A very polite and welcoming staff team. The hotel’s location is fantastic, as it is close to most of the main attractions. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooftop view is great, and the brunch was excellent. We also tried the spa, which was clean, though it did not have a hot tub or jacuzzi. Overall, highly recommended.

We loved the location of the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel. It’s right in Chado. 10/10. We had a small car and this hotel has an underground secure parking. We were greeted with the most enthusiasm, and since the hotel wasn’t full, we also received an upgrade to a room with an outdoor patio. The rooms are small, but clean and updated. Staff was friendly. The restaurant upstairs had delicious food. There were also numerous restaurant options within minutes. The spa and downstairs pool, were a nice bonus. We would 100% stay there again. Keep in mind that the streets in this area are narrow. A large SUV may not be an ideal option.

Really enjoyed our stay and the friendly staff. Enjoyed the complimentary mini bar in the room and the welcome drinks too. While the spa pool area was nice it would’ve been amazing to have an outdoor swimming pool. Bed and room was clean and comfy and a good size.

Ein richtig schönes, innenstadtnahes Hotel. Der Spa-Bereich, Sauna und Innenpool für die Größe des Hotels zu klein. War ständig voll und Ruhe hatte man kaum, da Ruhebereich offen und neben dem Pool. Sauna schon teils veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Gym super, aber auch zu klein, ständig überlaufen und zu wenig Kraft Geräte.

This is a safe, very nice, centrally located hotel. The staff were wonderful and helpful. My room was very clean and the free minibar was a wonderful little bonus. The restaurant staff were top-notch as well. The food was expensive but the quality does match the price. The next time I am in Lisbon I will definitely consider staying here again.

Location is excellent, but we found bed bugs in the bed and the hotel's accommodation for us was lacking. They were booked out and couldn't change rooms. Can't say enough nice things about the front desk staff- they were so friendly and welcoming.

This was a very lovely hotel. The pool was more of a wading pool and it was amazing. My only disappointment was my room was ground level and was very noisy. Staff were very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. It’s in the perfect location.

Very clean and quiet rooms. The shower area is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The welcome staff is very friendly and helpful. It was quite a pleasant surprise that the mini bar is complimentary and restocked on a daily basis: beer, coke, sparkling and still water bottles, juice and Pringle,, KitKat! Kudos to the management staff for that very thoughtful service. The only negative is the neighborhood is very hilly. Uber is a must to travel around even for short trips. It is reliable and affordable.

호텔 0층에 있는 객실들은 캡슐호텔 같은 느낌이었다. 우리는 그 객실을 배정 받았고 호텔 요금이 비싸다는 느낌을 받았다. 객실 창문은 거리에 지나 다니는 사람들 다리만 보여 반지하 느낌이었다. 조식 레스토랑은 5층이라 전망이 좋고 맛있었다. 객실 욕실 등은 다 만족이었으나 바깥 전망을 중시하는 나에게는 호텔이 답답했다.

This hotel was a true gem to find in the middle of Lisbon city, friendly, quiet spotlessly clean, but the concierge Yasoja made our stay so amazing, helpful, friendly and greeting every guest as they arrive and leave. Yasoja and David the concierge’s were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was very clean. Yasoja was very helpful with tips about things to do. The restaurant and bar on the top floor had a beautiful view of the city which we enjoyed every day.

My wife and I had such a lovely time here we were rather reluctant to return to cold ,damp, wet Yorkshire! From the moment the outstanding concierge, Yasoja greeted us so warmly to our leaving,we had a truly wonderful stay in this hotel. Whilst Yasoga was memorable for his warmth and empathy for my wife having knee trouble ( OK I get it … Why did we go to Lisbon!! Well, we wanted to !!) we found the entire staff very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel chain has a service oriented approach and emphasises this with the ‘ complimentary’ welcoming bottle of Prosecco and the daily’free’ mini bar. Of course this is priced in but is a clever and appreciated gesture that I wish more 4/5 star hotels would copy! The mini bar we used fully and always had a drink or snack on hand whilst out and about or on the hop on off buses. The rooms here are ‘London’ size i.e. about the smaller end acceptable but we found the bed comfortable if only a normal double and the clothes storage was just large enough for our needs. The en suite facilities were fine, beautiful marble and quality fittings throughout. Our only criticism at all is that the carpeting on our hallway on floor 3 leading from the lifts to the rooms was desperately in need of a good clean!This cost the missing star for cleanliness! The breakfasts up on the roof level were excellent and once again service was superb! We loved the area with all its restaurant options.. We loved this hotel!

We had a minor issue with our room the first night and Yasoja went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but make sure our stay was exceptional! This was a very comfortable stay from start to finish. The Lisboa Pessoa is a stylish boutique hotel perfectly located in the heart of Chiados central to some of Lisbon’s greatest landmarks. Only a 10 minute walk from the hotel to Praça do Comércio which is a beautiful hub to access the rest of Lisbon! The hotel is also only minutes to amazing restaurants and nightlife. The check in process was easy where staff were professional and welcoming. I was able to leave my luggage and freshen up at the beautiful spa. The room was very clean with many amenities. And there was even a beautiful nook with a window/door that could be opened. This was an excellent stay to kick off my travels through Portugal!

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful.. the rooms were compact but spotlessly clean.. there was a reasonable choice for breakfast each morning.. we had a great stay.. The only negative, and this is not a reflection on the hotel itself, is that it is very steep to reach the hotel, therefore if you have any mobility issues, this might not be the right choice for you!

We stayed in a standard Twin Room and the room was large enough for 2 people. The mini bar was free and was refilled everyday which was a great touch by the hotel. View from the room was not the best and just overlooked the narrow street the hotel was located in. The hotel is situated in the uphill section of Lisbon, with the main sites located downhill from the hotel. The breakfast area had a lovely view of Lisbon and there were sections where you could sit, that acted like a private area. Plenty of option as well for breakfast. Staff were always friendly and helpful. If you are calling a taxi/uber to the hotel, the road is narrow and can only accommodate a single car at a time, so you may feel the pressure to embark your transport quickly.
