Parking very expensive no discount for staying at the hotel

Fine rom, god frokost, de aller fleste av personalet var blide og serviceminded. Sentral beliggenhet. Savnet fler kanaler på TV. Parkeringen var i overkant dyr, ellers bra.

Excellent in all departments apart from no restaurant on Sunday limited bar menu in a fairly uninspiring area to eat

Beautiful view. Clean and quiet. Walking distance to central station. Nice gy. On-going construction not inconvenient.

The Hotel was great! Perfect location. The staff was extremely helpful. They even upgraded our room. The lobby bar was fantastic too. Really enjoyed the bartenders who made us amazing craft cocktails.

Great personnel. Hotel is undergoing renovation, so breakfast service is affected slightly and the gym isn’t really what it should be. Room is of a good standard.

Jättefint rum personalen mycket trevlig städpersonalen också. Synd att det är renovering just nu så man inte kunde nyttja bastun. Men jättenöjd annars!

Beware the lobby & restaurant is under construction….crazy each day figuring out entrance & exit

Extremt rena och fina rum. Personalen var mycket trevliga och välkomnande. Minus var sängen som var stenhård, väldigt oskön.

Rummet var fint. I toaletten fanns det bajsspår. Blev inte så trevligt mottagna

The room is super clean & the staffs are very helpful and welcoming. It has been the perfect stay throughout the whole trip while we are travelling different cities. will definitely come back here next time when we travel to stockholm again

There was construction in the lobby and front, but other than that, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable and staff was friendly and attentive.

Rummet levde inte upp till förväntningarna tyvärr. Utsikten och läget är toppen men rummet var inte alls bra städat. Fläckar i taket, kladdigt på golvet, mögel i duschen. Rummet skulle verkligen behöva en storstädning snart. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.

Towels were dirty 2x . AC is horrible doesn’t even get cold . The sink and shower took forever to go down water backed up. Bartender staff and security very helpful and nice . Location was good .

No air conditioning

Way too noisy - the check in area in late afternoon had music louder than in an actual dancing club. Did Sheraton become a club ? a YMCA but at 285€ per night ? Windows in the room had no sound proofing, my room faced the street and it felt like I was facing a highway. Last but not least, the lights in the room are absurdly complex. Once after 10min you managed to lit up everything that could possibly be, it is still too dark, even for a date - let alone if you have some work to do. I ended up reading my reports on the bathroom floor, the bathroom being the only location where there is actual light. Otherwise it's a good location, rooms are clean, staff is pro, but please stop the loud clubbing in the lobby and please, please add some actual light to the room.

Central location right across the bridge from the Old Town and Royal Palace. Bed was comfortable but room was small. Poor WiFi was the biggest issue but lots of places in Stockholm seems to have poor signal. Hotel is right next to traffic intersection so can be noisy at times with cars.

Recension Sheraton Stockholm, 20–21 september 2025 Som trogen gäst på Sheraton världen över och med över 150 hotellnätter om året, vill jag ge en blandad men ärlig feedback från mitt senaste besök. Det började riktigt bra – fantastiskt bemötande i receptionen och en ovanlig men mycket uppskattad gest: att få checka in redan kl. 11.00. Stort plus! Hotellet är dessutom fräscht efter renoveringen, snygg design och härlig atmosfär. Men sedan kommer “menen”. Ja, renovering pågår – helt okej – men hade gärna blivit upplyst om detta vid bokning eller incheckning. Att trassla sig in bland byggstök, damm och svår parkering när man har möten inbokade är inte direkt en drömstart. Det största minuset? Wifi. Eller snarare avsaknaden av det. I mitt rum fanns ingen täckning alls, och själva uppkopplingen fungerade inte heller. Att i 2025 försöka skylla på att gästen har “tre abonnemang” är helt enkelt inte värdigt Sheraton. Wifi borde vara lika självklart som sängen – särskilt på ett flaggskeppshotell i Stockholm. Ett tips från en van resenär: sätt in en spegel i rummet. Att behöva slåss med frugan om badrummet bara för att se om slipsen sitter rakt känns inte riktigt femstjärnigt. Sammanfattning: Sheraton är fortsatt ett av mina favorit­hotell och jag ser fram emot när renoveringen är färdig. Men tills dess får jag väl leva på hoppet om att wifi-nätet också genomgår en lika grundlig renovering.

Great breakfast, room temperature very cold it was like freezing. should have been mentioned somwhere in the booking that hotel is under renovation.

The best with this hotel is: 1. Location! The location between the T-Centralen and the Old Town is unbeattable for all tourists. 2. The administration and cleaning workers are very friendly and service minded! 3. Big rooms! I appreciate my room to around 20-25 sqm. The breakfast is ok 3/5, a little bit poor for the rest of the hotel standard, selection is not to big and there is no chef doing omelette for you for example…a plus though for serving 2 kinds of salmon wich a lot of hotels dont provide in Sweden anymore… I missed the toilettebrush in the bathroom and the price is high, but overall I give the hotel five stars. I would maybe stay again , but for the price you can have more for the money in near y hotels.

Accommodating and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again. It was in the middle of where we wanted to go in Stockholm and it was walking distance from Central Station.

Onödigt lång tid vid incheckningen, såg ut att vara någon nyanställd som skulle läras upp men det blev vi som gäster inte informerade om utan vi fick stå där snällt och vänta. Grundläggande kunskaper om incheckning torde kunna övas upp bakom kulisserna. Golvet i rummet var bristfälligt avtorkat vid ankomsten, skulle duscha -behållaren som var ämnad att innehålla duschtvål var tom. Gott om personal i frukostmatsalen som plockade av från borden men det fanns brister när det kom till påfyllnad av porslin och bestick, sådant saknades emellanåt, här borde logistiken förbättras.

Normally it is very difficult to put bills on a room which isn't supposed to be there. At hotels you normally need to sign for things you put on the room at the restaurant or order to your room etc. At this hotel you can apparently order what you want and just state a random room number and let someone else pay - or the staff is so incompetent that they manage to mess it up on a regular basis. I'm an international touring artists since over 30 years. It's been hundreds of hotels in 65 countries. Everything from cheap 3-star to fancy 5 star hotels. It has barely happened at all over the years, that I had to dispute or complain about the hotel trying to bill me erroneously. But the previous time I stayed at Sheraton Stockholm, they billed me a breakfast I never asked for and didn't attend. I complained and the money was returned after some hassle and and I got an apology. Mistakes can happen everywhere, so I stayed there again this month. I even decided to extend the stay for an extra day. It's a nice hotel with a great location. But AGAIN, they have charged my card 590 SEK (like 60 EUR/USD) for something I havn't ordered or received (I ordered nothing to the room and never attended the restaurant other than one included breakfast). It's simply incomprehensible how a 4-star hotel in a first world capital can be so dysfuntional and irresponsible.

Incheckningen. Tog väldigt lång tid Frukostmatsalen var väldigt rörig och dåligt med sittplatser

It wasnt as close as the other properties at the central station, so family travelling with pet and young children..please reconsider. I booked as it was 5 stars but it wasnt as worthy. Bed is comfortable. Pillow too soft. Obviously 3 guests. Given only 2 bath towels and it was a hassle to keep requesting. Very close to old town but if i know its not a "5 stars" i would rather choose one that is as close to the alranda express than to walk 9 mins with big luaggages. Not worth walking. The counter check in staffs weren't friendly, approachable neither service oriented. I wonder how they were fitted as the first touch for guests arriving all over the world. Throughout the 5 nights, there were only one guy who was worthy and a gem to the hotel. Imagine how frustrated to have the counter ladies for a first impression. Just BAD. Requested a nicer view..well wasnt given but was given a interal wall view for 5 nights. They didnt given mention as said sorry my request cant be fulfilled. Simply ignored, take it or leave it. If they acknowledge the request and apologize for not being able to fulfil, i bet guests would be more giving and understanding. Nope, not at all. CHECK OUT was worst, they checked in their system not eye contact no thank. Just ok, u can leave now. 🙄 Sincerely, Your guests from SINGAPORE

We stayed at Sheraton over ten days. It was a hotel experience that was far below what one would expect from a top hotel brand. Some of the issues included water dripping from the air-conditioning and blocked water pipes in both the sink and the bath (something the cleaner could not handle and we had to call the reception, but no one answered the phone for 30 minutes.).The worst is the reception staff. The reception is always understaffed (only two staff doing check-in/out at peak times). Some staff were great which helped our stay enjoyable.

An excellent place to stay in central Stockholm. Very close to T-Centralen, downtown, and Gamla Stan. Most locations we were interested in were within walking distance. The staff was attentive, respectful, and helpful.

very easy walk from the Central. Room was a bit tired, paint missing, scruffy repairs/screws sticking out, paint chips, etc, Its not a Viking or Emirates standard you expect from a Sheraton. But it was clean, bed good! Need to thank Adam @ Concierge - gave great tourist advice and clear map/directions!!

Gute, zentrale Lage. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ideale Anbindung zum Arlanda-Expresszug.

Frukosten ingick inte i priset och den var helt fel prissatt då den ordinarie frukosten är topp så nästa 300 kr. för detta som på andra hotell koster drygt halva priset. Dåligt att inte ha reducerat priset. Råvarorna var bra

Breakfast was a nightmare. I asked a clean table and the answer was, we cannot change the table cloths because in 30 minutes we close. Then I insisted and they change it. Very rude waiters and poor service

Fint rum men pga renoveringar var frukostmatsalen väldigt trång och stökig.

It’s a shame that there was a lot of building work going on, both within the hotel and the area outside. It was quite difficult to negotiate the roadworks outside. I think we should have been told about it beforehand. Despite the fact that we booked a breakfast time on both mornings we weren’t able to get into the dining area on the second day because of the long queues. This was very disappointing as we had a long day of travelling in front of us.

Hotellet var under renovering och frukosten serverades i en konferenslokal. Smått kaotisk på morgonen, med köer till allt och även väntetid på att få bord. Fina rum, men priset borde sänkas så länge renoveringen pågår.

Renligheten överlag, kändes ostädat på många ställen (tex smutsiga väggar i receptionen, mattan i restaurangen med mera. Bemötandet upplevdes inte 5 stjärnigt. Utbudet på frukosten och särskilt lokalen där frukosten serverades lämnade mer att önska.

Utmärkta rum. Tråkig entré och lobby pga renoveringsarbeten. Provisorisk frukostrestaurang med galen köbildning. Frukost ingick inte i rumsbokning för över 2.000 kr per rum utan fick betalas extra.
