Had a couple of nights here with my family. Location good, but hotel feel is 'off' - it feels like a flexible office space rather than a hotel. Kids are excluded from using the swimming pool too. I had a bit of old chewing gum on the floor of my room that I had to scrape off and none of us liked staying in a room without a window - it felt like a bunker. Expensive for what it is, and no breakfast either. Overall, not terrible but disappointing.

Great place, great location. Multiple activities available daily, although we didn’t join any. Lots of beds in our room (3 ppl - one king and bunk beds that folded out of the wall). Perfect place for families. Short walk to Gamla Stan and the trains. 5-10 minute walk. Can’t really get closer. Would absolutely come back here.

This is a camping themed hotel, with fun guest activities offered, although we did not take advantage of them. The room was very comfortable, although we would have appreciated brighter lighting and tissues in the room. The location was also convenient. We would stay there again.

Although the hotel is perfectly located in Stockholm, the staff took 2 full days to fix an issue with our bed. A very thin mattress was on top of a broken box spring. We could feel all the springs. We asked twice to fix it. After 2 days, they put a plywood sheet between the mattress and the box spring. Result, we we kind of sleeping on a very hard surface. We complained again and they upgraded us to a larger room with a king bed. This is unacceptable that it took so long. Another issue is with the rooftop pool. If you want to use it, you have to book in advance and pay about $40USD per person per visit. This is the first time in my life I have to pay to us a pool in a hotel. On any of the booking website, it says they is a pool but no mention it's not free.
