Smarthotel Oslo

Jeg hadde behov for bruk av chromcast, men dette fungerte ikke på rommet jeg fikk tildelt.

Ikke å anbefale ved fint vær da det ikke finnes Aircondition på rommet, meget varmt. Var også veldig lite bad

Very centrally located - 15 min. walk to City Hall harbor docks. Quiet area. Great breakfast and allows pre/post stay luggage storage. Self check-in very easy and room was ready earlier than expected. Friendly staff.

Gikk fort å sjekke inn med selvbetjeningen og hyggelig betjening. Var litt kjedelig frokost, ikke veldig mye å velge gjennom, men maten som var der var god. Rommet var fint og vi hadde en god opplevelse.

Nydelig frokost! Deilig loungeområde hvor vi kunne slappe av på kvelden. Kult med shuffleboard, skikkelig innertier - men det bør repareres!

In 2025 with the world warming places like Oslo need to realise that cooling is as important as heating. The room was small and clean (perfect for a one night stay), but the room was an actual blast furnace and impossible to sleep in. I asked for a fan (which in fairness they brought), but I this day and age if you don’t have AC at lease provide a ceiling fan or a portable fan in every room. Even with the fan it was so hot it was impossible to sleep. Towels are paper thin also, I get this isn’t a luxury hotel but get the basics right…..maybe I’m being harsh cause I’m writing this whilst bloody tired, but I wouldn’t come back without some changes.

We stayed here for two nights and it was great. It was a compact double but had it's own ensuite, TV, foldaway desk and chair. It even had little shelves built into the wall which was handy for toiletries Check in was easy at the self service kiosks, it's easy to walk to from the station (about 10-15 minutes) and everything is very accessible. There is a place to fill up water bottles in the reception area which is very handy I think if we had two suitcases it would have been a squeeze, but since we had one and just two smaller bags it was fine The hotel was very quiet as was the surrounding area. I would happily stay here again

Rommet var noe urent. Dusjen så ut til å ha vært godt brukt. Når en skrur på fjernsyn ser det ut som at det tilgang på Chromcast, men det er det dessverre ikke. Dette problemet har vedvart i mange måneder. Et absolutt minus for hotellet. Personalet er førsteklasses. Hyggelige, imøtekommende og utadvendte. De gjør det de kan med midlene de har til rådighet. God frokost.

Modern hotel. Kamer is erg klein maar een prima bed en douche. Fijne ruime lobby om even te zitten. Locatie is prettig. De receptionistes zijn super.

Great central location, 5 minutes walk from Karl Johan, the main shopping street, and quick access to public transport. Very pleasant large lobby area for relaxing with a beer or a coffee. Reasonable selection of hot & cold food on the breakfast buffet. Breakfast is included if you book direct with the hotel.

Vanvittig lite rom! Ingen renhold eller rydding i løpet av 3 dager

Unterkunft war grundsätzlich sehr gut. Klein, jedoch alles nötige vorhanden. Die Handtücher in meinem Zimmer waren jedoch fleckig und dreckig, was mir leider dein Eindruck versaut hat

I originally booked the room because the reviews said it was clean and quiet, and it was also inexpensive. However, I felt uneasy with the cleanliness of the room and building. When I first walked into my room, it felt musky and grimey. I saw stains on surfaces, and the general upkeep was poor. The room also wasn't as quiet as the reviews had described. The technology in the room is also outdated, not allowing me to plug in a USB to the TV to play my own streaming services. The TV also wouldn't turn on. I decided to leave the room early and checked out the same day. The showers didn't have shampoo, conditioner, or body wash which would be the first I've seen a hotel lack those amenities. The bathroom floor felt grimey as well, deterring me from wanting to shower in it. The staff was very friendly, however, and the surrounding area is pleasant. It was also very easy to check into the room by myself. The price is also very affordable, but considering there are other hotels nearby for better quality and only a slight price difference I'd probably not revisit this one again.

Veggen ved siden av seng var fylt av inntørket bloddråper. Tok video og viste personalet i resepsjon. Stram lukt fra badet som fylte rom da dør var åpen. Luktet kattepiss.

Lite men greit rom. Lukt på badet, og ene dagen var sluken i dusjen tett.

Fint hotell. Men frokost kunne ha vært bedre . Grønnsakene var ikke ferske og lite utvalg. Rom var generelt ryddig. Men madrassen burde støvsuger . Var mye støv og hybelkaniner mellom madrass og vegg :(

Il y avait beaucoup de poils noir dans mon lit et le lavabo de la salle de bain. La salle de bain sentait mauvaise et était rempli de long cheveux dans la drain de la douche. Je ne recommanderais pas. C’est dommage, car l’hotel est bien situé..

Rengjøres hver 4 dag sa resepsjon. Eneste som va nytt etter 4 døgn var at det lå 1 ny håndduk på gulvet utfor badet.

Rommet var veldig lite. Hwldigvis bodde jeg alene på dobbeltrommet.

Synd det ikke gikk ann å åpne vinduet, for det ble ganske innestengt luft i løpet av natten. Eller helt ok rom. Lite og søtt!

Check in all done online which is great. All staff were very nice and helpful. Room spotless. WiFi worked great. Hotel very quiet, couldn’t hear other guests. Location absolutely perfect to explore Oslo. Room a lot smaller than anticipated, space could be utilised better. Only 3 coat hangers as clothes storage between 2 of us is no were near enough. We had to use 2 blankets as they are absolutely tiny and only 2 small pillows on the bed. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Rommene er fine og rene, men små og trange. Vi bestilte dobbeltrom men sengen til to stk var 120 cm og veldig kort. Hvis man er lenger enn 165 cm lang bør man kanskje ikke sove der.

The rooms are better suited for one person rather than two, as they are too small to accommodate two people comfortably.

Very and I mean very small room, but good bed and surprisingly good shower. If you need somewhere to sleep for 1-3 nights, this is a good and cheap option. Very well placed, all things considered.

Small, too small

Fikk først et rom som var i bruk, så fikk jeg en nøkkel til neste rom som ikke fungerte. Når jeg endelig kom meg inn på rommet var mindre enn annonsert. Når jeg fikk sove så låste det seg plutselig inn en fremmed mann på rommet som påsto at det var hans rom.

Jeg var på forretningsbesøg i Oslo, og da mange andre hoteller var booket, valgte jeg Smarthotel. Det blev en god oplevelse. Hotellets receptionsområde, hvor der også er restaurant er meget hygfgeligt. Man får en hjemmelig fornemmelse. Værelset (lidt større soveværelse) var ok, men uden luksus. Gulvtæppet på gangen og værelset var lidt slidt, men stemningen og prisen kompenserer for det indtryk af lettere "nedslidthed". Sengen er god, fjernsynet virker og det er dejligt, at man kan (Chrome) caste fra sin telefon. Jeg tilkøbte morgenmaden som var et godt valg. Morgenmaden er varieret og bliver konstant efterfyldt. Personalet var venlig og imødekommende - jeg tror de har det godt på deres arbejdsplads. Alt i alt en god oplevelse til en fin pris i midten af Oslo!

God pris. Lite rom uten TV som virket, og litt kaldt i resepsjonen. Men alt ble bedre med veldig hyggelige resepsjonister, nydelig frokost og bytte til nytt rom. Så anbefales🌟

All my stays at that hotel were fine - as long as I was staying at the hotel on my own. The last booking was cancelled by the hotel for inexplicable reasons: for instance, something to do with the overuse of their luggage room that no one notified me about.

Meget Dårlig service , fra resepsjonen ! Frokosten var bra , men så slett service i en resepsjon skal man lete lenge etter 😩

Visiting Norway I was very excited, I paid for a for a double room. I wouldn’t be spending that much time in the room , but you need a decent place to rest your head. Am I right or am I right ? When I spoke to the man at the desk about my booking. He didn’t say hi, he didn’t ask anything apart from my surname. He then gave me the key. I had to ask him what floor my room was . Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe his wife had asked him to book a table for dinner and he forget or maybe he was a Ferrari fan and my Red Bull cap offended him but he wasn’t friendly in the slightest. I go up to my floor and enter my room and I nearly fainted as I saw my room 808. Lucky I held on to the door otherwise I may have fallen. The room was small. For the amount I paid, this wasn’t what I expected. Lucky I am slim, it’s all the 5k runs I do, otherwise walking in the room maybe have been a struggle. I felt like I was in HMP Wandsworth in London. I then thought I put the tv on cheer myself up, watch some news, have you heard about Israel and Iran? Yeah let’s not talk about that. Anyhow I digress. TV wasn’t switching on, I tried but it failed to switch on. Notice on wall said I could chrome cast, so I thought I would put on You Tube and play some Tupac, Changes. What a song that is?! Sorry I digress again. It didn’t work either. I was gutted. Bed was decent. When I left the lady at desk gave me a thumbs up. So not all bad I suppose.

Reception was helpful and friendly.

Excelente ubicacion, el cuarto es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. En el lobby hay un bar/coffee muy bueno! Tienen microondas para calentar cualquier cosa que necesites. Muy recomendado

Very good location

The advantages is that the places to visit is near to the hotel and you can walk around the city center.

Otel Heryere çok yakın odalar çok temiz sadece ben 8. Katta kaldım arkaya bakan bir odaydı ama çok da gereksiz bişey 300mt yakınında market var 300-400mt uzakta çok güzel bir restoran var. Havaalanından direk metro ile gelip 3dk yürüyüşle geline bilen bir otel(nationaltheatret istasyonu)

Lítið herbergi en hentar vel fyrir þá sem eru í stuttri vinnuferð. Vel staðsett hótel hvað samgöngur varðar, veitingastaði, verslanir, o.fl. Hagkvæmt verð er á herbergjum.

Perfekt beliggenhet i Oslo sentrum

A smart Hotel with too small rooms! Also, breakfast was expensive and with low quality. The people working there were friendly but.

Saknade sophink på rummet, saknade kontaktuttag vid spegel. Dålig belysning i badrummet för att kunna sminka sig. Frukten var rutten på frukostbuffén. Äggröran var äcklig och smaklös.

This place was great. Wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the city center. Walkable anywhere and the breakfast was really good. The room was quiet and clean. Highly recommend.

Frokost var fort tomt for eggerøre og ingen varme croissanter kl.07:15.

Veldig enkel elektronisk innsjekk og utsjekk. Stille og rolig beliggenhet . Sentralt. Ingenting manglet til frokost. Var både varmmat og kald mat. Stort utvalg av drikke til frokost.

250 spenn for frokost om du ikke bestiller ved innsjekk er drøyt mye dyrere. Da går jeg til Rosenkrantz og får premium frokost istedet
