que facilita a curta hospedagem. Não aprecio o tipo de banheiro integrado ao quarto, a porta do chuveiro abre para fora, molhando o chão, a porta do sanitário não permanece fechada. Jantamos no hotel,sistema buffet, comida muito boa, a $24 euros por pessoa, um pouco salgado. Café da manhã excelente!

Reception and room were excellent as previously. Dinner buffet was not of the standard of previous visits. Too much lukewarm and cold food that should have been hot. Not being temerature checked. Commented on the cold pasta and the reponse was 'Well it should be hot because the heater is on'. Same member of staff . Went to the bar to order a second glass of wine. 'You want ANOTHER one?' Nothing wrong with the question but the tone caused other guests to look round questionably. This girl was not seen to smile the whole time I was there, missing the work ethic and friendliness of all other staff, changing the ambiance. Other guests commented to me. Barr staff were very caring and concerned when I choked. So enjoyed the dinner buffet on 3 previous visits in the last year. Shame about this time.

Evening meal poor. Recommend eating in airport instead. Meal was pricey and tasted like it was in warmer all day. We didnt eat it. staff didn’t appear interested or surprised to hear it was poor quality

Food in general, buffet and breakfast were subpar, buffet main dishes were sliced chicken and pieces of fish, no meat at all for 23 euros per person, breakfast no omelets, precooked eggs, overcooked boiled eggs, bread was hard. Hotel was nice, people were friendly and polite. people should be more aware that an entrance ramp is available to bring their luggage to the main.
