Unfortunately, our stay here was disappointing. While the hotel and rooms look nice at, we didn’t feel comfortable. The pillows were unpleasant, the noise levels were high (plus the constant planes flying over), a good shower, but we barely got any sleep. Breakfast was terrible! By 7am most of the food was already gone, and there was only one coffee machine for a large number of guests. Be cautious when booking: we assumed pool access was included, but when we went down to use it, they tried to charge €10 per person. Thankfully, I had my Expedia receipt showing that spa access was included, so we were eventually allowed in without paying. If you’re driving, note that parking also comes with an additional fee (which we were aware of). Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was ok. We needed something closer to the airport and it served its purpose. The wall of the hotel was dirty, it almost seemed like someone had spilled food on it that wasnt cleaned, the rest of the room was clean though. The pool is very small and they charge you to go in, they also make you wear a swimming cap. Staff was very nice. I would not necesarilly stay here again.

When booking this hotel it mentions a bar/lounge. It fails to mention that there is no alcohol served on site. It also mentioned a pool and a gym but neglects to mention access is available through an extra fee. Apart from this I’d have to say it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. But when you have a choice between so many other hotels to patron that will provide these amenities why would you choose to stay here?

Friendly staff, impeccably clean room, and beautiful facility. It was our last night in Lisbon and we wanted to stay near the airport. The room was very quiet, and the amenities made our last night in Portugal stress-free. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Portugal in the future

Our experience at this hotel was nothing but a nightmare. I stayed here for one night before my flight in the early morning (I checked out at 4am) and upon my stay I found a bed bug on my bed. When I approached the hotel staff about this concerning matter, one of the staff checked and saw the bug however, when I spoke to the front desk, they did not take the manner seriously. They told me there was nothing they could do as the hotel was full. The best they did was changed the bedding. Despite all of this, their customer service deserves a 0/10 as I still paid for my stay where the bed had bed bugs, floor had ants, and the room smelled like mold. I highly discourage anyone from staying here.

The first room I was given was dirty with spots on the pillows and a stain on the curtain. The soap dispenser had fallen from the bathroom wall. I was sold the room with spa access. However, when I got to the Spa I was told that no rooms have spa access. The spa was just a pool and hot tub with no sauna. All around a disappointing stay.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, but the AC could have been cooler. We were looking forward to the free breakfast, but missed it because of our early flight. A major advantage of the hotel: close to the airport. Disadvantage: the surrounding neighborhood wasn't particularly inviting to walk around.

Don’t Stay Here. Checking in was long and very unorganized. Had to wait a while past 3 pm checking to get key. The room was plain and view was construction mess and other buildings. I asked for a room with the view of park but didn’t get it. It’s not very enjoyable to stay here. The have a good buffet. To use the pool and jacuzzi they require wearing cap, which will cost you 10 Euro. I reserved a 2nd nigh. Big mistake. Ruined the start of my vacation in Lisbon.

Our room had black mold in the bathroom, covered by drinking glasses! There is no way staff shouldn’t have known if they are cleaning the bathroom sink. No ability to change the temperature in the room-the fan wouldn’t turn on, it was on heat at all times. Stifling and uncomfortable.

The property is pretty and the people very pleasant and helpful. Booked 2 rooms and both rooms were set at 30 degrees celsius. Too hot for us, so we went to 24 degrees celsius and no shift in cold air. We were tired and it was past midnight so didn’t ask for someone to look at the AC for us.

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Frühstück war ok - es gab Auswahl und es wurde auch zeitnah nachgelegt, wenn etwas alle war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The majority of the staff were really nice!!! Had great conversations with them. This hotel is just about a year (maybe a little over) old. There is NO ALCOHOL served on property!! Know this before going. They are short staffed but the world is short staffed! In spite of it, they try their bestest to accommodate you. Even when they fail, you literally feel bad for them. I know I did. As a former manager for major hotel chains, the managers here needs to be more hands on and help their staff as I see them struggle during the busy times especially breakfast. This hotel has potential! Loads of it. I am hoping they work out the kinks but I would stay closer to town/city as there isn\'t much to do in the area. Oh, there is construction going on next door which is why I mentioned the "dirty". Hotel is very clean.

After receiving confirmation from Expedia that the room had been booked, when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told that there had been an overbooking and they had no rooms. An upgrade had not been made and we were sent away at 10 pm to look for another hotel.

The included dinner at the restaurant if you get the half or full board option is very limited and not the full restaurant menu. The checkin is late at 3pm and they will not let you in early if you arrive early.

What a great stay. Unbelievable professionalism from everyone, so refreshing to experience such level of care, and I have to mention Eduardo the Doorman I think its his name, first impressions really are important and Eduardo has greet me and so kindly looked after my luggage. Also Carolina and Lucas in reception, just great. I will come back soon.

Very new, clean, good breakfast, helpful staff. Very nice little park across the street. However the bar for now does not serve alcohol, the hotel is directly under glide path and planes fly over very low every few minutes - lots of noise during the day.

Had a great stay at the property. The staff were very helpful. A great choice of breakfast items. I would suggest that the hotel website details the nearest Metro stations. The hotel were helpful when emailed prior to my visit and provided all relevant details and instructions. The price of in room tea and coffee should also displayed. I completely understand that fridge items were chargeable but a coffee pod charge was disappointing.

Friendly staff and room was clean and comfortable. Hadn’t realised the hotel was alcohol free and that breakfast was meat free. Breakfast was slow to be refilled too. Both main lifts also broke down for a few hours so not ideal when on 5th floor

Sehr freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit, leider war es im Frühstücksraum am frühen Morgen sehr voll, wenn man später zum Frühstück gegangen ist, war es zwar leerer, aber das Buffet wurde bei vielen Speisen nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Great updated place, very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was a bit much of all the same the 12 days we stayed there (I would improve the breakfast with variety but still can’t take a star away since the food was good). The restaurant (not buffet - mainly empty most days, they don’t serve alcohol) had one of the BEST FOOD we ate in Lisbon (Salmon + meat)!! The staff?!? OUTSTANDING, great caring people. We’ll definitely go back and stay there.
