Dejligt og meget flot sted, dog var der mangel på vedligeholdelse både ved poolområdet og på værelset. Fugtskader på værelset, da badekarret var utæt. Lampe hang ude i poolen. Flere parasoller virkede ikke, den ene var der et stort hvepsebo i, som der umiddelbart ikke blev gjort noget ved. Området omkring hotellet er et industriområde og motorvej er lige ved siden af. Til trods for dette nød vi opholdet, stedet er meget charmerende.

We had a very late flight from Florence airport and rather than spend the day in the sweltering heat of the city with no cooling options, we booked a very cheap day at 500 Firenze so we could chill by the pool and shower before going to the airport nearby. What luck! The pool area is beautiful with comfortable beds and great drinks and snack service. The hotel itself is very well done with stylish common areas and comfortable rooms. If they provided a free shuttle bus to the centre of Florence, I think that this would be THE place to stay.

It’s a beautiful property and extremely well maintained. The staff in the restaurant were delightful! Everything about the hotel and property were amazing…except for the fact that it sits as an oasis in the middle of industrial buildings so there is nothing around to walk to!

Her fikk vi slappe godt av! Rolig på hotellet, fantastisk god seng. God frokost. Dyktig badevakt ved bassenget hele dagen. Koselig med middag for gjestene ute i hagen. Kort vei til stort shoppingsenter: Gigli. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Bellissima struttura, le camere ristrutturate ma di pessimo gusto ,il bagno con la vasca non e proprio il top se non vieni pulito bene ,intorno all vasca era pieno di muffa e anche su la doccia....muffa che veniva via con il dito. Le camere non insonorizzate infatti si sentiva tutto dalla camera accanto.La nostra camera era molto buia e le lampade non aiutvano.Per metere in carica il telefono bisognava togliere qualche lampada.La colazione buona ma con pocca scelta.

Hotel muito bom e confortável, ótimo para relaxar Café da manhã com variedade A limpeza do quarto estava impecável, inclusive os funcionários da recepção e camareira foram ótimos A única reclamação seria pela limpeza externa do local, os quartos tem uma área externa maravilhosa porém estava meio abandonada e muito sujo, um hotel muito lindo merece um pouco mais de atenção

Sono stato in questo albergo per due notti per lavoro e l'esperienza non è stata negativa anche se la struttura si presenta bene ed è poco distante da Firenze. La prima notte la stanza era piena di zanzare, comprensibile per una struttura immersa nel verde ma sarebbe stato necessario controllare prima di rendere la stanza disponibile. Durante la notte, fatta presente la cosa in reception mi è stato fornito un fornelletto repellente. La stanza era priva di carta igienica. Al rifacimento della stanza non è stato rimpiazzato il bagno schiuma e durante la notte è stato disattivato il condizionatore. Fatto notare alla reception viene risposto che questo è centralizzato e che viene staccato all'1 di notte. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, cena e colazione discrete ma in entrambi i casi le attese sono state bibbliche. Visto il prezzo pagato il servizio non è stato minimamente all'altezza.

Carina la struttura anche se andrebbe rivista almeno sulle camere, da un 4 stelle mi aspetto aria condizionata funzionante e una TV che non ti costringa a stare attaccata alla scrivania per sentire l'audio. All’arrivo camera caldissima con quasi 40 gradi fuori, priva di aria condizionata non coerente con l’offerta lamentandomi mi è stato detto che l’avrebbero accesa dalle 17:00 alle 9:00 perciò nelle ore più calde senza. frigo bar caldo. Personale e posto eccellente pulizie comprese lo consiglio primavera e autunno .

Chambre très propre mais aucune air climatisée fonctionnelle dans tout l’hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h pour une seule nuit avant de prendre l’avion et impossible d’avoir une réservation au restaurant de l’hôtel pour le souper pour 2 personnes car déjà complet. L’hôtel est isolé et loin des restaurants. Nous avons tout de même réussi à acheter une sandwich pour huit euros!

It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for a hotel near the Florence airport. The feeling was luxurious. I was given an unsolicited upgrade to the room. The view was picturesque. Breakfast was included and their restaurant area is just as luxurious. Everything went well except that the hotel holds events and that evening they had some event that involved loud music until very late. Sleepless night. There was no air conditioning in the hotel because it is not turned on until June, I was told. And I have to mention the wifi reception was weak, only being able to use it in a particular area the room. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay.

We arrived and the gentleman at the front desk was less than warm at reception- didn’t provide us with any information about the hotel or surrounding area, did mot tell is how to get to our room or wifi, no one available to offer to help with luggage which included stairs. We were given a two floor room and the aircnditioner upstairs did not work amd it was too hot to sleep. The manager pointed To his black suit and said, I am not hot. The temperature that day was 37% Celsius. We left in the morning bit we had difficulty canceling a second night. The breakfast was sufficient but minimal and again the staff seemed almost depressed, like a funeral was occurring

Sono stato in questo albergo per due notti per lavoro e l'esperienza non è stata negativa anche se la struttura si presenta bene ed è poco distante da Firenze. La prima notte la stanza era piena di zanzare, comprensibile per una struttura immersa nel verde ma sarebbe stato necessario controllare prima di rendere la stanza disponibile. Durante la notte, fatta presente la cosa in reception mi è stato fornito un fornelletto repellente. La stanza era priva di carta igienica. Al rifacimento della stanza non è stato rimpiazzato il bagno schiuma e durante la notte è stato disattivato il condizionatore. Fatto notare alla reception viene risposto che questo è centralizzato e che viene staccato all'1 di notte. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, cena e colazione discrete ma in entrambi i casi le attese sono state bibbliche. Visto il prezzo pagato il servizio non è stato minimamente all'altezza.

It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for a hotel near the Florence airport. The feeling was luxurious. I was given an unsolicited upgrade to the room. The view was picturesque. Breakfast was included and their restaurant area is just as luxurious. Everything went well except that the hotel holds events and that evening they had some event that involved loud music until very late. Sleepless night. There was no air conditioning in the hotel because it is not turned on until June, I was told. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione della struttura che permette di raggiungere in 2 minuti il centro Asmana, il centro commerciale i Gigli e permette in pochi minuti di raggiungere Firenze. Al nostro arrivo un bel viale alberato da cartolina faceva intravedere una struttura storica molto carina. La camera pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario con un kit di cortesia ampio e comodo(unico neo forse è l’uso dei mini flaconi di bagnoschiuma anziché i formati più grossi). Il personale che abbiamo incontrato si è rivelato gentile e gli interni della struttura erano ben arredati e trasmettevano un’ottima atmosfera. L’unica pecca onestamente è il sistema di climatizzazione, dalla nostra camera non riuscivamo a controllarlo in nessun modo e onestamente mi pareva un po’ datato. Per concludere, ho trovato l’esperienza della colazione non proprio al top: scelta di cibo essenziale (forse meno disponibilità del salato rispetto al dolce) e i tavoli un po’ troppo vicini. Tirando le somme non ci siamo trovati male anzi, solo qualche piccolo difetto facilmente risolvibile.

Her fikk vi slappe godt av! Rolig på hotellet, fantastisk god seng. God frokost. Dyktig badevakt ved bassenget hele dagen. Koselig med middag for gjestene ute i hagen. Kort vei til stort shoppingsenter: Gigli. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Chambre très propre mais aucune air climatisée fonctionnelle dans tout l’hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h pour une seule nuit avant de prendre l’avion et impossible d’avoir une réservation au restaurant de l’hôtel pour le souper pour 2 personnes car déjà complet. L’hôtel est isolé et loin des restaurants. Nous avons tout de même réussi à acheter une sandwich pour huit euros!

Carina la struttura anche se andrebbe rivista almeno sulle camere, da un 4 stelle mi aspetto aria condizionata funzionante e una TV che non ti costringa a stare attaccata alla scrivania per sentire l'audio. Stanza grandissima e TV di conseguenza distante di nemmeno 32 pollici. Colazione con pochissima varietà di scelta. Fantastisk hotel. I spiste aftensmad i restauranten som hører til og det var absolut ikke nogen god oplevelse. Morgenmad i samme restaurant var dog en positiv oplevelse.

Its impossible not to state - the location is very poor unless you have transport. Breakfast is very very poor, limited choice and and a really dark somber environment. The hotel itself is a remarkable building beautifully presented. The sitting areas and gardens are really lovely. The swimming pool area is excellent. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant, unfortunately with the exception of the woman at breakfast who was unmotivated and distinctly uninterested in her work. Finally it was lively to see swallows roosting on the lights at one of the terraces.
