Stort dobbeltrom delux med to dobbeltsenger og stort bad. Veldig god frokost og fin atmosfære på hotellet. Rommet ble ikke rengjort etter dag en. Vi måtte selv be om rene håndklær og toalettpapir. Dårlig ventilasjon på rommet, så varmt om morgenen. Kjøkig og hodt i spisesal og ellers på hotellet.

Liker dette hotellet pga. beliggenheten. Har bodd her flere ganger og vært fornøyd. Denne gangen fikk vi et rom som ikke var rengjort skikkelig og det var varmt. Aircondition/vifte funket ikke.

I had an excellent stay here. The room was spacious, modern and clean. I had noted a room request that they fulfilled which I really appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic, with a lovely dining room. Location could not be any better. Value for cost exceeded expectations.

Har vært veldig fornøyd tidligere. Nå virket det litt slitt. Forferdelig varmt rom, og mye støy om jeg åpnet vinduet. Toalettet sto så nærme veggen at det var vanskelig å sitte på det. Det ser ut som det er tid for oppussing av tepper og malte overflater

The hotel breakfast was the best! The only thing we did not like was that there was a lot of noise from people outside up until about midnight. Also, there was machine noise for hours in the early morning on Saturday (3:00 am onwards) that looked like washing of the many bus stops just outside the hotel.

Håpløst uten AC på slike varme dager som det har vært nå. Vi hadde et stort rom med plass til alle, men temperaturen var skyhøy på rommet. Så etter en natt uten søvn fikk vi byttet til to mindre rom som lå slik til at sola ikke kom inn og hadde en litt bedre temperatur. Burde vært AC på alle rom i 2025!

Meget bra. Fine rom, god frokost. Litt rart å måtte betale 100 kr pr time hvis man vil sjekke inn før kl.1500. Når rommet allikevel er klart så bør man ikke ta ekstra for dette.

We visited Trondheim on vacation and the check-in was smooth. The room on the sixth floor was great until our TV didn't work. They sent three people to resolve it, but couldn't so they moved us to a room on the 4th floor which was much smaller and inferior in value. After a stern conversation, we were moved to a better room on the same floor with a balcony facing the city. The value was comparable to our initial on the sixth floor. During this process, the staff was accommodating and professional. We received a surprise fruit basket and some beverages for the inconvenience. Our stay was excellent beyond this point, including the impressive breakfast selections and dining options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay there again whenever we're in Trondheim.

The staff at reception at all the different shifts were outstanding. Both my husband and I were impressed with their friendliness but also their kindness shown. Of course, the room was like any other” good” hotel room and apart from the tricky issue of making sure the seal of the 2 partitions of the shower was tight otherwise, water leaks out all over the floor, it was a very pleasant stay. The buffet really is exceptional as the variety was huge. There was a lovely waitress who was kind enough to give me her time and patience and teach me the pronunciation of Norwegian. This is such a lovely hotel to stay in in Trondheim. Also it is located close to all the important tourist sites and close to Skansen station which means a train trip to and from the airport is only about 1 hour and costs only 45 kr pp.

Lovely one night stay at the Quality Hotel Prinsen,great customer service clean and beautiful ambience. Only niggle the breakfast food although an excellent choice of many foods was not hot..we both had scrambled egg and it was nearly cold. But apart from this an excellent stay.

Mycket bra hotell rum, väldigt bra o innehållsrik frukost. Underbart med norsk gravad lax till frukost. Väldigt nära till sevärdheter bla till centrum, katedralen, Bakklandet samt till hamnen med alla båtar. Ger ett högt betyg för vistelsen.

Vegansk såpe, shampoo og balsam funker enkelt og greit ikke. Vi måtte kjøpe vår egen. Dusjen var heller ikke komfortabel. Rommet var helt greit. Frokosten derimot, var verdensklasse. Fantastisk.

Nice hotel in great location. The room was clean and very comfortable, and service at the front desk was excellent. We were quite surprised at the breakfast options. Will most definitely stay there again if we have the privilege of returning to Trøndheim.
