Nice comfortable hotel but find it crazy that there is no accessible route to the hotel n unless you arrive by taxi. There is no footpath on the street leading to it except one that is too narrow for wheelchairs and which has no dropped kerbs

Loved the vibe and look, especially the little bar/dining lounge. Food was great. The decor is amazing. The location was perfect, as it was walking distance to everything yet set back a few streets so that was quiet enough. They also held our bags all day on our last day since our train wasn’t leaving until late in the day. The only thing we did not like was that neither room type (we had one of each) was large enough for our luggage to be opened up making it inconvenient if you don’t want to unpack your bags completely.

Everything was great. The only issue was the floor wasn’t clean and had food debris left from previous guest. The shower leaked all over my floor (I did report it and it was fixed, but then a very bad mold smell surfaced afterwards). The rooms are small but very functional. They did a great job of creating the space provided, with functional desk tops, hooks and wardrobe areas. The bed was comfortable and they provided free water and coffee within the rooms. Breakfast was good, bar was good, and staff were all very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again

Staff was very friendly helpful upon arrival. Room was very modern and clean. It was a bit small but that’s to be expected in a city like Dublin. It was cozy just as advertised. Very happy with my choice to stay here. Would definitely recommend it to any solo travelers or couples.

The hotel location is great, very close to everything. The bed was comfortable and the staff were kind. The room was automated with controls which was very cool. Breakfast was fine - sausages cold and rashers always soggy. Nice baked goods though. My only issue was the cleanliness. They had a mini bar area and there was hair on one of the wine bottles, dust all on the hard surfaces and worst of all snot on the curtains. If cleanliness is important to you, I wouldn't stay here.

The room is minuscule. The view…bleak. The Wi-Fi almost nonexistent. Breakfast is good ( expensive like all Dublin hotels.) Great location if you need to be in the thick of it.

I knew this was small but this felt like an overpriced hostel virtue signaling environmental friendliness while cranning as many bodies into a building as possible. The tv in the room is ancient and you cant stream anything, so you are left with 5 channel options. There is no window that opens or AC to cool dowm hot rooms. The only spot to put luggage is in a tiny hallway where they have also decided the bathroom sink should be. The restaurant is a rip off. They literally do nothing to make you feel comfortable or appreicated. I found the staff cold, nobody greets you. Overally, not worth it unless solo travelling with very little luggage and you dont mind stuffy rooms with nothing to watch on tv

The property itself was excellent. Unfortunately, the personnel checking us in was rude and smug. He even said, “Since I’m a very nice person, I won’t charge you the early check in fee. If I wasn’t, you would be charged.” Who says that?We were checking in within 30 min of check in. I’ve worked in the service industry, and that’s improper. Also, I booked two of the exact rooms. One for my husband and I and the other to a couple we were traveling with. We were given a SMALLER room than them and paid slightly more and twice charged (separate from incidentals)! I’m hoping the second charge falls off once the incidental charge falls off too. Fortunately, our friends were checked in by a more welcoming gentlemen. The property itself is centrally located, clean, and excellently maintained. It is sad that the check in process and the different rooms dropped my rating. We will not be going back.

Most of the staff was warm, outstanding hospitality. One night shift desk ladies was efficient but cold, slightly condescending in her efficient manner to myself—and how she addressed others in queue. Efficient staff is great, but genuine hospitality is the touch we will return for—especially after customers being travel weary. Will return. Delicious breakfast and very neat rooms!

Excellent property. The hotel staff were supperb with any questions regarding advice on locations to see and local restaurants. The breakfast in itself is worth the stay. Stayed 6 nights for my honeymoon & I would definitely recommend. There was enough room for 2 and we didn't feel over crowded in the "Snug Nest" room.

FAB location and incredibly quiet! We arrived a day early (my bad) and realized I had messed up our reservation. They did not have a room but managed to get us a room close by during the incredibly busy American football weekend. Also, they allowed us to store our luggage there so we did not have to cart it around. That was really excellent service. Toby the intern was fantastic and helped us move our luggage around. He was so sweet and friendly. Everyone made us feel really at home. My only single critique is only that the space is very small. If you have a lot of luggate (we had wedding dress/suits), you will constantly be juggling and losing things. We knew it was going to be small in advance but chose it due to sustainability and location.

This is our second time staying at the Wren. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in a little early. This hotel is a gem! Some of the best hotel staff I've experienced. They really go out of their way to accommodate their guests. If you are staying in Dublin, please consider this hotel!

This property was AMAZING!! It was clean, cozy, safe, and in a very practical area that was convenient and easy to walk to popular sites to see. Also around great food options and grocery stores. The staff were amazing and friendly, and I would definitely stay here again! Great experience in Dublin!

Didn’t end up staying. There was a leak in the room I was meant to stay in 2 days before I arrived, but I wasn’t informed until I arrived at 6pm. It was disappointing. Staff were friendly informing me when I arrived and were going to organise for a different hotel, but that place was 20mins outside the city. Not good enough.

I stayed for 2 nights to visit family and do things locally in the area this hotel was in a great location in the city centre just 3 minutes away from the event I was going to based on the south side of the city my room was great for just me and I slept so well it was so nice and quiet even tho it was very close to one of the main night life areas would definitely stay here again

The tiny 'nest' room made of the minimal space. All was clean and well-tended. But it is truly tiny, and I'm not sure how comfortable you'd be with more than one suitcase to open - but a party of one can manage pretty well! The location was the main negative for me. While in a great location for walking to Grafton St., St. Stephens Green etc., it's tucked into a back alley, and pretty hard to locate until you're familiar. Both Google and Apple GPS struggled with directions. Also, be prepared to carry your luggage down stairs to get to the lower-level reception desk. The electronic controls for all lights, curtains, etc., were great once you worked them out, but it was a frustrating time after a long flight trying to figure them out. You might ask for a quick overview before you go to your room.

Beautiful hotel. It's in an alley but don't let that fool you. The area is perfect with a ton of bars and restaurants. Hotel is very nice but small, something you can overcome while in Europe. It was great for my three night stay

Overall this was a great stay. Nice room, clean, great service. The breakfast was OK, the breakfast at Keogh's Cafe was actually better to be honest, but on the other hand that's not a buffet like at Wren.
