Ekstremt upraktisk hvis du kjører bil. Du kan få 15% rabatt på et kronglete og dyrt parkeringshus, 6 minutter å gå unna hotellet. Ellers fine, og ikke minst rene rom. God frokost! Betjeningen kunne med fordel vært litt mer imøtekommende.

God sentral beliggenhet i enden av blindgate, så lite forstyrrende trafikk. Hyggelig betjening, og super frokost/matbar. Renholdet var bra , bortsett fra dusjen. Her var det skitne/svarte fuger og kalkavleiringer på veggflisene. Bra utstyrt treningsrom, tommel opp.

Generelt sett bra , men veldig dårlig støvsuging på tepper i ganger og på rom. Oppleves som møkkete. Bra frokost buffet. Måtte plukke vekk en del tallerkener som ikke var rene. Dusjen hadde en del hår i sluken. Pluss for vaskekluter. Manglet såpe ved håndvask og shampoo. Litt trangt og basic room, ingen skap, ikke vannkoker eller kjøleskap. Men stille selv om det ligger midt i sentrum. Kort vei til parkering.

Som vanlig ein god opplevelse, har brukt hotellet her 4-5 ganger før. Fekk tidlig innsjekk for rommet var klart. Rett ved jernbanestasjonen og nær busstasjonen. Sentralt, kort vei til sentrum og bybanen. Likevel stille pga at det er plassert i ein blindgate med veldig lite trafikk. Opplever det fortsatt som nytt innvendig, lite slitasje. Reint og fint. God seng og bra frokost. Blir nok ikkje siste gang eg bestiller her

Sentralt og nytt hotell, fin størrelse på rom og bad. Ingen rengjøring under oppholdet, men det gikk greit uten (policy som gjenspeiles i prisen), kunne be om nye håndkler etc ved behov. God frokost, kaffe tilgjengelig hele tiden. Vi var veldig fornøyd!

Vi hadde en kjempefin helg på Zander k Hotell… veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening… lå tre netter og måtte be om at brukte hånduker og søppel ble tatt vekk… dumt å ha det liggende i fler dager… ellers et rent og fint rom… kjempegod frokost…

we stayed for three nights and it was the worst hotel of my life. Unbearably hot. They have no air conditioning anywhere. 31 degrees. They charged us full price. They should compensate us. Disgraceful.

The hotel is situated just across the station in a quiet street. The rooms were quite small but the bathrooms were just about right. There wasn’t enough space to move around the room ! The long bench near the window wasn’t the best place to sit! The bed was comfy. The breakfast was the best bit but the area was too busy on both days. The free tea and coffee in the lobby was also great. The staff were really helpful. The location was perfect for walking around. The shopping centre was a minute away. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a night or two.

Excellent location for Bergen centre. Light rail train from airport stops 200 yards away. Ten minute walk to centre but tucked away in quiet spot. Excellent breakfast and lovely bar. Very nice staff and efficient. Room fine, practical. A little warm and no air conditioning but beds comfortable.

Das elektrische Rollo war defekt. Dir Temperaturregelung klappte nur durch Öffnen des Fensters ,-). Außerdem war die Hauptlampe im Zimmer mehr Deko als Lichtquuelle. Alles eher achlicht.

En annen fikk beskjed om at frokosten snart stenger (30 min før tiden) og måtte bare grabbe alt de klarte nå med en gang. Tåpelig kommentarer. Rommene er bra.

Loved this hotel. Although it was always busy, we were always seated for breakfast promptly. Breakfast choice was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable - excellent bed! Good location - only steps from the railway station, although there was no noise as a result. Comfortable walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do.

Staying itself was perfect. But, I can't say the staff was excellent. When I stayed here, the fire alarm rang early mourning. Everyone tried to evacuate, but hotel staff did nothing. They didn't lead evacuation and explain the situation to the guests. I could not believe it. I hope the hotel will train the staff in case of the happening.

Despite online confirmation 5 months ago, multiple follow-up emails, and phone communications with the hotel, upon arrival, the Evening staff said that there was no room for us. She was unfriendly, but eventually, found a room for us.

Great location. It's 1 min walk from the side exit of Bergen railway station. And it's walkable to go to fish market and all main tourist sites. Great breakfast too with lots of variety

Location is ideal - just steps from train station. Dining room has limited selections and kitchen closes early. Rooms are extremely small, no usb ports, bath is very small with no amenities (no tissue, no lotion, no shower cap, no counter). Convenient place to stay if only to sleep for a few hours.

Loved this hotel. Although it was always busy, we were always seated for breakfast promptly. Breakfast choice was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable - excellent bed! Good location - only steps from the railway station, although there was no noise as a result. Comfortable walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do.

Breakfast was a spread full of many different foods such as you find in Norway’s buffet. Eggs many ways, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, bread choices, cheese choices, fruits and vegetables, lox, herring, mackerel, one morning pancakes, the next waffles. Fruit juices, jams and any coffee you desire from the machine. Yoghurt, granola, You can certainly make a morning meal there! The convenience to the airport and trains is paramount to my stay. Thank you for allowing me to feel so welcome and comfortable.

Initially I was not impressed with the room - the decor is not to everyone’s taste and the exposed concrete ceiling in the room looked a bit like the ceiling had fallen down and not been replaced. Room was fine and perfectly comfortable. After a day the room grew on me. Staff were consistently great and very helpful. There’s a free tea and coffee point in reception 24/7. My only criticism aside from the bizarre decor is how packed breakfast is every morning. We often found it difficult to get a table and basic things like croissants and bananas would frequently run out and not be replenished.

Rooms are very basic. Room was clean. Our room fronted the Main Street and was very noisy which coaches dropping of and picking up other guests during the night. Beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, good variety of food. The coffee was available all the time, and a cold water tap - these were useful and good idea. We had an evening meal at the restaurant. The staff were not friendly at all. This was the worse service I have encountered in Norway. It was as if they were doing us a good turn by serving us. Trip UK to Germany to Tromso to Bergen to Oslo to UK over nine days.
