Big resort/conference type hotel that was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Terrific bar/restaurant with excellent friendly staff. There's a free health club next door for hotel guests which we didn't use but it looked very nice. We had a great stay thanks very much!

Found the hotel very clean easy check in with no fuss, staff are very nice and indeed accommodating especially in the breakfast room. Good food and a great breakfast. Glad there is ample parking.

Mooie grote kamer en douche. Waterkoker voor thee. Ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Er is ook een zwembad en een gym. In de bistro kun je heerlijk eten en ze hebben ook een pub/sportsbar.

This is a really lovely hotel, all the staff were friendly and very professional. The room was spotless and up to date, and a good size. Bed was super comfy. The bar was really nice, big but still cosy. Food was really good, all home made and very well cooked. Plenty of choice for breakfast and food was good. I used the gym, and though busy there was plenty of machines. Would highly recommend if you need a hotel near cork and dont want to stay in the city.

We stayed on Bank Holiday for a night. Staff were amazingly friendly, bar food was great. Pool and amenities were super clean and again staff in the leisure were brilliant and so helpful . Only downside was about 8pm a really bad smell starting coming from the bathroom. We had to keep the door closed.Warm night there is no air con in the room and no fan in the bathroom

Booked this hotel in particular due to it being a leisure centre also. Unfortunately the gym equipment was more customised to cardio machines and not strengthening machines which didn't suit my requirements.

The property was fine. the leisure facilities were quite dated and showed obvious signs of wear and tear. Our room was facing the main street so very noisy in the night. Had to keep the windows open as there was no AC. Overall ok, has great potential

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in/out was effortless and the staff were so friendly and kind. Lots of staff visible. Clean rooms with well stocked coffee/tea options. The pool was a huge surprise. Large 25 meter pool with 2 lanes for swimming and an active teaching/play section. Be sure to bring swim caps (but they sell them at the pool counter) Food options nearby were great as were the grocery stores. In hotel food options looked wonderful although we did not use them. We would stay again.

Had 2 nights stay at the hotel. We didn't eat there but heard the food is good. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We opted for the breakfast and the food was very good. We also had dinner in the pub one eve and it was excellent. All of the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurants, and housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. We will stay again when in the Cork area!

As often in Ireland, the staff is super friendly at the reception. They understand that we need flexibility with our work, which often require extension of stay or cancellation. They were very helpful. I didn't have breakfast there. I liked the room, very bright, lots of light, clean and big. I felt very comfortable to stay there. The only inconvenient was the noise from other guests every morning, groups tend to be careless when they visit one another rooms, they let their room doors slammed ALL the time, they knock on other rooms early in the morning, etc. Maybe some "silence" signs should be added by the hotel to have guests keep as quiet as possible in the hallway (to let working people rest or work properly).

property was great however with the windows open we had the smell of sewage in our room at 2AM and had to close the window. The weather was warm during our stay and not having air flow makes for a stuffy room this is the properties down fall.

We slept in room 216 was smelling of sewer and got worse overnight Because of my allergies I asked what it was and they said they didn’t know and no apologies just offered we move to another room which we did.

The hotel is lovely, very welcoming and great service from all the staff. The weather was particularly warm whilst we were there, and the window only opens to a tilt, so the room was incredibly hot. We had to close the window on the 2nd night due to noise outside at midnight. Apart from the heat, the hotel was perfect.

Check out reception was so lovely. Room was good, but directly below a security light for parking and the curtains did not black out. So didn’t sleep the best. But everything else was fantastic and I would definitely return.

Booked a triple room. On arrival only enough towels, cups, glasses etc for 2 people. Phoned reception and this was remedied quickly. Only reason 4 stars is the lack of milk provided for tea coffee. Very stingy. Would recommend more left in room as the milk sachets have little milk in them and only 3 left for 3 people. Shouldn’t have to keep asking for more.

I stayed in this hotel for business and it did not let me down. Every, and I mean every single member of staff I encountered were amazing. This started with my check in (thank you so much Carol for checking me in early) at meal times and at the leisure centre. Whilst the leisure centre seemed a little dated in comparison with the rest of the hotel - the facilities were excellent. So not only did I receive great service and eat amazing food, I managed to gym, swim, jacuzzi and sauna. This was all topped off by having a brilliant shower (with a power mist function - amazing) and a bathroom mirror that didn’t steam up. Great trip. Thank you.

We stayed in many places throughout our weeks in Ireland, from small and quaint, to BnBs and larger hotel chains. This was the only one where we experienced rude staff. The front desk was fine but the kitchen staff were rude! We had paid for a brunch breakfast and after only 10 minutes were asked repeatedly if we were done. Then they started just clearing away our food. The restaurant was not busy and the food was not good nor cooked well. Would not stay here again! The room was adequate, and clean enough but lacking hot water. On the plus side, the building was pretty and parking was convenient. Not worth the rude staff though.

The staff where excellent, all so very friendly and lovely to us. I travel alot, and for a big hotel, I was taken back by the friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff, you don't see that enough anymore. We arrived late and was greated by a funny and friendly porter. The reception staff, in the pool and breakfast staff, all went out their way to help us. Would highly recommend

Property location was great if you like small town feels, walkable shops and restaurants. It is NOT that near the city center and you’ll need to wait about 15min or so for a taxi to arrive to the hotel to take you there but it’s very quiet and safe which is a plus. The only major downside is it gets VERY cold at night and the hotel has NO HEATING IN THE ROOMS, absolutely none. I tried asking and they told me there’s nothing they can do to make the place warmer and heat only comes on for the entire hotel at 6am. That was INSANE to me considering this is Ireland and it gets so cold especially for travelers like myself from warmer climate. I also didn’t like that there was virtually 0 hotel bell hops or help from staff when it came to luggage and the hotel shape and size isn’t well thought. I had to lug heavy heavy luggage all the way down 3 long hall ways it was basically impossible to do and a housekeeping staff member saw me struggling almost to tears and offered to help. This hotel was quiet, family friendly, but not convenient for people traveling alone. The lack of heating options wasn’t good and really ruined my experience as it was not comfortable staying in a cold room for 2 nights. So if you want to freeze this is the hotel for you! Make sure you pack extra blankets

It was a quick two night stay, but the Carrigaline Court is almost in the centre of Carrigaline Town and it is easy to get to cork city from there. 15 min drive also from the airport. There is plenty of night life in Carrigaline and also plenty to choose from if you want to eat out. The Hotel itself was very clean and indeed quite. Breakfast was great a Full Irish and food in the bar was also good.

This is a really lovely hotel, all the staff were friendly and very professional. The room was spotless and up to date, and a good size. Bed was super comfy. The bar was really nice, big but still cosy. Food was really good, all home made and very well cooked. Plenty of choice for breakfast and food was good. I used the gym, and though busy there was plenty of machines. Would highly recommend if you need a hotel near cork and dont want to stay in the city.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We opted for the breakfast and the food was very good. We also had dinner in the pub one eve and it was excellent. All of the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurants, and housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. We will stay again when in the Cork area!

We stayed in many places throughout our weeks in Ireland, from small and quaint, to BnBs and larger hotel chains. This was the only one where we experienced rude staff. The front desk was fine but the kitchen staff were rude! We had paid for a brunch breakfast and after only 10 minutes were asked repeatedly if we were done. Then they started just clearing away our food. The restaurant was not busy and the food was not good nor cooked well. Would not stay here again! The room was adequate, and clean enough but lacking hot water. On the plus side, the building was pretty and parking was convenient. Not worth the rude staff though.

I love this hotel. All of the staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient. They do a lovely buffet breakfast providing anything I can imagine, including a gluten free section. It is convenient for Cork city but also Crosshaven and other areas popular with visitors. I highly recommend it
