It has such a lovely atmosphere and the staff were really helpful. There is a swimming pool and gym and the hotel is perfectly placed for the town centre. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

The best way to review this hotel is simply by listing the pros and cons. Pros: it is about a 30 minute drive from the airport. It is right in the centre of loulê which is a lovely little place with cafes, restaurants, shops and a weekend market. The hotel surroundings are in a residential area so it is quiet. The bedrooms are well cleaned daily if you require. The breakfast is good with fresh fruit, yogurts, cakes, breads and cereals and warm items if you are happy to eat the same variety of items each day. The reception staff are extremely kind and helpful and are happy to give recommendations nearby. You can ask reception for towels to take out for the day and you don\'t need to pay a deposit for them. Also the same with the iron! It does have rooftop pool/lounging area which is open until 8.30pm. There is a supermarket about 7 minutes walk away. Cons: the pillows on the beds are extremely small and if you want firmer/bigger pillows you have to pay extra per night. If a hotel near a beach is what you want then this is not the place unless you are happy to drive about 30 minutes away. Loulê is quite quiet most of the time and a lot of stuff is closed on holidays and certain days or the week. The rooftop area was not cleaned regularly and the "bar" was not often manned by anyone. The hotel itself is also warn in areas but would say that it reflects the 3 star eating. The gym does not have air-conditioning, so it is extremely warm and the equipment old.

Les plus :Liberté totale de mouvement dans l'hôtel. Propreté, discrétion et gentillesse du personnel et enfin super petit-déjeuner. Très bien placé pour visiter l'Algarve. Garage souterrain très apprécié. Le moins : la vue sur le bâtiment vétuste squatté par les pigeons de notre chambre.

Edifício antigo, muito bem adaptado e atualizado para responder às necessidades. Funcionários simpáticos e muito disponíveis. What a great hotel! The staff were so friendly and the rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The parking in Loule is not great but the hotel has an underground car park which is a bit tricky to get in and out of but it works! Will definitely stay there again and thoroughly recommended - great hotel!

Stayed here previously, so knew what hotel was like. Good quality breakfast, with small changes each day. Nice freshly squeezed juice. We used the gym every day, the cross trainer was very squeaky! Happy to stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming boutique hotel. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I also loved the breakfast they offered. Plus, they have their own garage!

Charming old hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Good breakfast. It's an old building - the walls are paper thin. We were woken up by people in hall at night,and early in the morning. Maybe ask for a room as far away from the elevator and stairs as possible?

The hotel is fantastic overall - the staff are very welcoming and very efficient. My only issue was the size of the room and although it was advertised as a small room, we would have appreciated an alternative. Apart from Breakfast, there is little offering for food but there are many restaurants nearby We would definitely return - thank you to all the team who work there

We arrived near to midnight due to our late flight time and the reception arrival was still warm and welcoming. We were glad to be able to have a kettle and bottled water booked to our room bill as we enjoy an evening mint tea. Our room was on the same floor as the pool which was very appreciated as we made the most of this fabulous area every day. The daily breakfast had wide choice of fresh fruit : some cold meat and cheese: yoghurts jams and bread rolls; there was sliced bread and a hot option of bacon, boiled/fried or scrambled eggs and mini sausages, mushrooms and beans. A couple of evenings we made use of the lounge television showing some of the live football while enjoying a lovely gin and tonic from the hotel bar. All the staff interactions were very friendly and receptive ; they were always as helpful with their advise or suggestions

We spend an excellent time in Loule Jardin Hotel. All the staffs were very nice. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had good verity of food. Tables set nice and clean. Constantly serving fresh of everything (fruits, baking goodies, cheese, salamis, hams, bacons, eggs). Everything is in walking distance in Loule. Surrounding cities and beaches are close by with cars. Bedroom and bathroom were a good size, clean. Will come back. Thank you.

Staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is located in the centre of Loulé and is an excellent place to stay in the Algarve. The rooms are lovely with king sized beds and towels changed everyday. Highly recommend it

Awesome hotel that is tucked away on a quiet street with a small green space/parkette. Super conveniently located - walkable to Loule's main streets, the castle, the market and other sites within minutes. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, shower/water pressure was great, and there were no noise issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge selection of breads, meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits, etc. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking is free outside the hotel around the square/park, and there was plenty of space available.

Excellent location! Within 3-6mins walk of amazing boutique restaurants with delicious food. Only 20-25mins away from the airport and a good distance away from the towns along the algarve. Very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was delicious every morning and served right on time. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely view of the town. Bathrooms are modern. Unfortunately no room service but there are so many restaurants to choose from within 3min walk. I would definitely recommend.

The property is wonderful and the staff bid very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the breakfast buffet. Maybe a little variety will help. We got tired of the same thing everyday and had to go elsewhere for breakfast just to have something different.
