I don’t like, and rarely write bad reviews It is when I see a basic systemic problem that I feel I should pass on views to others as precaution. This is a cold and unfriendly place lacking in fundamental customer service. Leonardo hotel, formerly Jurys, is in transition. What ever Irish charm that may existed in past is gone. My room was old and fairly dated. It faced a recycling garbage area. Open the window and you got that garbage aroma! Unfortunately, the room’s ventilation was poor, so I needed to open it. In the early morning, the noise of the trucks outside the window would wake me up and I’m a fairly sound sleeper. The key card needed to first to call the lift, and then to use to select the floor, consistently didn’t’ work well, if at all. Technical problems do happen, it is the customer service response that was terrible. Hopefully they will replace the management group and regain their Irish charm

Stayed at Jurys many times. Located in the city centre walking distance to everything. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious. Small gym but had what I needed (treadmill). Will continue to stay at this hotel when I visit dublin

There was construction at the hotel which would wake you in the morning and go on through the day so there was no way to rest. Really not ok considering they still charge a good amount for the room.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but had a few hangups. When we arrived we had an issue with our door as it was not accepting our key cards nor the staff so we had to wait about an hour to get back into our room so that they could replace the battery lock. We ended up eating at the onsite restaurant but it was a minor inconvenience. We also knew we’d be getting back late the next day so we asked how late their food services were open. We were informed that room services would be easy if we needed it but it ended up being quite the ordeal and took us about 2 hours to get room service because nobody knew what to do. Also, parking is offsite a few blocks away that you’ll have to pay for, but you get a discount if you validate your parking ticket with the front desk at the hotel. Overall our stay was nice minus the few hiccups.

Leonardo hotel in Parnell st is in a perfect location you have access to all Dublin on foot from that location also you have a ton of dinning, shopping and supermarkets all around you. the bad things the fourth floor in the hotel under renovation and still open for guests you walk in and dust all over construction worker all over the floor witch you feel unsafe we went in February 2024 make sure if you are going around this time if they didn't finish renovation stay in another floor. second most unconfutable they have a system in the hotel that the evening manager keep standing in the middle of the lobby by the elevator not to great you or to help you if you need anything, also not to catch anybody from waling in and to get on the elevator because you can't use the elevator without scanning your room key not even getting in the second floor bathroom without scanning your room key but to keep staring at you and what you are carrying or buying there is a female manager at the evening shift she is Letterly steering at your shopping bags. make you really feel unconfutable at all they need to understand that we on vacation. overall stay is perfect for the location and the price but hopefully they change the way they act.

It was a cute room in a great location to explore the city. Hop on hop off bus very close. The restaurant and bar had good food and excellent service. My only complaint was the window area in our room had cobwebs and needed cleaned.

Very clean hotel and room. Huge breakfast area with lots of items to choose from. Clearly they have a lot of guests stay at this hotel, and they manage it all very well. The staff are very helpful. I would stay here again. Ideal location to many stores and restaurants, LUAS tram immediately out front, O'Connel street nearby which is the starting point for many hop-on-off buses, and Connolly train station a 10 min walk away.

Our stay was rather poor! Cleanliness of the room wasn’t great and we had to ask 4 different times to get the issue rectified. The bathroom had tiles coming away from the wall & the pillows wasn’t that comfortable. The breakfast was the only thing we enjoyed about the hotel

Our overall honest assessment is a very poor hotel. Leonardo hotel Dublin Parnell street has very dirty carpets on the corridors and in the rooms. The staff are very unfriendly and even rude. However, the food is good. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were recommended by a friend to stay here. On arrival check inn was welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious,spotless, cosy,and fresh clean crisp sheets. There was also a hairdryer, iron/board in room. Breakfast was amazing so much to choose from. Close to all the main shopping areas, plenty buses also.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to express my dissatisfaction with my experience. Although the hotel was very clean, several issues significantly impacted my stay. First, the heat in the room was unbearable. When booking, I specifically chose a room with air conditioning, but it did not work on the first night. When I called for assistance, the facilities staff brought a fan and mentioned they didn’t know how to fix the air conditioning, nor were there any available rooms to move to. The second day, I complained again and received the same response: "We don’t know how to fix it, but here is another fan." The room was much hotter than the hallway, and the window did not open wide enough to allow proper airflow. Furthermore, the TV only had five working channels, and the staff seemed generally clueless about resolving these issues. Given the price I paid, I am extremely unhappy with the facilities. At the very least, there should have been cold water in the fridge. By contrast, I booked into a Premier Inn at half the cost, which provided a much more comfortable bed, functional air conditioning, and cold water in the fridge. The only positive aspect of my stay was that your staff stored our bags until we could check in at the Premier Inn. Due to these issues and the high cost, I will not be returning to your hotel.

Room was clean and modern/updated. Being 6’4”… the bed seemed a little short for me. Bathroom is a little small/tight. If you were a larger framed person, I’m not sure how you could step in and close the door.

The hotel was great orginal book two night. Had to add a thrid night because of airljne change. I asked early if a room would be avaible on the first day. Receptionistaskbmy to cheeck back ter in day Later i asked her if had a room the third nightand she said yes. Next day i get call from hotel when i was on a bus saying i needed to pock up my lugage. I was left scambling to find a place to stay my last night in Ireland.

On arrival i was informed the room i had booked was not available due to damage caused by the previous occupant. I was rhen downgraded to a double room when i had booked a twin room. So had to have a camp bed that was that decrepid it dipped almost to the floor when i got in it. I didn't sleep that night but was only offered 2×free drinks as compensation which is not good enough.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and even upgraded our room because we were staying for 12 nights. It’s was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and less than a 5 minute walk to where you can catch the Paddywagon tour bus. We had a wonderful time

The staff were some of the friendliest we'd ever encountered, from concierge to housekeeping services. I also appreciate the security features when returning to the hotel late at night, as getting checked by the staff at the lobby and the keycard system means that the hotel is safer due to their vigilance. The location is within a minute of two super markets, and many smaller grocers, which is a huge advantage when you're travelling and tired of eating out for every meal. It is also within 17min and under walking distance to many major attractions, such as temple bar entertainment district, shopping, trinity college, and national galleries and museums.

The hotel itself was good, clean, situated close to town, and helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of vegetarian options. The surrounding area is a little rough at night but as 2 women travelling together it was ok, though we were back at our rooms before 10pm. We had a couple of issues with our room, however, that made me feel quite unsafe. When we first checked in we were given the keys to a room that was already occupied. They helped us at reception straight away and gave us a new room, and free breakfast as an apology, so not complaining abut the staff at all, but i felt really unsafe as who knows if the same would happen to us and someone to walk into our room at any time! We made sure to lock from the inside and luckily were only staying one night. We also had a couple of issues with our key cards but they were very helpful at reception. Overall the hotel was fine but i wouldnt stay again as that experience left a bad taste.
The hotel itself was good, clean, situated close to town, and helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of vegetarian options. The surrounding area is a little rough at night but as 2 women travelling together it was ok, though we were back at our rooms before 10pm. We had a couple of issues with our room, however, that made me feel quite unsafe. When we first checked in we were given the keys to a room that was already occupied. They helped us at reception straight away and gave us a new room, and free breakfast as an apology, so not complaining abut the staff at all, but i felt really unsafe as who knows if the same would happen to us and someone to walk into our room at any time! It was a last minute booking and arrived late -approx midnight. Was given a room that was already occupied. Poor couple were in bed until I frightened the life out of them by going into “my” room. Absolutely terrible, should never happen. Won’t be going back.

It was difficult to get someone at the front desk to answer when we called from the room. We had four people staying in our room, but only had two towels. The pull out bed was terrible and had not bedding or pillows. Again, when we called down to ask for bedding-we could not get an answer. At times staff was quite short with us at the front desk and other times they were friendly. The bar staff was amazing and always very helpful. We tried to order room service, but could never get an answer. Disappointed and would not stay here again.

Very clean hotel and room. Huge breakfast area with lots of items to choose from. Clearly they have a lot of guests stay at this hotel, and they manage it all very well. The staff are very helpful. I would stay here again. Ideal location to many stores and restaurants, LUAS tram immediately out front, O'Connel street nearby which is the starting point for many hop-on-off buses, and Connolly train station a 10 min walk away.

Very pleasant hotel, just off O’Connor street in the heart of Dublin. It is on the North side of the river so a good 10-15 minute walk to Temple Bar etc. A great breakfast and clean rooms with very friendly staff.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with a large shower in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was busy at the times we went (to be expected) but the items were replenished quite quickly so you didn't miss out on any of the hot food. The staff were incredibly kind and polite, but be prepared to wait at reception for a while when checking in/dropping luggage off as they are always busy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but had a few hangups. When we arrived we had an issue with our door as it was not accepting our key cards nor the staff so we had to wait about an hour to get back into our room so that they could replace the battery lock. We ended up eating at the onsite restaurant but it was a minor inconvenience. We also knew we’d be getting back late the next day so we asked how late their food services were open. We were informed that room services would be easy if we needed it but it ended up being quite the ordeal and took us about 2 hours to get room service because nobody knew what to do. Also, parking is offsite a few blocks away that you’ll have to pay for, but you get a discount if you validate your parking ticket with the front desk at the hotel. Overall our stay was nice minus the few hiccups.

Hotel was ok but a couple issues that would prevent me from staying at a Leonardo property again. 1. The “King” bed was the smallest queen I’ve ever slept on. 2. The shower was so freaking small I barely got in it. Literally had to slide in sideways in against the wall to close the door. This property is also not in a great part of town. For the money, stay elsewhere.
