L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal (beaucoup de commerce et restaurants accessibles à pieds). Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. La bâtisse de l'hôtel est magnifique. L'entretien des jardins peut néanmoins être amélioré (énormes toiles d'araignées, cochenilles un peu partout...). La piscine est très agréable, mais l'espace autour est trop étroit pour accueillir convenablement l'ensemble des clients (pas de transat disponible pendant des heures, ni parfois même un petit bout gazon pour étendre sa serviette...). Dommage, sachant qu'il s'agit à mon avis de l'atout de cet hôtel.

Historical building, spacious room, good AC. Nice view from the window. Breakfast could be better - like add some veggies and more choices. Parking was tight, so we parked in the back. We were told that the door would be open, but it was closed the first time, so we had to drive back, and then back again.

The place is an old ducal palace like a posada but more reasonable price. I wondered around the gardens and pool area, well kept. Lots of other services I did not partake in. Good secure parking, pleasant sitting area near the bar with a very good painting of bulls . Breakfast was good. Only complaint was that the season changed the air conditioning to winter although the outside temperature was near 30, and the window could not be opened , so the room was quite warm for sleeping,

Mooie ruime kamer en sanitair. Goede bedden met keuze uit een dikker of een dunner kussen. Prima ontbijt. Bij het zwembad waren helaas niet voldoende bedjes voor het aantal aanwezige gasten en in het gazon zaten zoveel kleine insecten dat het niet zo leuk was om daar te gaan liggen, maar het zwembad was heerlijk en netjes. Het hotel is rustig gelegen, maar toch op loopafstand van het historisch centrum. Wij komen er graag nog eens terug.

I believe this establishment has a lot of potential however, they are definitely short staffed, and this reflects in the service. At the check-in, not a person in sight had to look around to find an employee when finally, the check-in agent arrived. He was very low-key and not to accommodating. We were not able to check in early and benefit of the lovely pool and facilities so we left and came back a few hours later. The checking agent did not even offer us to go and sit by the pool and have some lunch was Barry all right in letting us leave to come back at 4 PM. The room is dated and need some love decor bland. Bed very hard.
