The first impression from outside of the hotel was not great (as there are a lot of construction works going on in Malmo). But this didn’t impact on our stay. It was a quiet hotel and sleep was not disturbed. We were attending a funeral and had coffee before we left and the staff were so kind to us. They went above and beyond in their service in every aspect. Breakfast was very nice too. The only reason for not giving it an excellent rating was that the beds were very soft and we had to ask for another room (there wasn’t one available) but an extra mattress topper was provided. All in all I would stay there again as the location is very near to Malmo Central station.

Very old fashioned hotel that hasn’t been renovated or modernised in the last 25 years, so it looks and feels very tired in all areas

This was a great hotel, nice rooms and wonderful expansive breakfast! Staff were nice as well. Hotel is walking distance from central train station and downtown. There was a festival in malmo the night we stayed there so it was a bit loud with people walking by and honking car horns into the evening but I suspect that is not typically the case. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Windows are not opened very well, that’s why is warm inside of the room. Noisy from the conditioners outside during the night.
