La nostra camera (la meno costosa) non era pulitissima, c erano degli elastici a terra e dei capelli nella doccia. Il letto duro al punto giusto. Colazione sempre ottima ma non come a Barcellona! Non ho visto prodotti confezionati e ed era buona sia la roba dolce.che salata.

Foi excelente, o hotel fica em uma área mais industrial, mas fica a 20 minutos a pé de uma estação de trem. Logo atrás tem um shopping muito bom, com uma loja chamada Primark que tem coisas incríveis e barata. Funcionários super atenciosos e gentis, gostamos muito. IMPORTANTE: não paguem pelo estacionamento, tem muitas vagas em frente e ao redor do hotel.

El hotel en si estuvo bastante bien pero nos pareció bastante caro (había un evento y no lo sabíamos a parte de que reservamos a última hora). Buenas condiciones, nos atendieron genial, parking gratuito, tienes al lado un centro comercial que puedes ir andando y tienes de todo lo que necesites.

Struttura grande con parcheggio gratuito. Comodo e facile arrivarci. Unica pecca…a me e mia moglie ci hanno dato una stanza con due letti singoli invece di un letto matrimoniale. Ad ogni modo, nel complesso, per un breve soggiorno va bene.

Two-night stay with my wife. The hotel was really good overall. There is a large arcade with dozens of shops right behind the hotel, a 3-minute walk. Breakfast was really delicious and varied. The bed and mattress were comfy, though the pillows were paper-thin. Unfortunately, we witnessed a robbery, which seems to happen daily in this country as you may already know. It happened within seconds; the window was smashed and whatever was inside the car was taken and the thieves drove off through the main road. It happened in the free parking area on the hotel grounds 10 meters away, right in front of the hotel entrance. Moral of the story: pay the 7€ per night for the hotel's private parking and avoid getting your trip ruined. And my message to the hotel: installing a camera that films the street/free parking area would save a lot of headache and provide more security overall.

We booked this property based upon the travel times provided in the listing. These are grossly misguiding with almost everything being a 45 min drive. The shower in our room was broken and the shower head when turned on would shoot to the ceiling with the water pressure and this could only be used by hand as the clip was broken (you could see they had badly tried to repair it) We got no wifi at the property, we couldn’t sign in with a code or with name and room number. There was no cast to tv from your phone to watch Netflix’s despite it saying so on the TV as there was no connector and the tv had no Netflix despite showing it on the remote, staff advised it was an after market remote and that Netflix wasn’t available. The beds were tiny tiny tiny as a 5’8” female weighing 172lbs I was to large to fit in this cot style bed. The ac also didn’t work and the room was very hot. Not sure if they saved the worst room for those booking through Expedia as the hotel was advertising rates at €250 a night but even at €100 a night this hotel is grossly overpriced for the condition.

Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, pedimos para mudar de quarto por causa do carpete e prontamente resolveram, além de dar informações e orientações da região. Ponto fraco é a iluminação do quarto com apenas duas lâmpadas e dois abajures tudo muito fraco deixando o quarto uma desconfortável penumbra e impossível de fazer a leitura de um livro. Outro ponto que não agradou foi a falta de espaço para colocar as malas, uma média e uma grande ficando no chão, no meio do caminho e ainda sem uma iluminação adequada, mais desconforto. Enfim, numa outra oportunidade deixará de ser uma alternativa de hospedagem.

AVOID! I regret to say that my recent stay at this hotel was anything but pleasant. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with an overwhelmingly pungent poop smell. To add to the discomfort, the bathrooms were in an appalling state; there was fecal matter on the toilet seat and the shower was riddled with black mold. Despite our initial shock, we decided to ask for a room change, only to be met with an extremely rude afternoon staff member who dismissively used the "Non me ne frega niente" hand gesture when addressing our concerns. Thankfully, the morning staff were more considerate and tried their best to assist us. However, our issues didn’t end there. The rooms were notably dim, the AC barely functioned, and to top it all off, our room keys deactivated daily, causing further inconvenience. While the hotel's location might seem ideal for those looking to visit Florence, don't be fooled. Arranging transportation was a challenge, and the posted bus times are highly unreliable. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. While there were a few kind staff members, the overall experience was overshadowed by the numerous problems we encountered.

Hotel localizado do lado de um shopping, restaurantes e um onibus( do shopping) que por €4,00 te leva ao centro, e te deixa ao lado da estação de trem Santa Maria Novella. Ou seja, foi perfeito! E ainda fica a 12 min do aeroporto de Florença. O staff foi nota 10! Principalmente o Leonardo. Muito atencioso, educado, simpático e prestativo, nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos.

Aria condizionata non funzionante. impossibile dormire. Un bagno si sudore! Immaginate una camera esposta tutto il giorno al sole, con ampie vetrate ( apribili solo di dieci cm.). If you are traveling to Florence and do not have a car I would not recommend this hotel. It’s a 20 min walk to the train station along a pretty busy roadway with few sidewalks and a taxi to Florence will cost you €50.

We booked this property based upon the travel times provided in the listing. These are grossly misguiding with almost everything being a 45 min drive. The shower in our room was broken and the shower head when turned on would shoot to the ceiling with the water pressure and this could only be used by hand as the clip was broken (you could see they had badly tried to repair it) We got no wifi at the property, we couldn’t sign in with a code or with name and room number. There was no cast to tv from your phone to watch Netflix’s despite it saying so on the TV as there was no connector and the tv had no Netflix despite showing it on the remote, staff advised it was an after market remote and that Netflix wasn’t available. The beds were tiny tiny tiny as a 5’8” female weighing 172lbs I was to large to fit in this cot style bed. The ac also didn’t work and the room was very hot. Not sure if they saved the worst room for those booking through Expedia as the hotel was advertising rates at €250 a night but even at €100 a night this hotel is grossly overpriced for the condition.

Hotel localizado do lado de um shopping, restaurantes e um onibus( do shopping) que por €4,00 te leva ao centro, e te deixa ao lado da estação de trem Santa Maria Novella. Ou seja, foi perfeito! E ainda fica a 12 min do aeroporto de Florença. O staff foi nota 10! Principalmente o Leonardo. Muito atencioso, educado, simpático e prestativo, nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos.

Prima hotel met super vriendelijk personeel. Nadeel is wel de afgelegen ligging als je afhankelijk bent van het openbaar vervoer. Naar het treinstation is het 20-25 minuten lopen. Prettig is wel dat het hotel naast een zeer groot winkelcentrum ligt met ook allerlei eetgelegenheden.

Das Ibis Firenze Prato Est liegt etwas außerhalb, jedoch direkt an einem großen Einkaufszentrum, was sehr angenehm war. Wir haben dieses Hotel für 2 Nächte gebucht um Florenz zu besichtigen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Einrichtung jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten viel zu hart und man merkte, dass darauf schon etliche Personen geschlafen haben, da die Matratzen unförmig waren. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und nicht sehr wirkungsvoll, es war zwar kühl, hätte aber kühler sein können. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch die Tische meistens schmutzig und Süßspeisen (Croissants, Kuchen usw.) mussten an einer Theke beim Personal bestellt werden. Dies hatte Kantinencharakter und da nur eine Person für das Frühstück zuständig war, dauerte es dementsprechend meist auch lange. Corona-Maßnahmen können dafür nicht schuld sein, denn alle anderen Sachen konnten einfach vom Buffet genommen werden. Außerdem musste das Brot selber geschnitten werden, was auch nicht gerade Corona-Konform war. Was zudem gestört hat: Das Frühstück wurde nur sehr langsam nachgefüllt. So konnte es sein, dass man 15min auf Brot warten musste. Insgesamt lässt sich sagen, dass das Hotel für einen Kurztrip ausreichend ist, jedoch stark in die Jahre gekommen ist und das Frühstück auch nicht gerade der Hit ist.

Two-night stay with my wife. The hotel was really good overall. There is a large arcade with dozens of shops right behind the hotel, a 3-minute walk. Breakfast was really delicious and varied. The bed and mattress were comfy, though the pillows were paper-thin. Unfortunately, we witnessed a robbery, which seems to happen daily in this country as you may already know. It happened within seconds; the window was smashed and whatever was inside the car was taken and the thieves drove off through the main road. It happened in the free parking area on the hotel grounds 10 meters away, right in front of the hotel entrance. Moral of the story: pay the 7€ per night for the hotel's private parking and avoid getting your trip ruined. And my message to the hotel: installing a camera that films the street/free parking area would save a lot of headache and provide more security overall.

I felt very safe there. Loved that I needed a code to get into the building. Then I needed another code to go down the hallway to get to my room. The staff ordered 2 taxis for me. Their attentiveness was superior! Whenever I messaged them, they always answered quickly. The location was great. Very close to the metro and it was a relatively short walk to the attractions. Never stayed in a guesthouse before, but it was perfect. We stayed 7 days.
