We had a fantastic stay. Unfortunately, Hotels.com doesn’t allow you to choose between a double bed and two single beds when booking there (maybe Radisson could fix that?), and I also forgot to mention our preference at check-in. We were initially assigned a twin room. After a full day of driving and arriving very late at night, we were quite tired and a bit grumpy. The reception staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They quickly moved us to a room with a double bed, apologized for the inconvenience, and made the whole process effortless. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out and I’m very thankful for that. The room was also very well equipped, with a fan for the warm nights, a coffee machine with capsules, and even proper wine glasses. Small details that many hotels no longer provide, but which make a real difference. I love staying at Radisson, and this hotel was another excellent experience.
