Surprised we didn’t have breakfast included, especially for the one night rate I paid. Bathrooms in room were very worn. Dirt all over walls.

I loved the location, the front desk person was sort of busy and preoccupied. Being close to the ocean was a huge win with little kids. The bedrooms and water service delivery was great. We loved the pool, but the hours are weird for kids.
