Topp bra rom med en flott utsikt! Hyggelig betjening på alle hold. Litt dumt at topp restauranten ikke var åpen. Middagen med ribbe, kunne vært bedre, men fantastisk variert og deilig frokost. Beliggenheten er fin. Kort vei til sentrum og nær buss terminal og jernbanestasjon.

Fint hotell med god standard. Vårt andre besøk her og valgte å prøve et vanlig basisrom. Disse er små, men absolutt greie nok for to personer. Nydelig frokost, men kunne absolutt med fordel valgt skikkelig eggerøre og ikke pulver. Parkering på bystasjonen like ved, kan bli kostbart om du blir flere netter.. Husk og registrere deg i resepsjonen for å få rabatter på parkering. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Restaurant i 13 etasje var stengt i påsken og kun en liten bar med minimalt med mat dette var for dårlig. Veldig lytt og en del festing med høyt lydnivå. Ikke idielt med små barn. God frokost 😁

Svært lite tilfredsstillende service ved ankomst. Ved innsjekk spurte resepsjonisten, etter 20 sek søk på sin datamaskin, om jeg var sikker på at jeg var på rett hotell. Hun ga ingen informasjon om fasiliteter, frokost, mv. Treningssenteret som er oppgitt i info om hotellet, er et lite trimrom med en spinningsykkel og ei tredemølle. Begge var defekte...

Nice ground floor bar, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Restaurant seemingly closed. Room was in desperate need of some TLC, and shower facilities not great. I’m not convinced the bed is a king either. Convenient for train station, with a 15 minute walk to main tourist hotspots.

Unfortunately, and for reasons unknown, our room was not cleaned during our stay. There was also no telephone in the room, and to request any service I had to use my cell phone. The staff was very attentive and helpful at all times.

Originally got put in a room facing the main road/ parking lot and it was terribly noisy even with the windows shut. We were then able to move to another room on the same floor but there was no view. The room was a bit dirty, the tv did not work (no streaming, only the news channel worked, and you have to pay to use the screen mirror service on the TV). There was no fitted sheet on the bed and the mattress was just a topper and extremely thin, you only got one pillow each, and the duvet was stained dark red on one half end. Every one in the staff was very nice but I would never stay here again.

Room was not cleaned after the first night, complained to reception and were not sure if the room was to be cleaned. I find this unacceptable for the price and standard I was expecting. Coffee cups in the room were chipped. I will most probably never go back to this hotel and would highly recommend that this hotel be avoided. I have stayed in many hotels worldwide and this is by no means a 4 star hotel.

Das Zimmer lag im 4. Stock, leider mit Aussicht auf die große Parkgarage. Im Zimmer Staub auf den Lichtschaltern, Fernseher und Schränken. Das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück reichhaltig, aber sehr wuselig. Schlimm waren die stundenlangen Außengeräusche in der ersten Nacht vom dröhnenden Partybus und Motorrädern. Fußweg zum Zentrum 15 Minuten. Parkplätze in der Parkgarage gegenüber ausreichend, aber zu hohen Preisen.

Rooms are not large but fairly nice. Very friendly staff. The only problem - And it was a very significant problem - is that there was only one outlet on one side of the bed. There was nothing on the other side, which is ridiculous in this day of everyone carrying multiple electronic devices. I tried plugging into the bathroom, but it turns out that when you turn off the bathroom light you also turn off the bathroom plug. Only I didn't discover that until the next morning.

Beautiful clean hotel …Fantastic breakfast (one of best ever) huge choice of healthy well presented food extremely friendly helpful staff only thing I would criticise is the lack of bright lights in bedrooms , only 3 hangers in wardrobe and a serious lack of sockets in right places ( had to have kettle on floor as no socket anywhere near it

Very clean, well located with a lovely walk to the harbour it only takes 10/15 minutes. Amazing spread for breakfast, there was so much to choose from and extremely fresh. We had a standard room which was a little small but perfect for our 3 nights.

Everythinh is fine. Good location. The only downside is the hotel has no air con. So it does get stuffy during the day. Fortunately, at night it is cooling. But we had to open the windows.

Stayed here for a couple of during a trip to Bergen. Had communications prior and they were very responsive and helpful. Location was very good. Close to metro/bus stop and walking distance to Bergen centre. Room was clean, tidy and comfy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room also. Lovely view from the window of the mountain. Good selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly throughout stay here. No complaints, very good hotel.

This was a great base for us to spend 3 nights in Bergen before boarding the Havila ship for its northbound voyage. The ambience of the hotel and friendly staff provided a warm introduction to Scandinavia.

Slow check-in as staff maintained room not paid for even though I’d pre- paid when I made the booking. Very small room, too small to be comfortable for two people. Too warm for sleeping and unable to cool room as no temperature controller. TV controller batteries were flat, had to go down to reception to change them. Not enough pillows - only one small, lumpy pillow provided for each person. Good breakfast, great location very close to main railway station.

Nice hotel on the outside. Clean rooms. But the service… when we were checking in the guests before us got a big introduction. When we checked in they receptionist just gave the keycard for the room with no further information. When we asked about the parking options the receptionist just pointed a direction and didn’t explain sufficiently and when we asked for further details she gave attitude. When we were sleeping in our room the door opened and someone was about to step in to clean the room at 09:57. Many people had a ‘don’t disturb sign’ at the door to prevent this. While we were eating the breakfast the servants removed our plates whithout asking if we were finished. They were making many noises that interrupted the vibe and made the experience feel like you were sitting in a cafeteria. Everyone seemed very rushed! The only window in the room was 3 meters from the elevator so everyone could see into our room!!! Spare your money and choose another hotel.

Amazing location! I couldn't have been happier with the location - close to the Flybussen airport bus stop, train station for trains to see the fjords & only 10ish minute walk to the water. Beautiful location near the lake and the museums. hotel breakfast was great too - lots of selection and plenty of seating space, despite being very busy.

Flott hotell, deilig frokost og hyggelig personell. Et uventet lite minus var maten i hotellets lounge, nesten ikke spor av kylling i Nachos m kylling, burgeren holdt heller ikke mål. Tross dette kommer vi gjerne tilbake, kan spise et annet sted. Takk for oss.
