Jeg var ikke fan af man skulle betale for sit ophold før man fik sin oplevelse. udover det så er deres parkeringsmuligheder til grin da du kun kan parkerer i de p huse der er omkring. deres morgenbuffeet var også skuffende med et minimalt udvalg. værelserne var flotte. deres ansigtsbehandler i spa området virkede stresset og som om hun ikke gad være der.

Staff were exceptional throughout but particularly at Reception. A credit to the hotel and to Sweden. It\'s a nice hotel in good location and the breakfast is a superb. The common areas are really nice and relaxing. The downside is that the pool is part of the Spa and can not be used by "ordinary" guests. If you don\'t want the full Spa treatment you can\'t take a dip. The Classic Double that I stayed in had a large window into a closed courtyard facing other rooms with similarly large windows. There was no privacy and all of these rooms seemed to keep the curtains closed all day. I didn\'t spent a lot of the day in the room but that\'s a poor design.

Stort hotell midt i byen. Måtte parkere i et parkeringshus et stykke unna. Pent og rent rom, men ikke noe eksta- utsikt til «hagen», men vinduene var sånn at du så rett ut på bakkenivå. God frokost og pluss for gratis massasjestoler.

Flott hotell med kul designe og fint rom. Vi fikk en av boutique rommene på 8. etg og det var stilig med stor seng, enorm dusj og vendbar tv. Flotte farger og detaljer i hele hotellet. Bra frokost med godt utvalg. Hvorfor ikke fult skår ? Fordi man må betale ekstra for å bruke spa avdelingen

Trevligt hotell. Hade rum på 6e våningen. Det lät mycket från spa anläggningen, annars sköna sängar. Rent och snyggt. Fantastiskt frukost med stort utbud. Stor spa anläggning. Fint och fräscht.

Et hyggelig opphold, med servicevennlig betjening i alle ledd. Grei frokost, med mye forskjellig mat. Kan anbefale å bruke takterrassen, flott utsikt og servering av enkel mat. Dersom man planlegger litt, er det mye å se og gjøre i Vareberg. Anbefaler å besøke Varberg!

Vi hade bokat ett rum för vår familj med extra säng, när vi fick vårt rum var ingen extra säng förberedd eller bäddad. Soffan som skulle användas till detta hade skräp och hårband från tidigare gäster under soffkuddarna. Efter att vi påpekat att detta behövde åtgärdas och att städningen inte var tillfredsställande kom det snabbt en anställd som städade och bäddade. Kan dock undra om man tar till sig vårt påpekade om att det även bör damsugas under soffkuddarna då och då, der var tydligt att detta inte hade gjorts på ett bra tag och inte roligt när någon ska sova där. Valet av vit läder till soffa och fåtöljer gör att i en miljö där de får mycket användning ser de snabbt smutsiga och solkiga ut. Förutom detta vår rummet och sängar mycket bekväma. Det var roligt med möjlighet att spela musik på rummet via de inbyggda högtalare. All personal var tillmötesgående. Frukost var mycket god och varierat, dock lite rörigt kring var olika saker var utställda vilket ledde till att det saknas ett flow och leder till en känsla av att irra runt för att hitta saker. Med tanke på kostnaden för en vistelse så finns där förbättringspotential.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the surroundings are just great. The roof top bar and restaurant is excellent. The personell in the reception takes down the overall experience though. This time when we arrived we hade booked a room with two separate beds, since I was travelling with my teenage daughter. When we came in to the room there was only one bed, made for two persons. I went back to the reception and told the staff, who in turn asked me to myself go and make bed sofa myself. Which I in turn asked them to do, since it was not advertised as a do it yourself hotel, and not charged as such. Did not find the staff either helpful or customer focused. This takes down the overall feeling and athmosphere. We also had a few complaints last time we stayed at the same hotel, only 6 months earlier, which we reported to the hotel management in their customer feedback survey. We never heard back from hotel management though, so it is unclear to us if this is somehting they even look at. We will choose another hotel next time we are in Varberg.

Varmt på rummet gick inte att få ner temperaturen. Dåligt städat låg smutsiga strumpor under sängen. Ej dammat på skåp. Vi kunde inte sova i denna värme som var i rummet. Väldigt besviken på vistelsen. Betalt 3000 kr och inte kunna sova för att ventilationen ont fungerar dåligt!

Rent rum, skön säng. God och varierad frukost. Trist vid incheckningen att vi egentligen inte kunde checka in förrän kl 16! Hade inte sett det i bokningen. Tycker att det är alldeles för sent!!

Fantastiskt fint hotell med trevlig personal och bra frukost. Rummet var tyvärr väldigt varmt, ingen luftkonditionering så det var svårt att få ner värmen. Fläktar fanns men det tog tid att få ner värmen.

Veldig varmt på rommet. Spiste kalv til middag, kjøttet bar preg av å ha ligget lenge på varme. Veldig tykke skiver, som å spise en overkokt kotelett. Dårlig service/ oppfølging på bordet, f eks hvordan smakte maten, vil dere ha noe mere å drikke osv, var uten drikke under halve måltidet.

One of my favourite hotels of anywhere I’ve travelled. A superb style all of its own and very relaxing atmosphere. Food is excellent and based right on the picturesque town square. You’ll love it!

Staff were exceptional throughout but particularly at Reception. A credit to the hotel and to Sweden. It\'s a nice hotel in good location and the breakfast is a superb. The common areas are really nice and relaxing. The downside is that the pool is part of the Spa and can not be used by "ordinary" guests. If you don\'t want the full Spa treatment you can\'t take a dip. The Classic Double that I stayed in had a large window into a closed courtyard facing other rooms with similarly large windows. There was no privacy and all of these rooms seemed to keep the curtains closed all day. I didn\'t spent a lot of the day in the room but that\'s a poor design.

Stort hotell midt i byen. Måtte parkere i et parkeringshus et stykke unna. Pent og rent rom, men ikke noe eksta- utsikt til «hagen», men vinduene var sånn at du så rett ut på bakkenivå. God frokost og pluss for gratis massasjestoler.

Jeg var ikke fan af man skulle betale for sit ophold før man fik sin oplevelse. udover det så er deres parkeringsmuligheder til grin da du kun kan parkerer i de p huse der er omkring. deres morgenbuffeet var også skuffende med et minimalt udvalg. værelserne var flotte. deres ansigtsbehandler i spa området virkede stresset og som om hun ikke gad være der.

Hotel was pretty amazing. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor but other than that it was wonderful. Amenities were great beds very comfortable and nice linen and bath. Coffee in room great as well. Spa is terrific and the breakfast buffet delicious. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel

Veldig varmt på rommet. Spiste kalv til middag, kjøttet bar preg av å ha ligget lenge på varme. Veldig tykke skiver, som å spise en overkokt kotelett. Dårlig service/ oppfølging på bordet, f eks hvordan smakte maten, vil dere ha noe mere å drikke osv, var uten drikke under halve måltidet.
