It was clean and modern. The buffet breakfast was very good. The laundry facilities were modern and clean. Our room had a kitchenette with dishwasher stovetop, microwave and fridge. The staff were very friendly.

Very functional hotel with good amenities, such as a laundry room, outdoor lounge area, food and beverage availability, and a good location. The rooms are nice, but basic, and could use a cushioned chair for watching TV or relaxing. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.

Serves great food and has an amazing laundry room. Perfect for extended stays. Well located.

Modern facility, excellent location, amenities and staff. Only downside is parking not onsite and not included in pricing. The parking garage is down the street, about an 8 minute walk with your luggage.

This property was in a good place and was walkable for many sites in Dublin. They did not have a place for us to park our car, we had to park an 8 minute walk from the hotel and pay additional parking fees. A hotel should have a parking place for those staying there. The mattress in our room was terrible, when you sat on it you could feel the board underneath. The air conditioner in our room had a three hour timer and would turn off after three hours. This made it so we would wake up in the night drenched in sweat and have to turn it back on. The air conditioner should be able to stay on throughout the night so that guests can have a restful sleep. There was not even a way to open the window to get air circulation. The floor outside the bathroom was squishy with mold underneath because the shower did not have a guard/lip to keep the water in. Every time you showered the whole bathroom floor got wet. The flooring defiantly needs to be redone in that room. They charged us for breakfast on the day we checked in when we didn’t arrive until almost 7pm that day and weren’t even there to eat breakfast. They said they had laundry services available, but three out of the five washer/dryer sets were broken so it was a challenge to get an available washer and dryer. It took 5 hours to do two loads because of the broken ones and how many people were trying to do laundry. I did appreciate that they had complimentary laundry soap though, that was helpful. The buffet breakfast was yummy.

Great hotel to stay in, semi apt/hotel so you’re able to cook (hot stove, kettle, oven/microwave, big refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, all the cutlery, tools you’ll need to like if you were living on your own). It also has a exercise room with its own bathroom on the first floor, bar and breakfast buffet (if you have that option) Locations is in the centre of Dublin so walking or taking the bus is close (including the Dublin Express bus to the airport; stop you want is Dublinia or Merchant Quay if no option). Honestly great stay! the only thing I have to say is, if you can place like a rubber stopper square (like you did the shower room) for shoes so we can take them off on the hard wood floor, its quite dirty while roaming in my socks

The aparthotel experience is great for travelers not wanting to eat out for every meal. The StayCity hotel staff is very helpful and it is always great to have a gym on the property.

Overall, the property was great, quite central to restaurants, sites, etc. The rooms could have been cleaned a bit better, the floors were sticky and most unpleasant of all was one of the towels given to us had an obvious stain. For some reason, our room on the 2nd floor was quite humid which added to the discomfort and mildewy smell. Despite the slight hiccups, I recommend would this hotel.

Room 1 - Shower wouldn't drain and almost flooded while waiting for it to get hot. Asked for service (maintenance not there at 10PM). Asked for different room. Room 2 - smelled for 3 days like someone fried fish in there. They had the vent going over the stover when we got in there. There were hairs and grass on the spare bedding. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are smaller. Not good for 3 guests. 2 guests would be fine - but don't recommend for families. The king sized bed was comfortable. 10-15 minute walk to the center of Dublin. The walk-factor was the best part. People working there - not overly friendly or accommodating by any means - seemed put out whenever I asked a question. I would stay there again for the price knowing what I know now if I was solo or without family - but defo wouldn't do it with kids.

I did not have the food option during stay, but the kitchen facilities in my apartment/ room were ideal. My room was clean, but dusty and one staff member was extremely helpful.

Everything was great, except that we never got any kind of housekeeping because we only stayed three nights. We should’ve been told that at check-in. To only have two towels for three nights didn’t work for us.

My room was considerably dirty when I checked in. I complained about this with the staff, along with other issue I experienced, and also mentioned it in writing in a ticket regarding that other issue, but it was never acknowledged and nothing was done about it.

Excellent location, friendly staff, everywhere was spotless and the bed was the best bed ive ever slept in! Would definately book again.

Cozy hotel in convenient localisation for city centre. Nice room-apartment, self check-in/out machines, kind staff. Unfortunately the room was quite dirty, as well as common spaces.

The floors could have been cleaner and the shower drain clogged up very quickly.

Nice studio apartment. Small thou, tiny kitchenette, tiny bathroom. No ideal if you want to cook as all your belongings smell of food after. Perfect if you need room only.

An explanation for the switch activated appliances would have saved us time and frustration. Also the AC turned off rather than adjusted to the temperature resulting in multiple night time resets, so the room was too hot or too cold. The individual bedside lights should be controllable separately.

Great room, we loved the kitchenette (full of items to prep not only drinks but snacks) a great addition, shower was very good, only downside was uncomfortable bed with pillows too firm (neck ache) and lack of airflow during the night as windows don’t open. The staff at reception were very helpful and welcoming.

Perfect budget spot for a vacation if you don’t plan to spend too much time in your room. The kitchenette was a total bonus, but the entire space was super small.

Perfect place to stay in city center. Everything was in walking distance or just a cab ride away. The room was clean but definitely appeared bigger in the pictures. The beds were also not very comfortable. The queen was actually 2 twin beds joined together...like on a cruise ship.

The price of this aparthotel was good for Dublin, and it was clean and quiet, in a good location. Those key factors make this a reasonable choice. But there were several unappealing aspects to consider, such as poor service at what is barely a "reception", a lack of housekeeping service, and a studio that was very small for 2 people. Also notable were windows that are designed not to open, ever, along with air conditioning with no instructions, that shuts off after a certain time, leaving no ventilation.

Fantastic stay at the Staycity Tivoli. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and modern. Hotel is in an excellent spot where nearly all attractions were within a 15-20 minute maximum walk. Highly recommend

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. They always had a smile on and never made us feel awkward asking for anything (extra towels, room cleaning, ice, etc).

We paid and extra €20 for early check in and this was not honored due to the room not being ready. We finally got in 30 minutes late, impacting our plans for the day. The room temperature was ridiculously warm with an inability to reduce it. Terrible experience.

We were looking for a room with laundry facilities near our daughter’s university. Room is a good size, kitchen is well equipped. We had coffee and made our own breakfast in the room. If you need anything you message on WhatsApp and you will receive an AI response immediately. However, the service wasn’t always prompt. I asked for some hand towels because we were only given 1 for 3 people. They responded with “ the towels are waiting for you at reception”. We didn’t find that super convenient. We used the laundry facilities, which were easy to use.

Great stay at a very reasonable price considering the cost of other hotels in the area while the Coldplay concerts were on. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere in the bar and public area. Hotel room has everything you need and was very clean. Definitely recommend 👍

It was an excellent location. The room was a decent size but the closet space was ridiculously small. Two women and I lived out of my suitcase for 12 days. How can a person hang clothes one piece in front of the other? At that it would only hold 6 items. Good restaurants within easy walking distance. Few good pubs and away from the touristy areas. No phone in the room and no way to contact the desk other than going down. Very inconvenient. Housekeeping was at a premium. For a long stay I had to catch the trolley in the hall to get fresh towels. I wouldn’t stay there again unfortunately. Others would find it just fine.

Staff was unhelpful in dealing with an issue in our room. Front desk staff said they would send maintenance the next day but they didn’t. The same person offered us free breakfast and said they left a note for the next staff member, they did not. And the morning staff person was rude when asked and acted like we made everything up. The breakfast wasn’t even good. We stayed at multiple places throughout Ireland, this place was the worst.

There was some difficulty checking in - a glitch between their system and Expedia, but the staff were very helpful getting it sorted. The service consistently stood out. Every person on the staff went above and beyond.

Easy walking distance to central tourist spot. Nice & clean room condition. Indoor Parking is availble at ~3 minute walk.

Very clean and new, 10 minute walk to Temple bar, close to the oldest pub in dublin, shop on the corner, 5 minute walk to the Guinness factory!

Great location, easy to find good walking to all the main city sites. Clean rooms, plenty of space, friendly staff.

Great value for our stay and loved having a little kitchen in the room. Lots of things in walking distance - attractions and cafes etc - about 15 mins walk in to the temple bar area. The area behind the hotel is a bit dodgy so I wouldn't recommend wandering far off the beaten track especially at night. There is a lidl very near by for supplies. Great over all.

La chambre est équipée d'une cuisinette, ce qui permet de prendre un repas sans avoir, pour les longs séjours, besoin d'aller systématiquement au restaurant. Le car Dublin Express pour l'aéroport est à 3 min. En semaine et hors saison les prix défient toute concurrence. Petite restaurant sur place.

The location was great, walkable to Trinity College Library, Brazen Head, and other tourist places. Kitchenette would be handy if you were staying a few days and wanted to fix some meals. Breakfast buffet was good, but otherwise dining at hotel was certainly not 5 star, or even 2 star.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit wirklich Hervorragende Lage in Dublin. Dazu bietet das Hotel To Good to Go an für das Frühstück. Also kann man hier auch günstig und wirklich gut sich sein Frühstück selber zusammen packen und auf seinem Zimmer dann essen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche! Mit Backofen, Wasserkocher, Nespresso Maschine, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Im Bad fehlte mir lediglich ein Föhn aber das ist halb so wild.

We love these hotel/apts. So clean very safe staff is always perfect. The little bar in the bittim is so reasonably priced, clean rooms l, hot water and great all you can eat breakfast for a fee. Its a full 12 out if 10. Definitely stay here!!
