Aweful. Toliet didnt work, no other rooms to move to. Entire hotel smelled like stale cigarettes and weed. Hot tub no longer functional but pictures show otherwise. Pool had hair all over. Only good part was the staff understood and did everything they could.

Shows hot tub on the web site and it was covered no longer in use. Got into the pool and asked for towels and was told they didn't have any. Not pleased with this portion of the stay. If you're wanting to swim i would look elsewhere.

Ice machine broken. Hot tub broken. TV broken - it would turn off and them back on no matter what button was pushed. Another guest had a pool party and invited every neighborhood kid so no one else could use the pool. I could hear and smell other guests using their toilet.

Hot tub out of order. Lights in pool area bathroom did not work. Asked for more bath towels and were told there weren’t any. Showerhead sprayed the floor no matter how it was adjusted. Spiders in windows of pool area. Ants in pool area. Ice machine did not work. Room was so dusty I cleaned it. Cereal at breakfast was stale. Waffle maker didn’t cook the waffles- raw batter in middle. Orange juice so sour kids literally spit it out- possibly expired. Would NEVER stay in an AmericInn again.

From the recently recoated asphalt parking lot and newly painted stripes, our experience went downhill. The advertised hot tub has been permanently covered over; overall the facility is in rough shape; bedding was... questionable; and the breakfast was on the meager side.

The hotel was ok. We were put on the 2nd floor. No elevator. My wife and I are in our mid 70's so carrying up suitcases was not so great. Room was fine. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, but maybe there was smoking rooms down at that end of the hallway. Hotel was just ok.

This property was not worth the money at all. The room overall was stinky and filthy. The tub had cracks in it. Stains on the sheets. Burnhole in the comforter. We attempted to eat the breakfast. The eggs and sausage links were cold as the warmer was never turned on. The egg i attempted to eat was like a sponge. Absolutely disgusted. I would not recommend staying her. The staff were nice but not professional. In fact- the AM staff member, I thought was another guest until I saw him behind the counter.

First impression: rusty 1960's Rambler coated in duct tape. Walk through front doors: odor of high school locker room after a long week. Lobby carpet 2 decades past reasonable use and very dirty. Second floor hallway: door trims scratched, worn throughout. Room 221: carpet dirty. Bed inspection ( see photo): beneath mattress dirt, dust, hairs ( is that a pube?), food debris. Bath room: brown smear on wall behind toilet ( see photo) and on baseboard ( chocolate?). Moved to room 227: carpet dirty, only dirt and dust beneath mattress. Bed quality: back seat of that Rambler. My advice to travellers: DO NOT STAY HERE My advice to owners: raze and take your business elsewhere! Property owned by Ganesh Hotels; Ganesh the Hindu elephant deity of wisdom, intellect, the "remover of obstacles". This property is an irredeemable obstacle to health and safety and should be removed!!

This was the house of 1000 smells. My room smelled like dog pee. The bathroom smelled like backed up plumbing. I actually didn’t take a shower because I thought that would actually dirty my body and the hallway outside the room look like it had not been vacuumed in six months

When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was rude with us and wore a t shirt that had two hands on the front of it that were giving all the middle finger--flipping us off. On the back of her t shirt were the words f--k off, except it was spelled out in full. The young man the next morning was very good. I took my shoes off in our room for the evening. when I took my socks off they were black on the bottom. Carpet was filthy. We have stayed in Americinns before and had a great experience. In fact we have stayed in the W Burlington one before. We may never stay in one again

Was planned to stay here for 3 nights. When we got to our room bedding was stained and floor didn’t look like it’s been vacuumed in sometime. We were going to tough it out until my wife went to bed and a cockroach ran over her. We immediately asked for a refund and switched hotels. Staff was helpful and apologetic for the room. However, other members of our party who stil stayed at this hotel said they gave our room to someone later that night so they had complete disregard for the cockroach problem.

Just got tired of all the loud women that were staying at the hotel, running up and down the hall. Slaming doors, yelling in the main lobby and right outside the front door. I feel sorry for the people working there having to vacum the upstairs hallway and stairs bunch of chips everywhere. Lastly the window in thr room was cracked open and smelled like weed when we arrived. If there are any questions you wanna ask me just call.

Upon entry , it looked like a nice place to lodge. The desk clerk was absolutely efficient and very friendly. The morning Clerk and breakfast attendant was absolutley efficient and friendly! Now, onto the bad part of the story. Upon entry into the room the reality unfolded: door was patched with bondo, curtains were falling off, bathroom was very dirty, the bathtub was dirty, bedcovering had visible stains and dirty spots on white covering. It was a very unrestful night as people in the room across the hall were running in and out of the room slamming the door and talking very loudly from midnight until 4 am. These people went to the front many times and it is hard to believe the staff did not notice or do anything about. We will not be staying there again.

The workers are rude as ever. Especially this one lady at the front. She had little knowledge of anything. I called before to verify the hot tub and pool were working and she said it was and I got there and it wasn’t. Then I had charges on my card and she hung up on me and wouldn’t discuss them. Worst. Place. Ever.

Initially, upon checking in the front desk, woman, Shatara was pleasant. I went to my room, which was room 220 and the door was a jar open. Upon entering the room it had a heavy, smoke smell, no towels, no shampoo/conditioner, one tiny bar of soap, no pillows on one of the bed, and the other bed had pillows with no pillowcases. There were no blankets. I discussed this with Shatara and she instantly said she was just going to refund. I then just asked for a new room and she told me there were new others and she would not want me to be disappointed so I should not stay at the hotel. She was very rude and confrontational. I agreed to let housekeeping come clean the room, which I waited in the room 15 minutes for and nobody arrived. I then went to the desk again and asked for a refund. I was given the runaround about my refund because I booked through Expedia. No documentation was provided to show I canceled and did not stay at this hotel. The facility was dirty, smelled, and the staff is rude and not willing to be helpful.

Hotel is located right off the freeway and makes it easy to get back on the road. Not much within walking distance. The bed in Rm 225 is old and bowed very badly. It felt like I was sleeping on a small hill. This hotel has been around for 30 years and it is starting to show its age.

Check in person was not very courteous. If you say you are pet friendly but then charge a fee that fee should be posted on your website and in the building when you are checking in. Breakfast was pretty non existent. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

The toilet and bed were clean and thats all we needed but the rest of the room could use a good scrubbing. Base boards were filthy in bathroom. Fruit was old first thing in the AM. Coffee pots were dirty. We chose not to eat. It is older but would have appeared better if it were cleaned properly. There were very few guests.

Check in was a breeze. The room was clean but smelled like incense had been burned in it to hide some other odor. The breakfast in the morning was okay except that several items were cold. There was no bacon left except for fragments. The omelets were cold. the coffee ran out. We had our breakfast at 8:45 AM and there was no attendant around to bring these things to their attention.

One major complaint I have is that your breakfast has gone downhill I used to enjoy very much booking this hotel for the breakfast alone but the last time I stayed here the breakfast was very disappointing

Advertised jacuzzi and there wasn’t one! Breakfast was not at all appealing. No gravy for biscuits and cold coffee. Rooms were clean but windows didn’t shut tight and doors looked like they were chewed up and needed to be replaced.

Clean room, comfortable bed and I rate breakfast at a 10 because there are so many choices! Staff goes above and beyond to be of assistance. Truck parking available at the mall made this even better! I'll be back!
