Hotellet tilbyr frokost, kaffe og te med kaker og kveldsmat i prisen. Fine lokaler for konferanser. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom resepsjon og ansatte. Koselig lounge med bar. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage in a safe secure area behind reception. The staff were very friendly, the lounge and bar area were very nice and free hot drinks were available 24/7. Dinner and breakfast were included in the price of the room which definitely helped keep the cost of the trip down. Highly recommend and if I travel through this part of the world again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this hotel.

Mein Zimmer hatte leider einen Ausblick auf eine Großbaustelle somit auch das Fenster sehr schmutzig. Aber zum Glück kein großer Bau-Lärm. Vor Buchung einfach klären zu welcher Seite das Zimmer liegt. Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel,allerdings mit Gebühren. Preise wie immer hoch. Frühstück top. Abendessen völlig in Ordnung. Ausstellung zu Walfang im Hotel. Kaffee,Tee und Wasser gab es rund um die Uhr, kostenfrei.

Rent og fint, god service. Vi foretrekker dette hotellet i Sandefjord pga av god frokost, kaffe og kake på ettermiddagen og en enkel middag til kvelds. Heller ikke dyrere enn andre hotell som ikke har dette tilbudet. Vi har vært her flere ganger og kommer gjerne igjen Praktisk med parkering i kjelleren.

L'albergo è molto comodo per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria che collega il vicino aeroporto di Torp e Oslo. 5 minuti a piedi. A poche centinai di metri vi è un centro commerciale con tanti negozi ed il porto. Colazione e cena a buffet con prodotti di qualità. Di fronte all'hotel un paio di ristoranti asiatici e a fianco un pub. Camere silenziose, pulite e letti comodi. Moquette sul pavimento. TV 50', non c'è il frigobar.

Fabulous hotel with excellent staff who were nothing but polite and efficient from check-in to check-out. Unbelievable hospitality, 24 hour free tea & coffee in lounge area , free cakes/cookies in the afternoon and fabulous complimentary buffet breakfasts and evening meals . Our room was spacious and clean with excellent WiFi connection. Good location, 5 minute walk from the train station. Sandefjord is a pretty harbour town with plenty of shops and restaurants. Can highly recommend this hotel .

The customer service was exemplary! She gave us advice, told us quickly the layout of this sweet little city, arranged a taxi for us the next morning and it’s an easy walk from the train station! The snacks, light dinner and huge breakfast were perfect!

Lovely experience from the beginning. I arrived early and luckily my room was ready so I was able to have an early check in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Delicious treats, dinner, and breakfast all provided by the hotel. I was very impressed and comfortable for the duration of my stay and would certainly stay here again.

Mein Zimmer hatte leider einen Ausblick auf eine Großbaustelle somit auch das Fenster sehr schmutzig. Aber zum Glück kein großer Bau-Lärm. Rent og fint, god service. Vi foretrekker dette hotellet i Sandefjord pga av god frokost, kaffe og kake på ettermiddagen og en enkel middag til kvelds. Heller ikke dyrere enn andre hotell som ikke har dette tilbudet. Vi har vært her flere ganger og kommer gjerne igjen Praktisk med parkering i kjelleren.

Me encantó el hotel, tenía sus cosas como muchos pero el personal que trabaja ahí son todos encantadores. La cama súper cómoda, al estilo noruego dos edredones 😳 uno para cada uno. Limpieza hay que avisar cuando quieres que te limpien. El desayuno muy bueno, la cena estupenda. Cerca del estación del tren y a 10 minutos andando al ferry. Si volvemos a Noruega me alojaré en este hotel de nuevo.

Great experience at the hotel. Reception staff very friendly and knowledgeable. It advertised a "light" dinner but it's more than a light dinner as it certainly exceeded expectations 1 hot meal which changes daily with a salad bar and soup on other. They hot drinks available 24 hours a day and some sweet treats in the afternoon all included in the stay. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices and options. My partner is gluten free and they brought her bread and a chocolate buffet out for her. Great service for gluten free guests. Bedroom was very spacious and clean. Comfy beds too. 5 stars stay in a great location a few minutes walk to the train station. Would recommend highly.

The hotel is in a central part of the city and a 5 minute walk to the train station. It was easy to take a day trip into Oslo. It’s a short walk to the mall and waterfront. This is a very well situated hotel, a short walk to the centre and very close to the train station. The staff are excellent and very helpful and couldn't fault them. Nice area in and around the reception and all the items near the eating about the history of the whaling. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. The evening meal was ok but nothing fancy.
