Location is great for exploring the city. The hotel corridors are in need of renovation but rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. It's one of those hotels that won't wow you but serves its purpose!

Centrally located with an airport bus stop located right outsid and very walkable to restaurants, shops and the cathedral. Very good buffet breakfast with coffee machines in lobby and outside restaurant. Rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds. Gym on small side but empty when we visited. Overall very good value for money.

Ok hotel. 3 minutes walk from central train station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very nice breakfast that worked well even with low FOFMAP diet. A bit old carpets in the hallway. AAbit noisy on weekend nights

Great location and beautiful building. We loved the generous buffet breakfast. Very very popular place to stay for large groups, families and all ages so breakfast got busy after 9:30am! Gym is tiny but functional! U would say though I found the heating was turned up too high - it should be turned down to 18 degrees for optional sleeping temperature!

Vi bodde på familierom. Sammenlignet med familierom på andre hotell vi har bodd på var rommet svært lite. Vi fikk såvidt plass til tingene våre og de to vognene vi hadde med. Lite bad. Men ellers hadde rommet alt vi trengte og vi var glad for at vi fikk dobbeltseng samt sovesofa utslått som dobbeltseng. Rommet hadde vannkoker og kjøleskap. Det var dessverre litt dårlig vasket og vi fant en brukt snus på gulvet. Heldigvis hadde ikke lillemor på 8 måneder rukket å krabbe rundt på gulvet enda..

Imponerende hva hotellansatte har fått til! Rommene er knøttesmå, men innredningen er så praktisk at det blir plass til alt. Rommene er dessuten lydisolerte, og sengene er myke og gode. Kveldsmat er stort sett rester fra frokosten og en suppe, men det går helt fint som en nødløsning. Det eneste jeg savnet var urtete. All posete er forskjellgie vaianter av sort- og grønnte fra Twinings, men ingen uten tein, selv om de finnes

Good staff, nice shower but bed wasn’t comfortable and there was a noisy bar in the alley outside our window that kept us awake until 1am. There is no AC so we had to open the window to cool the room which made the noise worse.

We stayed for 3 nights. On the 3rd night there was a very noisy party in the room next door. Young men screaming loud music etc. I called down to the front desk and the clerk told me that the group was leaving for town. The noise kept up. I called down again and the clerk then told me that the noise was outside and “wear earplugs “, he wasn’t going to do anything about it. I told him we were in an inner room and that is was not outside and he needed to come up to our room and listen. He refused to. So I had to go out into the hall in my PJs to figure out which room it was (it was right next store). I had to call down a 3rd time and the clerk finally came up and shut down the party. Horrible service to just blow me off that many times. The only reason I give them a “2” for the service is before this on the first two nights the service was much better. I do not feel like the service is at the same level as the other Thon hotels we have stayed at

Totalt sett veldig bra! God frokost og hyggelig personale. Beliggenheten er midt i sentrum og nære alt. Det betyr også at det er mye utesteder i umiddelbar nærhet, så dersom man er sensitiv mot støy så bør man ha med ørepropper ;-)

Well located for all the main sights of Trondheim. Close to train station and there’s also an airport bus stop right outside. Room was well equipped with kettle, mini fridge, iron, hairdryer & even an umbrella! Staff were friendly & helpful. Would stay again.

Hotellet har fantastisk beliggenhet i sentrum av byen og frokosten er helt nydelig. Frokostbuffet med stort utvalg av alt, og savnet ingen ting. Stort pluss for stor kaffemaskin som laget kjempegod cuppucino og egen maskin som presset fersk appelsinjuice!!! Serviceen var bra og alle var hyggelige, men hotellet kunne trenge en oppgradering. Tepper og vegger hadde sett bedre dager, ting hadde løsnet litt fra vegger og tak, men rommet var rent og sengene gode, så da var vi fornøyde. Kommer gjerne og bor her igjen,

Pros: Great Location - close to trains, town center and lots of restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast, loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. Kveldsmat (simple evening buffet) included in the price of the room. Cons: Rooms are just a little bit small. Two single beds, but arranged in such a way, between fixed bedside tables, that they are almost touching. Could hear the flow of water in pipes in the walls. Not very intrusive, but late at night, when it's quiet, it's noticable. Fresh-squeezed orange juice machine was broken on the third morning of my three day stay :( Kveldsmat (simple evening buffet) is only monday-thursday (not available weekends).

Pleier å få god service på dette hotellet, men denne gangen ble jeg litt skuffet. Det var god frokost, men det ble veldig fort tomt for kveldsmat. Ok seng, med klumpete ubehagelige puter.

It was my first ever stay anywhere in Norway and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Nice, clean hotel , local chain with friendly staff. They were able to accommodate my last minute request and got to experience an upgrade. The bedding was simply great after a long day of travel and amazing breakfast which I have noticed, others have commented on aswell. All in all, couldn’t have been a better start to the Norwegian Hospitality experience. Thanks for everything.
