Vi kollade inför ankomst deras P-garage, kostnad 925kr vilket är saftigt för en natt men det är vad det är. Vi tänkte dock titta runt lite när vi väl kom på plats huruvida det fanns alternativa parkeringar, det bör man ju fatta att det gör det inte. Vi fick en fin tur på smågatorna där omkring, dock så kostade P-garaget nu helt plötsligt 1500kr att boka in sig på. Hotellet som så gammalt inte renoverat i modern tid men helt okej, bra frukost, trevlig personal. Men P-garaget havererade hela upplevelsen, kommer aldrig tillbaks.

Hade bokat och betalat för ett rum med frukost och parkering. Vid incheckning visade det sig att parkeringen inte syntes i deras system, men löstes snabbt av personalen i receptionen. Rummet vi bokat var ett standard rum med queen-size säng. Rummet var stort och rymligt. Minus för att det var badkar i badrummet, men det är ju en smakfråga. Bra säng med 4 stora kuddar. Rent och fint. Dock väldigt lyhört från vad vi antar var biltunneln som finns utanför hotellet. Lite tråkiga kanaler på tv:n, så tips är att ta med hdmikabel och vad man nu vill ha för att koppla upp sig på tv:n. All personal var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Superbra frukost! Vi åt middag på deras restaurang Eken, vilket också var ett mycket bra val, god och vällagad mat. Ett sista tips är att inte checka ut i receptionen om du parkerat i garaget, då kan du inte ta hissen ner eftersom det krävs nyckelkort för att åka till garaget, vilket jag aldrig varit med om förut. Finns en låda nere i garaget för expressutcheckning eller också hämtar di bilen först och checkat ut sen. Hade varit bra att få veta det när vi checkade in.

The location is amazing. Great views and close to transport and easily walkable to old city and other sites. The staff were very kind and helpful. However this location can get really crowded. At points the lobby was completely full. The breakfast was very crowded. The hotel tried to help this indicating signage to avoid peak times, but that isn't always possible. The gym is also shared public gym and was very crowded. There is a sauna but the gym bathrooms had no towels available for easy use and no one to ask.

Nice room with a view of Gamla Stan and central Stockholm, and a six lane highway and two railway bridges. Thankfully, the room was quiet, hardly any noise from the heavy traffic, though the headboard of the bed rattled slightly from the trains. Very efficient air-conditioning. Quite opulent marble bathroom with a bathtub. Not easy access. No shower cap or other appliances that you often find and could expect at a Hilton, but soap and shampoo. The bed was really nice and firm, and we slept very well, which, after all, is the most important thing. The room seemed clean but had a faint whiff of vomit after cleaning, which might be a sign that the mop should have been changed, or the vacuum cleaner needs a good clean. (The smell didn't linger, thankfully.) There is access to a small gym, which iwas cramped with appliances and not very clean. Treadmills sticky with old sweat and such. Not what you would expect. Breakfast was ok, not great. I've had much better for less money elsewhere in Stockholm. The staff were professional, but I didn't experience the normal standard of being made welcome that you generally do in Sweden. I suppose I shall go somewhere else for that next time.

This hotel is AMAZING! The staff are all top-notch and so very friendly. They all spoke perfect English and were so very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Gamla Stan and offers water views and views of Gamla Stan. There were tons of restaurants and shopping close to the hotel and it is also conveniently located within a block of the SL which will get you most anywhere you want to go! Our rooms were spotless and the housekeeping staff definitely took pride in their jobs! The restaurant was very good and there was at least one vegetarian option for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had many different options each day. We would most definitely stay at this hotel again!

Trevlig personal och snabb room service med väldigt god mat (15 min). Det ända negativa var att rummet var kallt, och badrummet var smutsigt. Frukostbuffén var lite konstigt organiserad med maten utspritt över hela salen så man måste gå runt väldigt mycket. Wifi var inte gratis heller.

Det va jätte trevlig personal (dock typ ingen som ville prata svenska) inte värt de pengarna man betala för 2 nätter. Doftade rätt unket i korridoren, badrummet luktade avlopp, det räckte med att spola i kran och dusch så släpptes det. Frukosten va jätte god. Snabb service, bad om fläkt då AC inte va det bästa. Men inom 5 min kom de med en fläkt. Alldeles för dyrt med garage per natt (450 per natt) Känns mer som ett vanligt Scandichotell än Hilton. Bad även om att få late checkout (va inga problem och gratis) Väldigt positivt med daglig städning.

Frukosten var världsklass. Jag har astma och allergi och rummet var doftfritt, men när jag tappade en sak på golvet så såg jag att det var väldigt dammigt under sängen. Tråkigt att det bara fanns en fotölj när man är 2 som delar rum. Luktade mycket av doftande rengöringsmedel i hiss och fojamen som utvecklades till astma besvär för mig. Ett doftfritt alternativ skulle kunna användas.

I found the lobby awkward to get around, but the staff at the front desk was professional and helpful. The biggest problem was the room, which, while large enough for two persons, offered the most measly clothes closet space that I've ever seen. The closet for the ironing board was much larger, but for us, the iron was unneeded. The bathtub was so high to get in and so awkward to use that it felt risky to use it. A short person would be really challenged, not to speak of an elderly one, like me and my wife. There was no vanity, but a low shelf that was difficult to use as it was by the toilet and not convenient.

Rooms are big but style is very old, from 80’ or 90’. Room was also very cold. Location is good, easy to walk to Gamla Stan and södermalm, also Slussen metro stop is just in 100m. Good breakfast.

I had to move from my original executive suite as it overlooks a major construction site with cranes and machinery causing noise. I had to move to a larger suite with space I didn’t need for an extra $60/day. Shower pressure was almost nonexistent.

Fantastisk frukost. Incheckningen lämnar dock mer att önska. Det känns som att personalen måste klicka igenom 150 olika steg i sitt datasystem innan man får sin nyckel. Samma visa varje gång vi besöker hotellet. Det genererar i köer och väntetider.

zentrale Lage in Södermalm und zur Altstadt, gute Anbindung an Nahverkehr, hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber nur in Details, insg. aber immer noch recht chickes, gutes Hotel, außergewöhnlich gut ist das Frühstück sowohl was Auswahl als auch Service angeht, Zimmer zur Altstadt hin mit schöner Aussicht über die Stadt, unter dem Hotel führt die Stadtautobahn und die Bahnstrecke durch, für Geräuschempfindliche vielleicht zu viel trotz sehr gut isolierter Zimmer,

The Slussen area is undergoing a lot of maintenance and the hotel is on the edge of this. That being said the location for Gamla Stan and the Tunnelbana is excellent. The hotel is well appointed and the staff were helpful and well informed. Breakfast was very good

It’s very well positioned in the city. Most areas are within easy walking distance. But I hadn’t understood beforehand that it is positioned straddling over a 6-lane road and 2 railway lines and adjacent to a major building project.

This hotel is perfectly located walkable distance to public transportation and to lots of dining options, Stocklom’s Gamla Stan (Old Town), Royal Palace and so many more places. Breakfast buffet is amazing including gluten free options, for lactose intolerant and more. Lots of breads, juices, green juice, waffle station, omelette station. Staff was very attentive. If going with family I recommend to book the junior suite since it gives you a bit more space. Overall we will stay again there.

The Hilton Slussen Hotel is perfectly situated taking advantage of 2 Metro stations on its doorstep, while having walkable access to Gamla Stan and Mariatorget, both areas with excellent browsing and dining options. For runners, the circumference of Södermalm provides a picturesque 10km route.

Perfekt rum. Väldigt trevlig personal. Nära till T-bana Slussen. Gångavstånd till Stampen i Gamla Stan där man på lördagar kan bluesjamma som min gjort. Ta ett besök i källaren och Bluesjam på S:ta Clara eller Wikströms källare. Värt ett besök även om man inte gillar blues. Många som bor i Stockholm har inte upptäckt dessa ställen.

The stay was good and overall service was great. The bathrooms have a sewage smell though and that was off putting but besides that it was still a good stay. The location was great and the view outside the hotel is amazing.

Rörigt vid incheckningen, inte så enkelt förklarat med garage, hissar, vart vi skulle ta vägen och hur vi skulle hitta. Rummet: Tyst och lugnt även om det var på våning 2. Frukosten var bra men lite rörigt i matsalen, svårt att hitta var allt fanns eftersom det var utspritt på frukostbuffén.

This hotel was lovely, the room was big and clean. The fridge didn’t seem to be cold and they charge a lot of money for room service delivery which I found strange, as it’s just someone bringing the food from the kitchen up to your room which I haven’t had at other hotels. I didn’t end up going with the room service due to this. Otherwise it’s in a great location, very friendly staff and would stay here again.

Fantastic front of house service with bag drop and easy booking in. Amazing room, clean, bright and comfortable with excellent shower and tea/coffee facilities. Excellent breakfast with great staff and plenty of food and drink offerings.

Jättefint hotell med bra läge. Kan inte klaga på något. Frukosten var fantastiskt bra och varierad. Att man kunde plocka ihop sin egen topping på omeletten som tillagades medan man stod och väntade, SÅÅ gott. Croissanter som var frasiga och smakade supergott.Trevlig serviceminded personal överallt. Vi var nöjda med allt!!!

This hotel’s location was primo with Gamla Stan just an escalator and short walk away. We were here 6 nights and really appreciated the location and staff. The room wasn’t big but the bed was comfy and the bathroom was just right. Closet space is limited so we had to use our suitcases. Would stay here again.

Nice staff at reception, breakfast room and housekeeping! Hotel in great location for nightlif, sightseeing and a local feeling. The rooms a bit on small side and building showing a bit of its age. But overall good.
