Good breakfast despite the ongoing strike, even though it was scaled down a little. However, the rooms show that the hotel is way beyond its prime and need some upgrades. I have stayed here several times, but this is probably my last time here as the breakfast is no longer enough too compensate for the rooms.

This is supposed to have an award-winning breakfast, however, due to the strike, I have to believe that the breakfast was limited. Location was great. I was literally in the shower when I discovered that the shampoo containers were empty. I had to call down for a refill which they did quite quickly. This was a last-minute Hotel change due to the strike Respectfully, Hotels.com should have paid for the cost differences of the hotels when the Radisson Blu close their hotel for the strike. Radisson broke their contract with Hotels.com. My contract with Hotels.com was still intact. BAD FORM Hotels.com!!!!!!
