In spite of the name, there was no lobster on the menu. Due to an unannounced event, with a very noisy orchestra, there was no choice of meals, but only a grill buffet of very poor quality. Not very clean and with very soft beds. Coffee machine out of order. Overpriced.

Het is een prima hotel maar wel wat verouderd en tijdens ons verblijf erg rustig. Na de schoonmaak rook de kamer erg sterk naar schoonmaakmiddel die wat leek op gerookte vis. Verder prima ontbijt en diner gehad, een goeie keuken! Qua omgeving echt prachtig en rustig

Das Hotel ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch ist es eine gute Wahl, wenn man nicht unbedingt in der Stadt sein möchte. Das Restaurant ist nach wie vor sehr gut, besonders bei Fischspezialitäten. Da es direkt an der Marina von Tananger liegt, ist die Umgebung sehr malerisch und vor allem ruhig. Wer mit dem Bus in die Stadt möchte , kann das mit der Linie 2 tun. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 30 min.

Das Hotel ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch ist es eine gute Wahl, wenn man nicht unbedingt in der Stadt sein möchte. Ok mottakelse, rene rom men manglet håndsåpe. Reagerte på at det var en ung jente i baren på lørdagen. Hun hadde ikke lov til å servere/selge annet enn øl,vin,sider. Ikke så veldig imponert over utvalg på frokostbordet. Følte at opphold ikke helt sto i stil i forhold til pris

Koseleg hotell, nært sjø, kort veg til fasilitetar i Tananger. Greie rom. Frukost med godt utval, middagsbuffet variert og rikhaldig. Ein del "kluss" med betaling, frukostpakke som var lovd ved tidleg avreise var gløymt - dette bør forbetrast!

Hotel is old and worn out. Need a refurbishment. Cleaning in room are not up ho standard. Full of hair in shower from previous customer when arriving. Cleaning in restaurant is not good. Table are stil dirty from previous customer, they don't clean, just put a new tissue on. Next day table looks the same, as they have not cleaned from day before either. Will use other hotels next time.

Pretty place. We only had one towel though and there were two of us. The shower wall had some black mildew on it which was kinda gross. Would’ve also loved more pillows. But the staff was friendly and enjoyed the bar service

Room does not deserve 4 stars nor does this facility. I looked like a “dorm” for college students. One bath towel and no cups in the room. One power socket. Smelled like the room had not been entered in a month.

Rommet var dårlig rengjort. Veldig mye rusk og støv i teppet. Brukt snus ved vegg/vindu. lekkasje på badet. Ikke mulig å koble til PC/HDMI, ikke kjøleskap/minibar. Vannkoker veldig skitten. God service i resepsjonen.Tviler på at jeg kommer til å benytte dette hotellet ved en senere anledning.

Beautiful setting. Dog had pooped in front of the hotel and this was never picked up the entire time we were there other than that is was lovely.

Room and hotel was clean. No bath towels. staff had to search unrented roms to get us some. Very thin on staff. Price is too high. This hotel is is need of renovation. Hotel is on the water, nice location.

This hotel has passed its due date. Rooms feel old with old furniture. Poor wifi and TV selection. Breakfast was OK but not more than that. Location is off with no restaurants nearby especially considering what the hotel restaurant offers. No possibility to charge electrical cars.

We really looked forward to staying here but our stay was absolutely ruined by smokers next door. We paid extra for a harbour view which was lovely but we could not open the window or sit on the shared balcony because our room was next to a smoking room and the guests there exercised their right to smoke. When we mentioned this in the morning the customer service was appalling with the receptionist shrugging her shoulders and asking what she could do. Well; for one thing not have a smoking room next to a non smoking room with a shared balcony! The room was big and bright; the curtains obviously recently cleaned with one (creased and non-ironed put back). The floor outside the bathroom was broken and dangerous and the door frame in the bathroom was rotten. The bed was amazingly comfortable and huge and the best thing about the place.

I stayed at the Hummeren Hotel for a couple of days in May2023. The hotel has a great location - right next to the harbour/water and only a few minutes drive from the airport. Supermarkets are within a few hundred meters from the hotel. Room was spacious, breakfast was really good and staff were friendly and helpful. I would come back any time

Our room was quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. The hotel was easily accessible by bus and it was a quick trip from the ferry terminal. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place to stay and we would recommend it.

Synes servicen kunne vært bedre. Det var få gjester på hotellet og betjening (den eneste vi møtte var resepsjonisten) satt hele tiden i resepsjonen. Tenker at vedkommende kunne brukt litt tid på å se innom matsalen. Det var under middels frokost. Lite utvalg og tørre oster. Rommet ble ikke rengjort fra den ene dagen til neste. Det var for så vidt greit, men vi savnet påfytt av kaffe og rene kopper på rommet. Det var veldig lytt. Støy fra andre rom og gangen.

Das Hotel ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch ist es eine gute Wahl, wenn man nicht unbedingt in der Stadt sein möchte. Das Restaurant ist nach wie vor sehr gut, besonders bei Fischspezialitäten. Da es direkt an der Marina von Tananger liegt, ist die Umgebung sehr malerisch und vor allem ruhig. Wer mit dem Bus in die Stadt möchte , kann das mit der Linie 2 tun. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 30 min.

In spite of the name, there was no lobster on the menu. Due to an unannounced event, with a very noisy orchestra, there was no choice of meals, but only a grill buffet of very poor quality. Not very clean and with very soft beds. Coffee machine out of order. Overpriced.

Het is een prima hotel maar wel wat verouderd en tijdens ons verblijf erg rustig. Na de schoonmaak rook de kamer erg sterk naar schoonmaakmiddel die wat leek op gerookte vis. Verder prima ontbijt en diner gehad, een goeie keuken! Qua omgeving echt prachtig en rustig

Koseleg hotell, nært sjø, kort veg til fasilitetar i Tananger. Greie rom. Frukost med godt utval, middagsbuffet variert og rikhaldig. Ein del "kluss" med betaling, frukostpakke som var lovd ved tidleg avreise var gløymt - dette bør forbetrast!

Room does not deserve 4 stars nor does this facility. I looked like a “dorm” for college students. One bath towel and no cups in the room. One power socket. Smelled like the room had not been entered in a month.

Hotel is old and worn out. Need a refurbishment. Cleaning in room are not up ho standard. Full of hair in shower from previous customer when arriving. Cleaning in restaurant is not good. Table are stil dirty from previous customer, they don't clean, just put a new tissue on. Next day table looks the same, as they have not cleaned from day before either. Will use other hotels next time.
